This place lacks a lot to be desired! They charged me 35 dollars and my tires were so filthy. They didnt bother to touch them. I spoke to the manager about this poor work and this guy couldn’t care less about the terrible job, and had an attitude about it. And told me “ if he want something done right he’d do it himself”! As im walking around the car there are spots all over it. I was trying to figure out why they would bring me out to take my car and its not done and stand there as if they are getting a tip. This people think that doing a poor job and over charging for it warrants a tip.

I went by for a car wash on Saturday and the guys did an awesome job getting my truck cleaned up. Only took about 25 minutes but they were very busy when I was there. Weekends tend to be a more busy so expect to wait if youre going over the weekend. On a week day, maybe 10/15 minutes at most for a quick wash.

Car not cleaned very well at all. Seats not returned to normal positions, had to move driver seat up and passenger seat back. Floor mats still dirty, inside still dirty. Complete waste of money. They didn’t even make sure doors were closed, had to get out before I could pull away and close back door.

They did a good job cleaning my car inside and out. Got one of the basics so them missing a few spots is understandable. Would return.

I just got my car wash there, I specifically asked for my vinyl to be cleaned and when I went out there to get into my car I checked and noticed that the vinyl/dashboard was NOT cleaned what so ever. My inside windows were not touched as well! Also they did not vacuum out my back seats! This place has gone down hill tremendously! I’m not one to complain but I could have done a better job myself! Complete waste of money! Will not be returning!

I love this place. I came yesterday with my Nissan and Dakota did an amazing job. My car was spotless and I brought my 2nd vehicle a truck today to get it wash and I specifically wanted this person to be the one to clean my vehicle. He did beyond my expectations and It’ll definitely be my place to go to wash my vehicles. Thank you Dakota for doing a great job.

I was happy at first, employees were friendly and helpful, until I got the car and looks nice from outside and went to give tip, but very curt and I stopped. I had asked for dirt to be vacuumed from trunk and paid 35 dollars for the whole package deal. She said of course, so I was happy with the exterior and then I opened the trunk when I got home and was never touched, so yes Im upset and throwing down a blanket before picking up friends from the airport. UGH!!!

I got my car wash couple days ago and I have a van they didn’t tell me they can’t clean all the way in the back seat . So I came back today and they said oh yeah we don’t do the back seat because some guys can’t pick up the heavy vacuum. 😑 like really ! I paid that much and they did fully clean my van .

Absolutely awful!! Paid for a complete detailing job and my truck isnt even clean. A basic car wash gets the bugs and dirt off!! They didnt clean the back window, didnt clean the passenger cab windows, didnt get the bugs and dirt off, dont believe they shampooed the interior as is part of the detailing.... Dousing the interior with whatever shiny substance they used does not make a detailed vehicle!!!

If you want an interior detail that takes 2-3 hour wait time this is the place to come.

Paid for a full detail. And gave a generous tip. When getting into my car there was a gum wrapper I had accidentally left. A melted chocolate stain still on my cup holder. And some splattered spots in my car inside lights. When I asked the manger about the service he replied “do you want me to remove the gum wrapper” no, the point is if someone is paying for a car detail, that should be taken care of. I was able to get all the spots removed myself. Which is great. But why did I pay for a full detail. Wasn’t impressed with the service or the handling of the complaint after.

Took my husbands truck here to get detailed. Got the most pricey package and what an absolute joke! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have had better full service 30 buck washes that looked better. Not a clue how the justify the 160...not a clue.

Very dissapointed they didnt even try to vacuum my back seats even after I told them hey please make sure you vacuum back here because theres fur. Guy said unless I get the package for pets it wont get all of it out. I said thats fine I just need what a basic vacuum would do. THEY DIDNT EVEN TOUCH THE BACK ITS THE SAME! There is still dirt inside my car and outside of it. Windows barely cleaned. The guy tried giving my eyes when I clearly pointed out that he never even cleaned my back window because he didnt want to get into the vehicle because I own a 2 door. I am so dissapointed and honestly would get a refund if I could.Update: I worked with Anthony and showed him how it wasnt cleaned and he was extremely nice and personally cleaned it looks alot better and he was very kind. So I went from a 1 star to a 3 star. Just hope they improve their other staff so that people dont have to come back like I did.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Theyve consistently done a poor job and today destroyed my hitch cover and wouldnt do anything. They sat and made excuses with no resolution. Horrendous customer service, no attention to detail and 0 problem solving ability.

Pase verde and Stephanie station: ordered the top service which costed $169 for detail and wax. They did no where near top service. After they were done I had to go out stand in hot sun for 20 mins and tell the washer what areas needed to go over. Leftover wax dirt spots everywhere. Talked to manager named Garfias to inform him of inadequate service. He was defensive, combative, argumentative, sarcastic, and rude. Waiting for owner/district manager or someone in a similar capacity to call me.

Ill never go to their car wash again. I wish I could give zero stars. Ive been there at least 6 times, and have brought my Jeeps and Gladiator there. Ive never had any problems with them before. Ive always paid $20 and always gave a generous tip. I always feel bad for them being out in the heat and lots of people are struggling during this pandemic. Even though they dont do the greatest job; theyve left rags on my hood and inside my Jeep, which I had to throw out, and the last time they left my rearview mirror, radio, cup holder, and dash dirty...but I figured I cant be too picky being that Covid has limited my choices. Its a Jeep and itll get dirty again anyways. This time I went in, already paid, sat down for at least 15 minutes, and was waiting for my Jeep. I was informed that I shouldnt have paid $20 all those times and shouldve paid $45 to get it handwash because my Jeep has certain parts on it that can break off in the wash. Umm, you werent scared before and did it all those other times with no problems. Terrible Herbst and other car washes Ive gone to run it through without complaining. Ive had my Jeep since 2015 and NOT ONCE has anyone made an issue of it. I asked if he can just honor the price this one time since I already paid, its their mistake, Im not getting anything crazy like waxed, theres no mud, its pretty much clean, they already started cleaning it, and Im an established customer. I would go ahead and pay it next time. The manager, nope, you shouldve been charged that price all along. I dont know why theyve charged you that price. I was even considering getting the membership which they said would be $20 a month since I go there a lot. Once again, quoting me that price for my car wash. Im never going back, buying gas from there, or any convenience store items from there. Im just going to call my regular guy who comes to my home and charges me $40. Theyve lost a customer all around and lost money. Instead of righting their mistake, they got greedy, and dont give a damn about their customers. If I was out of gas I would literally run on fumes to avoid this place. Oh yeah, check out their yelp reviews. Theyve only got a 2 star rating for being so $hitty.

I came here thinking I was going save time not knowing I was going to come back because water stops and these were water stops throughout the whole car not from water trapped in cracks. It actually look like it was washed and let it air dry. I didnt see it at first because it was under the car port but once I got home I saw the terrible job

Ok now that Ive been coming a few times they do take forever. Sat here for 55 minutes waiting Actually my van was done 15 minutes ago but they stuck another car in front of mine I sat here for an extra 15 waiting for that car to be finished. I signed up for the unlimited washes and yes at times it has taken some time but I have a minivan. I have personally witnessed a manager going into my van and directing cleaners to get my stored cup holders clean. I think they do a very good job of cleaning inside and out and with membership I get cleaned once a week. I grab a soda or coffee from store sit down and chill for a bit. Not sure why all the complaints. They are not perfect but altogether I think they do a great job. Wish they offered free drink for car wash patrons while we wait. That would be very nice. Cheers.

I pay the monthly unlimited plan for $42. Wait time is actually pretty decent but the wash is getting worse. Dirty towels are used to dry the car leaving streaks everywhere. I took it in yesterday and it looked like it didnt get vacuumed and I have water spots on the roof and windshield. Im starting to look elsewhere, for $42/month plus tipping $3 to $5 dollars every time, 3 to 5 times a week, I expect a lot better. Honestly, 2 stars is being generous.

I am always so impressed with the attention to detail put into washing my truck.

This location is an absolute disappointment. I already have an extreme dislike for poor car wash service, and this didnt help. I have (had) the Everwash membership, so I visited this location (at 7AM because theyre closed by the time I get off work) expecting the same amenities. No. Here you have to pay an extra $7 for them to vacuum the inside (and no free vacs available). That was annoying but fine until I realized they are terrible at vacuuming. When I opened my Jeep door the interior looked the exact same -- complete with dog hair on my passenger seat and the same crumbs and dirt on the floor. When I asked if he vacuumed, he pretended to not understand English (or maybe he didnt) and just smiled confusedly. Youd think with 6 people in red shirts walking around aimlessly, youd get something close to customer service. No. The Pit Stop locations already have inconvenient hours of operation, so this made cancelling my car wash membership that much easier. *ARGH*

I paid $50 for a wash and detail they didn’t even clean cup holders or nothing this is a treble place to go the service sucks so unless you are ready to pay $100 just to get your cup holders clean i would say go elsewhere it would be much cheaper and you will get a better job done

Fantastic car wash!

Watching the spray bottles hanging from their pockets slam into the sides of my car over and over as they cleaned it was terrible, even worse noticing that everyone was doing the same thing and scratching all the cars. I made the mistake of bringing it up to the manager, he got offended and said that’s how they do it and my opinion is irrelevant. He said corporate specifies the bottle must hang from the front pockets and hit the cars during cleaning. He took no responsibility, wouldn’t look me in the eyes, blamed it all on corporate, then stated its not worth correcting because no customers ever notice anyway.I canceled my membership in the app before leaving the parking lot and I advise you find a place that thinks a little more about what they are doing.

Ill use the drive thru carwash in a pinch because of location/convenience but the full service is always a disappointment. Ive used them a couple times but finally gave up because I always had to spend twenty minutes cleaning what they missed. For forty bucks thats not right. Horizon Ridge does a much, much better job.

Terrible. Took 50min on a Monday. For a supreme clean, neither the exterior nor interior were sufficiently cleaned. Windscreen still covered in specks and patches, dust still over dashboard panels and seats still left with crumbs and dirt.

The worst car wash experience EVER. The guy who took my key out messed up my ignition and the only concern from the manager was to get my car out of the way so they can get other cars in. On top of that, I had to call a locksmith, wasnt reimbursed for my car wash, wasnt offered very much help and my car was still dirty. Had to wipe down more black marks all over my rear bumper and on the sides, birdpoop was still on my windows and car door. The only thing the manager offered which by the way I never even received (not like im going back to this car wash ever) was a future free car wash. Now over $300 later, had to get a new ignition for my car which I shouldnt even have to be paying for. Do not go to this car wash!!!!!

First, we waited for over an hour for both of our cars to be cleaned. That’s fine and understable considering it was a little busy and we had two cars that needed both the exterior and the interior cleaned. Then, they come in to find us because one of the guys literally BROKE OFF MY REARVEIW MIRROR. To which the supervisor laughed and told one of the other guys to YouTube how to put it back on, and then disappeared. Thankfully, Kevin, sat and figured out how to reattach the actual mirror so I could drive it home, but we still can’t figure out how to reattach the cover. Kevin offered to give us a free dog hair removal service, but after this incident I really don’t want anyone at this place touching my car. 🤷🏻‍♀️ $45.00 and I left with trash still in my car, a broken rearview mirror cover, and dust still on my dashboard. Kevin was great though. Excellent customer service by being the only one who seemed to care that this establishment damaged my car.
