He never answered or returned several calls (voice mail) to discuss what was wrong. He initiated work without communicating. Called only when wanted double pay - transmission flush $314 vs. $174 at Jack-o-Diamonds, Tyler. Online says $150-$200. Would not have used and will not use again - cannot recommend.

They lost the key to my car (BMW 745i) and they refused to pay for a new 1.They told me that the computer wasnt recognizing the key is y it wouldnt start. When I told them that I was coming to get my car is when they admitted to losing it. If I hadnt went to pick it up they wouldnt have never confessed to it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
