$85 for detail inside/outside, shampoo 2 front seats, no wax. The Good - little wait time, Took 1 hr, seats & floor were done well, smelled nice. The Bad - left wet smears on front window & foggy in rear. ALL 4 windows left dirt line in track, left tons of hair in rear, radio controls dirty spots & Armor All spray all over. I wasnt expecting a Primo detail like with a toothbrush. But Ive had WAY-WAY BETTER & CHEEPER details At first it looked good until 10 mins driving down the road, then front glass smears & fogging developed, and I couldnt see, had to stop for windex & paper towels. My car details usually take 90 mins, I would have waited longer for a better job. Disappointed

I recently took my car to get washed and was greeted by Sal. He greeted me showed me the menu and most importantly gave an accurate time that my car would be complete. He did an amazing job on the wash and you can see the time and detail they take on every vehicle. I will be returning and thank you! Car looks great. Other customers picking up their cars were very satisfied as well .

They had large sign when u drive up to vacuum station early bird special $10.99. When I went to pay it was $3 more he said suvs are more noting on sign said suvs are more. Bite and switch will not go there again. Anyway they did poor job on back seat crumbs everywhere

They did a good job + if you have store-bought items that may melt, they can put it in the freezer for you. I appreciated that

These guys were great, they came out on time and detailed the inside of my PT Cruiser hi have a dog and they thoroughly cleaned the inside so there was dog smell Ill definitely use these guys again very professional

They do you not pay attention to the vehicles they do the same routine on the vehicles but they really dont get them clean like they should I had to go back and ask them to redo stuff

My first visit to this car wash. I had high hopes for a hand wash car wash. They pushed me into a more expensive car wash $45. Then they did not take my debit card. So I had to use theyre atm which cost me then they did not vacume and wipe the hatch of my 4 runner.

Took my van to get a scratch buffed out, wash and wax. Guy said $350 I talked him down to $270 and hed do it right now no appointment. In all fairness the scratch was gone and the Van was clean but the man pushed for a tip on what was already an overpriced job. I asked for my $15 dollars back and Id give him a 20. The basterd only gave me $5 and stole the other the $10. Super shady, go somewhere else.

The manager is a scammer!! Over charges and could use some customer service skills. The employee that cleaned my vehicle was amazing, which is why I am giving 3 stars.

I called and was told to go to the website for pricing so I did, found that their prices were $60 do shampoo. I show up and he tries to tell me it’s $200. My car isn’t even that bad, just some pet hair (and small amount of pet vomit) barely even noticeable probably wouldn’t have even known unless I said something. They clearly just want to try and get money off of people they think don’t know anything.

I paid 55 for inside and out wash and tire cleaning. At first it looked good but when i got home I had to rehash my rims and the inside. It still had dust on dash and in cup holders and dirt in the seats. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I read good reviews about this place and decided to check it out. It was worth the wait (about 45 min)! They have great atmosphere and offer different service packages. The staff is very efficient and friendly, Brad did a great job detailing my car. Very recommended!!

I bought the 3 month detailing package for $110.00 and after the first wash I could see towel steaks on the window. Plus the spots on the hood were still there. I brought it back a second time and ther car did not have the shine like before. When I approached the mgr to cancel he told me that there is no refunds. He said it was printed on the website, I checked and nothing is printed to that fact. I am very unsatisfied with their honesty, integrity and professionalism. I would like to get my $ back but it plain to see they ripped me off.

I have 2 little ones. Can you you imagine the damage. Grandparents would have not approved and probably would have taken the car. Thanks to you guys, amazing staff. I thought I got a new car back. So clean looked like there wasnt kids. Val and his team are the best in Henderson.(period)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I pulled in the gentleman told me that the car wash would be 25 Dollars to clean the Outside of the car. I am actually use to paying $25 for a full service inside and outside but I am in a rush and had no problem paying. My car was Just deliver to me To Vegas Nevada from New Jersey so it was very dirty from the travel through the desert. This is an Important Sidenote to remember. So When the gentleman had finished cleaning the car and reported to me I noticed that the car was not really clean completely. When I walked around the car to show him that it was still dirty he said to me that it was Super dirty when I gave it to him as if to say it could not be completely cleaned or something. In awe that he was saying that to me I proceed to say you are charging $25 for the car to be cleaned not half cleaned and that is not a statement that is proper customer service. he shouldnt be saying that. After so many excuses, Even though he did grab a rag and started to spot clean, I to grabbed a rag and started cleaning as well. This is unacceptable since I was paying $25 for a service. After all of that took place he still asked to me for a tip because they are paid below minimum wage, After my eyes popped out of my head that he would ask me that I still gave him $5 and drove off with a half clean car. Ill finish it myself...smh.

Worse customer service ever!I dropped my car off for a full detail. Upon my return to pick up my car, I paid then went to inspect their work. When I sat in the drivers seat I noticed that the compartment that hides the charger port was completely pushed in and destroyed.I went and got the Gentleman who took my car. He inspected it and said his worker must have pushed it in too far. Then he said I will give you a number to a friend of mine who can fix it quick. He attempted to call someone as I started taking pictures of their business and the damage to my car. He called his worker over and she said she didnt even touch it. I said how when obviously its been cleaned and wiped down.The Gentleman who took my car then told me to follow him and take a picture of his sign that says he isnt responsible. At this point I see this has escalated so I call 911 to have an officer come out to file a report. 911 said unless its criminal they cant come out andcI should take them to court. When I asked for my tip back, the worker and the Gentleman began to get an attitude. The Gentleman/manager then followed me as I continued to take pictures then stood in front of my car as I started it up.I will not be using this place ever again, and I do plan on contacting a lawyer for the damage to my vehicle. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy.

I’ve taken vehicles here for a wash/wax in the past and they’ve done a great job. I just had them do a clay bar and ceramic coat on my truck and I’m beyond pleased with the results.

The first time I took my truck to this car wash they were extremely detailed. After that the quality of wages was a little lacking. You pull up and nobody says anything to you. The first time I was greeted immediately. The employees just look at you and don’t say anything. It is a little awkward. I think I will just wash my own vehicle from now on.

This is an excellent car wash place these guys do a fantastic job and take very good care of my vehicle. I would recommend that if you need your vehicle washed details or taking care of come and see these guys cuz they do superb work

I was charged $40 for a car wash and they didnt even wash the rims or even make an attempt to, when I asked about the dirty rims they said it was $5 more. the car was half washed with areas that were still dirty and never washed and they didnt clean the inside of the windshield. I could have went to a drive through car wash for $9 and had a better experience. This place is overpriced and have inexperienced staff, this is a self wash that has been converted to a car wash facility, dont waste your money and go somewhere else, better yet spend your money on water balloons have a balloon fight in your driveway and I bet your car would still turn out better. BTW they have no problem using rags dropped on the ground.

Recently went for the full detail ($140) and am very satisfied! My car was long overdue for an interior cleaning, soda stains from over a year ago everywhere practically tatood into the dash...they got it all out! It looks amazing a week later. They even got the trunk button unstuck from soda stains!! Worth every penny!

Insisted we needed the $150 full detail, told my wife we need the engine bay detailed for an extra $50 because itll make the car run better.I asked him what the difference between the express detail ($50) and the detail ($150) was and he said because my seats werent leather it didnt qualify.

Small hole in wall car washer. A bit expensive, but they have loads of options/prices for your car detailing needs. Overall did a great job on my car. It rained yesterday and my car still has its clean look.

This is the best multi service car washbibhave been to in Las Vegas. Everyone is so hard working, and very trust worthy. I got a detail in 30min and my car smells great and is washed, waxed, polished and shinny interior. They vacuum so great. My car overall looks IMMACULATE!!! THANKS TO VALLE VERDE CAR WASH! thThey even offer propane & Window Tint! All the workers help each other so that they are absolutely efficienct in a short time. Definitely my go to car wash spot!
