Tech did not show up for appointment. Could not talk to anyone to get help. They said no one was home but we were. They rescheduled over a week later and blamed me for not being there. There is no accountability with them.

Never will I use Sears Repair Center again, and I recommend if you’re looking for someone to repair your appliances, please use someone else. A repairman came and fixed our dryer and I paid him with a credit card before he left. He said I would get a receipt emailed to me. I never received the email. A month later we received a bill saying that we needed to pay for the repairs, even though my credit card statement had already came in and the charge for repairs was clearly on there. I tried to call several times and no one would answer. I mailed a copy of the payment from my credit card so they could see that we had indeed paid. Still...4 months later...we are STILL receiving bills. Now there is no number listed on these bills and the only one I did have is now only for payments. There is no number to speak to anyone in customer service. Again, please save yourself the headache and use someone else.

Not only was the repair technician late (almost 2 hours after the 4 hour window), but it took almost 2 weeks from when the repair was diagnosed (replacement of the compressor) to when it was pseudo repaired (it still doesnt work). I called and reported that the fridge has not cycled off (after 2 days) and it doesnt cool below 50 degrees. They are sending the tech out again 4 days after I notified them. The person on the phone had the nerve to tell me I might have to pay $99 more if this isnt directly related to the initial repair!!! How could it not be???

Finally after 4 other cancelled appointments, I finally got a service tech to show up. All I can say is that Sears service isnt anything like it used to be. Called on 4/15/19 for service call, didnt actually get a tech to show up until 8/01/19. This is totally unacceptable. All I can say is thank God the product is more reliable than the service.

Randall was neat, thorough, and very friendly. He got the job done well.

Its nonexistent now, but we were directed by an online chat person to this location in the blue ridge mall. When we went into one of the shops, we were told that shop had closed about s year earlier
