Hard to find if you follow the amazon description. Park near the GameStop block of buildings across the street (north) from Del Taco. The locker is on the corner of the building pointed toward Del Taco.

This Amazon locker is located near the exit of the shopping center facing the carls Jr. on the side walk. If you blink you will miss it.
