Danielle whom scheduled our pick up made it super easy and was VERY helpful to assist us in other resources required in our apartment clean out! The two fellows called about 15 minutes before they showed up. They were 15 minutes early of our appointment time, which I really liked. They were here for a total of about 10 to 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the two guys and will use this company again.

From the first call I made to request a 10 cu. yard bin, this company has offered me the best service Ive ever received from ANY business in my six years living in Las Vegas. Louie explained the different sizes of the bins and helped me choose the right one. I needed immediate delivery and a specific pick-up time to accommodate arrival of a moving van. Everything took place as agreed even though it it was over the July 4th holiday weekend. Howard, who delivered the bin put it exactly where I needed it in the driveway. The dumpster itself was clean and freshly painted.Because of some temporary structures in the backyard that needed breaking down, and household items that could not be donated, I needed a second bin to close up the house. Again, Louie went above and beyond to make this happen. I called shortly before 5pm and he said no problem delivering the bin the next day. Uncertain I would be home when Howard delivered it, Louie asked if it was okay to put it in the same place.Moving and getting rid of things is full of stress. These guys are the antidote to that! The price for their service is beyond reasonable. No surprises. No hidden fees. JunkMan makes it easy! A model American business.

I actually would have given this company a five star review but because they were 4 hours late, I docked them. However they did a great job of communicating what was happening, (they blew a tire and had to wait for a tow truck to fix it), and when they did finally get to us the two young men were very apologetic, very professional and they were hard workers. To be honest if we weren’t in a pinch for time being late would have been no big deal. Would we use them again in the future...Absolutely

There were 3 guys in a junk man truck that flipped off a 1800gotjunk truck that was next to me. it was so un unprofessional and i’ve seen this happen plenty of times. if this is how there employees are i can’t imagine what there service is like. i would not recommend them for any service besides 1800gotjunk. those guys are amazing at what they do and have the upmost class.

I have used this company 4 times in the past few years to pick up and carry away my used furniture that I no longer want or need. I called on a Wednesday about a broken hot tub. They were able to come look at it on Thursday (WIN!). And they assured me they would pick it up late afternoon on Friday (DOUBLE WIN!). Then they came EARLY afternoon instead of late, clearing my schedule for the rest of the day (TRIPLE WIN!).

I called Junk Man on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could haul off a queen-size mattress and box springs. They showed up within the hour. The men with the truck were very courteous, quick, and efficient.

I wish I could give them more, it was a promising start. They were quick to schedule, but the pricing is high and difficult to confirm when they come for the pick up. I feel like we were over charged. For the price I paid, I was also less than thrilled that a mirror we paid to get hauled off was carelessly thrown in the truck, with broken glass left on our sidewalk, driveway and street.
