Every experience with the employees of Lee have been professional and mostly positive. My big concern is employees manually writing credit card info in a notebook and not electronically scanning a credit card. Definitely not PCI Compliant nor a good business practice.

Just had a interview with them today.They were very nice and I think they were really cool guys.I love how they are all about the customer.Hoping and praying they liked me and they hire me. Tired of working dead end jobs. This would be a awsome career opportunity.

Do not use this company. They are shady, pushy, dishonest, and claim being a christian based company as a selling point. They will get you on their bank draft program, and you can never get off. I suppose, now, that I have written reviews, they will reach out and try to solve the issue, or not. I think of the people on fixed income that has been swindled by this company, and pay each month for nothing, evil, not christian.I have been calling since February to stop the draft, it is now June, still coming out.Called me last November for fall service, said it would $12,000 for my crawl space.The 3 times they did service, it was non stop how I need new equipment.I dont want anything. I am just trying to help others avoid the mistakes I have made. GO LOCAL for your services, I promise, it will make a world of difference.

Our water heater enhanced tank, fewer than five years old, somehow “popped” a pin sized hole and sprayed water in our garage for hours before being discovered. My husband was able to fix it temporarily but we knew we needed professional help. I called Lee Company based on a neighbor’s recommendation and Russ was at our house within 5 hours. It took him 30 minutes to replace the tank and we had hot water 45 minutes later. Russ was incredibly helpful and professional and I’m so glad we called Lee Company. It was such a good experience we even signed up for their maintenance agreement!

I am a new home owner, and I have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve been having awful issues with my clogged sewer line and Gabe was amazing. He very matter a fact and genuine and really helped me out. 100% recommend.

Outstanding work. Both Dustin Brewer and tehnician Matt were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable.Mat took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood the work that needed to be done. He was neat, wore the mask and slip on booties, then cleaned up after himself. After he completed his work he made sure I understood the work that he had done. He is one of the best technicians that I have ever used. Completely satisfied with  both Dustin and Mat.

We had a water leak in the ceiling in the garage from an upstairs bathroom. Our neighbor recommended The Lee Company. I immediately called & was treated with the utmost respect & concern. Within 2 hours the Technician Jon was on the spot looking at what we had. He had everything under control & fixed in under an hour. Jon was very kind & explained everything that he did. So grateful for his expertise. The Lee Company followed up with a call to confirm we were taken care of & to schedule someone to come & fix the drywall in the ceiling. It is comforting to get so many issues fixed with one company. My neighbor received $100.00 for his referral. What an amazing company. Thank you Lee Company!!!

The plumber Lee Co. sent out was Jeremy and he couldnt have been more polite and professional. He really knows his stuff. We also had Will look at our cooling system and, likewise, he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout his inspection what he was doing and what he discovered. I always feel better after the folks at Lee Co. come out and do the maintenance on our equipment. I feel it saves me money and aggravation in the long run.

I am a long time customer of the Lee Co. and they have always done a good job, regardless of what needs to be done. From heat and air, to plumbing, electrical, to handyman, they offer lots of services and the technicians are well trained and very professional. I have received excellent service and I highly recommend the Lee Co.

Have a twice a year service contract. Tech arrived 3 1/2 hours late on Tuesday 7/21/20. Informed us we had a freon leak and our 3 year old evaporator coil needed replaced. Unable to repair until Monday 7/27/20. Husband asked about adding freon and tech said no it will just leak out. Today A/C quit. While here on Tuesday the Tech kept pushing to install a new unit or additional equipment to cool our bonus room more efficiently. When my husband asked for his business card he just ignored his request. Called the customer priority line after A/C quit today and waited 1 1/2 hours for a call back. Customer service rep said we needed freon to keep unit working until Monday. Imagine that.We cancelled our repair on 7/27/2020 and will never call Lee Co. again. Would not ever recommend.

Called after hours for non-emergency work. Was scheduled next day. I had already been dealing with home owners warranty techs for over a month that said the cost was going to be close to $1k to repair. I was finally authorized to bring in my own technician. Lee Company just had to reconfigure some settings and the total was under $100! Thankful for the quick and affordable service.

Jonathan was above and beyond the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC person I’ve ever been around. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it each step of the way. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with his work. My wife was happy which means I was happy. Those of you married guys know what I am saying.

Ryan arrived and was wearing a mask, which made me feel comfortable since I’m in a higher risk category. He was not wearing gloves but that doesn’t freak me out as much as a mask. I wash my hands enough that it is fine. He did have covers on his shoes because it was raining. He was very helpful and reassured me that my unit was working correctly. I did have a new thermostat put in and he took the time to show me how to use the app on my phone and program it on the wall. I was very satisfied With the service.

When we couldnt turn off an outside faucet we followed a neighbors recommendation and called Lee. Job was well done and technician was very helpful. We were told they would definitely get to us today. Our only complaint is that they should have explained that today included evening hours.

I can’t say enough good things about Lee Company and it’s employees. We were highly pleased with everything they did, and the staff was great. I will definitely use them again and tell everyone about the service we received. I want to thank Shelley, Dwight, Dan and the rest of the guys for their hard work. They were all a pleasure to work with.

Every level of duct cleaning service provided by both Adam and Austin far exceeded my expectations. I quickly gained confidence with Adams thorough explanation of the entire process. They quickly went to work and were meticulous in terms of caring for the condition of our home as well as treating our encapsulated crawlspace as if it were part of our living area. I was also very impressed how Adam took the time to explain all steps of the process to his trainee and most of all he treated him with kindness and respect and as a co-equal. Too often trainees get talked down to so as to differentiate to customers whos the boss. Also impressive was the fact they had a supervisor (Mr. Sellers) stop buy to ensure our needs were being met - they were. I can not believe what they were able to pull from the duct lines and Im extremely happy that the house smells very fresh once again. Thanks again Lee Company, we certainly got our moneys worth. I also appreciate sparing us from the bait and switch tactics often seen with other companies.

On a very hot Friday Right before the 4th of July, our air conditioning stopped working. We called Lee Co. They sent a technician out the same day. Ethan diagnosed the problem and ordered a new motor for our unit, checking the warranty which was still in force. The part would not be delivered for a day or so, but Ethan did not leave us that day until he had temporarily fixed the system so that it would provide us with cooling through the long weekend. Ethan returned after the holiday, and repaired it fully, putting in the part. He was responsive and efficient. He wore his mask to protect us, as well as his shoe covers to protect our carpet.We were so very impressed with this young technician! Lee has some fine people working for their company.we have always been very happy with their service.

As always, Lee Company did not disappoint. I had an electrical review as part of my home maintenance contract and the technician was polite, helpful and professional. He explained a few things about my new homes set up that I had not thought of. I am thrilled to do business with Lee Company and highly recommend them. With COVID, we did have to reschedule this appointment once, but it was done in advance and I was given priority on my rescheduled appointment.

I have used Lee Company for many years for many things in my home and have always been pleased. The people who do the work in the homes have always been professional, courteous, and friendly when they have done work at my home. I give Lee Company very high marks in terms of customer service which is huge with me.

I called this morning due to my AC malfunctioning. Upon calling, I was immediately helped and within two hours Wes called and was at my house in 30 minutes. Wes was great! The annual service agreement is a great deal. Had an issue with the air, called and had a technician there within a few hours. They solved my problem quickly and provided great advice for future considerations. Tech was super professional and very courteous.

Our tech was Dirk and he was very knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. A neighbor referred me to Lee Company and to Dirk and I couldnt be happier with the service. I would also recommend them to anyone in need of AC/Heat, Plumbing or Electrical.

Lee Company always comes through for us! This time our A/C went out in the middle of a hot humid spell but they were able to fit us in at the end of the workday. Our certified technician was prompt and personable and very knowledgeable. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the problem and check for any additional issues and he kept me informed throughout the process. He had one of the parts we needed in his truck and was able to rig the system to operate without the second part until he could get back with it the next day, so we were cool and comfortable again by the first evening. As regular maintenance customers we got a discount on the work so the whole experience was easy, pleasant, and reasonably priced. We couldn’t be more pleased!

My experience as a whole was excellent! Quick response time for scheduling an appointment and answering any follow up questions regarding payment and maintenance plans. Courteous, professional, thorough and personable repairmen that go the extra mile to get the job done.

At first I was very pleased with Lee Company. Now, it’s a different story. I had an electrician service my residence so Codes could conduct an inspection for power the following day. I was advised someone would notify me when this was completed. I told the electrician which number to call. He was also informing the office for them to call me as well. Someone called my other phone which the voicemail wasn’t setup. They never called the number I gave them. I called customer service and they knew nothing! They could only read from the notes from the prior day. Their customer service is horrible! They’re only good at scheduling appointments. That’s it! I called 2-3 times and got nothing! One lady was nice I have to admit. She definitely tried, but leadership knew nothing! The professionalism to me is geared only toward scheduling. The electrician who did service my home was a hour late. I had another obligation to take care of, but postponed it for the following day. Overall, he seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I can’t leave 2.5 stars, so I give them a 2. No way customer service should be this bad! No one knew nothing! I wasn’t notified or anything! Truly pathetic! As I write this review, I’m still trying to find out what happened!

We had a problem with curiosities split HVAC system keeping up. Lee Co came out and identified the issue. The unit is still under warranty and will get a new coil next week. Through the process the Lee team was considerate and helpful. We recommend their service as a knowledgeable and efficient service partner.

Lee Co came out on Fathers Day to put in complete new, modern AC systems for my upstairs and downstairs, to replace my old failing R22 system that went into compressor failure the day before. They were the only local company that even responded to my calls that Saturday afternoon (I called 4 places). A couple glitches, so thats why I knocked off one star, but overall a great experience, especially over a holiday weekend. One of their techs came back out on Monday to finish up the couple outstanding issues, so we are very happy at this point. Good job Lee Co!

Thank goodness for a reputable, honest, and professional company. We had an HVAC contractor come out off the Networkx app and he told us the AC blower, circuit board and capacitor was burnt up. Quoted us $520 to repair. Lee Company offered us a free second opinion, and since the other contractor needed to order parts, we said sure. THANK Goodness we did. Dillon from Lee Company was incredible. Within 10 minutes of arriving he had shown us the blower and capacitor was fully functional and just needed a circuit board. He rushed to contact their local vendor for the part at 4:55 (they closed at 5) and went through great links to get them to provide the part after hours. We were up and running and my child in a safe temperature within the hour! OH, and they did all of this for a total of $140.00.Saved $400 because of professionalism and honesty. That is why I will entrust Lee Company with any and all service in the future. Thank you Dillon and Lee Company!

My water spigot was not working properly. Lee Company had me fixed same day. Very happy with my service technician/plumber Brad. He was personable and did a great job. Will definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends.

Since having my AC and Heating unit installed last year by Lee Co., they have been very responsive if I had an issue or a question. Recently they sent Nathan out for small problem I was having. He was totally knowledgable, friendly and took care of it quickly. Cleaned up everything and documented the repair with pictures. Very satisfied

Plumbing inspection was done by Brad. When he walked in I just assumed he’d try and up sell me on products. Instead, he showed me step by step why the equipment in our nine-year old home was fine as is. I told him the outside faucet needed to be replaced. He looked at it and said you’re fine, no need to replace, just need a new rubber washer, went to his truck, showed me how to turn the water off at the street while I replace that washer. We talked about his background a little. At only 25-years old he has real world experience. He uses his excellent customer service skills to help people get what they want without waiting for the other shoe to drop, or “catch”. I’m 61 years old and felt like I talked with a close member of my family. Well done!

The professional who responded to my request was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was able to compare option costs for me which saved me money. AWESOME!

We had a leak in our wall on Saturday. EVERY step was fantastic. The dispatcher was professional and friendly. Gabe, who fixed the issue, arrived as soon as he could and treated my home with care. He corrected the problem and uncovered a larger issue we have to address. When he mentioned a project manager, I thought that would be scheduled for another day. Nope. Cliff, the project manager, came to my house on Saturday. He was frank and explained what needs to happen. He answered every question we had, and the work is scheduled for next week.

Lee is always professional and I’ve never had an issue. What I also like it is easy to make an appointment and you don’t have to stay on hold if their phone lines are busy. They have a system that will call you back “without losing your place in line”. Little things like that make a difference.

I’ve had issues with my upstairs unit since i bought the house 2 years ago and the servicing labor warranty company techs could not get it fixed to cool more than a couple weeks..... finally decided to call Lee company In hopes to get a lasting repair... I called Friday late afternoon, had a tech at my door by noon Saturday who quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part using my units parts Manufacturing warranty. A crew showed up Monday Around noon and they had me back up and running a few hours later! The entire crew was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, answered all my question explaining the issue. They might not be the cheapest but I have learned the hard way that’s it’s worth it when you know something is actually truly fixed right and that the company will warrant the repair and stand by their work with a swift turnaround time if something goes wrong! I Highly recommend them!

When my family moved into our new house, we learned that we needed to replace our HVAC system. A representative from Lee Company met with us and told us that while we may spend more using their company, we are going to be getting excellent service and people who were professionals and knew how to set up the system and duct work so there wouldnt be future issues. We decided to go with Lee Company and it has been a NIGHTMARE since.We were given the project managers personal number if we had any questions or concerns. We tried contacting him for 2 weeks only to eventually find out he was on vacation. The whole time we were without our hvac working because the workers never showed up. When they did, they worked half the day then left, with our system still not working. We called in the next day and the office said they thought the project was completed. They apologized and sent the workers back to finish the job.3 days later the system stopped working. My 4 year old son, pregnant wife and I had to wait in a house that was 90 degrees and above for 8 hours to get a worker out to fix the problem. He finally did, told us the installers didnt use freon, apologized and left.A week later it stopped again. Again we waiting in an oven of a house for a worker. When he came he showed us that parts from the company itself were faulty and burned out which stopped the hvac from working. They ordered replacement parts and fixed it the next day.A month or two later, we woke up in the middle of the night and were able to see our breath in our own bedroom. The unit gave out again. Someone came in fixed it the next day.Ive tried getting in touch with management multiple times over the last year. Customer service continues to tell me a manager will contact me and correct the problem, but they never do. Its been over a year now. I thought paying extra for professionals would be worth it, but this is not what we signed up for and paid for. I will not be using Lee Company or recommending it any time soon. Beware.

I had a new vapor barrier installed. I also had flood light fixtures replaced with LED lighting. I was very happy with the work done.

We called for an estimate. I gave specific details for what the estimate is for. The first appointment ($49) a serviceman came out, took pictures, talked to us about how our project probably needed to be done. Then he had to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate. So two days taken up for just an estimate. The second appointment hasn’t occurred yet so no input on work/cost compared to other companies. I have had two other companies come for estimates and they had no charge fee for giving an estimate. 😟

After my HVAC unit lost freon, I contacted them via email hoping to get a first-thing-Monday-morning appointment. They contacted me on a Sunday to let me know that Monday was booked but they would put me on a list to be served once the scheduled appointments had been filled. I appreciated that they were able to work me in on the day I requested and I also appreciated how Ross (the tech) spoke with me regarding my options and the inner workings of my HVAC unit (which is clearly not my wheelhouse). By Monday evening, the work had been done and my home was cool again. Lee may be a little pricier, but I dont mind paying for the professionalism and timeliness they demonstrated throughout the whole experience.

Michael came out on a Sunday (within two hours of my initial call) evaluated my problem with my air conditioner, replaced a faulty capacitor and was on his way with our AC unit blowing cold air in about one hour.He was courteous, efficient and skillful in resolving my problem.

I have a yearly contract with Lee Company to inspect my HVAC system once in the spring and again in the fall. Very reasonable price. Recently, after a tree fell on my house, I had concerns about the possibility of the water heater and electrical riser having been damaged. I called Lee Company one morning and they had an electrician and a plumber out before the end of the day.

Had a smoke detector going off on a Saturday that is on a 20 ft foyer entranceThey promptly answered my call, sent a super courteous tech out and he installed ten year smoke detector at a reasonable costWe were thankful for this

Had an air conditioner problem, so called the Lee company last Monday as they had installed the unit in 2014. I called, waited to talk someone and was unable to do it the three times I called them during the week. Thursday evening, I spoke to someone. I was told 11PM that night. I told them that was too late, but said I could do it Friday evening after 6PM. I was told we can definitely make that happen and agreed to be at the house by then. Friday, a little bit after 6PM, I called. Again, I could not reach anyone and left a message of inquiry when someone was coming. A few minutes later, I was told I was on the schedule. The service technician got there about 30 minutes. He was actually on call, and said i was not on the schedule. Later, he had to call the company about a price part, was put on hold and eventually hung up as he never heard back. (They only had ONE person doing dispatch.) I thought the technician was excellent, but the LEE company is terrible at communication and terribly understaffed. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoy having a great company like Lee to call on for my HVAC, plumbing and Electrical needs! I may be able to find the service’s for less money but convenience and professionalism is worth the extra👍🏼

This experience was different from my others with your company. The gentleman did not introduce himself when he came to the door. His uniform said Scott which was not the name on the paperwork. When he finoshed the job, he suggested that, in the future, I should call him first before calling Lee Company and he could save me some moneh or something. This was puzzling to me since I thought he was an employee of Lee Company.Also, usually, they generate a receipt and have me sign on the screen before they send me the receipt.I thought (and could have misunderstood) that the person I talked to on the phone gave information than the technician. I thought the person on the phone stated that there was a fee to come out of $89If nothing was found, I would pay the fee. If the visit resulted in work being done, I would be charged for the parts and labor but not the fee. The invoice included the $89 plus labor plus parts. I think I just needed a clearer understanding.One thing whoch other workers from Lee have done is come to me after assessing problem and prior to starting actual work. They usually give a ballpark figure for cost and let me decide if I want repairs done right then. He figured out the problem, fixed it and then told me the cost.Now, the dryer is fixed and working wellSo, the purpose of the call was achieved. It just left me a bit confused and uncomfortable.

I got the runaround from different AC companies I had contacted. Lee responded quick and knew exactly what needed to be done to get my old house taken care of quickly.

I contacted this firm as an alternative to my last nam brand irm for cross ref. and opportunity to check out another contractors service capacities.The Service Call was good. The Tech was Clean, Knowledgable, but did not in the end provide a clear definative result of the unit issue with out Tankless Water Heater.Here is where I get the Bill for $ 189.00, Which I was OK with, but then when asked to provide a quote. came the up sell.To get a simple quote to replace and fix issues, I had to wait till next morning when a Project Manager had to come to our site just to try to sell me on $5900 installation for a $600.00 Tankless water heater. I thanked the PM for waisting my and his time and laughed. Unfortunately, I will not be call this firm again. Good company just hate the up sell.
