Our new Lennox system has had a lot of problems. They’ve been out here a lot fixing it, with a couple temper tantrums on my part out of frustration. They’ve always been professional friendly and warrantied parts without charging us a dime. So although this system might be a “lemon” and I wouldn’t recommend a Lennox system, this company is so far standing behind it. Hopefully this next visit will get to the bottom of this system and it’s seemingly constant problems.
Woke up to no heat with kids in the house and snow on the ground. Thanks to a quick response by David, were toasty warm again. We are so grateful!

Dont judge a book, by its cover. While I was a little nervous, looking at the outside of the business, they were very professional & then some. They were on-time, very knowledgeable & clean (the wife hates her floors getting dirty). Not only did he fix the problem, he fine-tuned my system. It works better now, than when it was new. Sure wish the original installer, and/or the bi-annual service people had done that. You can be sure, that if I ever have a future problem, Superior Comfort Systems is who I will contact.
I cant say enough nice things about this business! Ill start with the quality thats most important to me, integrity. They gave an honest appraisal for replacing our air conditioning. They were true to their word for when they could do it, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. They were fast, efficient, and funny, to boot. Waited two weeks for them to come fix my AC. Gentleman came out, was very nice, but didnt fix it correctly and it broke again shortly after - same exact problem. Called them back to fix it and said they wouldnt do it because the soonest they could get back out was in 3 weeks. They wouldnt have to come back at all if theyd done it right the first time. Complete waste of time.Edit: Im seeing now where the company answered me. I cancelled once through the warranty company since they found someone who could come out faster (they werent coming for 2 weeks, busy season). I even called and spoke to a young woman at the company and advised of the cancellation in case the warranty company forgot, and explained why I was cancelling. She was friendly.. I figured all was fine. Then 2 weeks later someone came to the door claiming that they didnt know I cancelled. That is not my problem. And I never had 3 appointments with this company. I even called the warranty company just now to confirm in case I was mistaken, and they only show one kept appointment and one cancelled appointment.
Installed 2 systems with all new duct work as well. Superior is the perfect name. System is in its 2nd year, balanced air flow and clean, installed a whole house air filtration as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
Superior Comfort did a great job installing the Lennox mini-split in our kitchen. Mike & Jacob were very professional, on time, and helped us determine the best location to install it. Our kitchen is now the most comfortable it has ever been! Thanks again to the Superior Comfort team!
