There are major issues at this complex and the apartment manager seems to be quite disengaged right now. Not sure if its due to her reduced hours or how many complaints she receives that she has just become numb. I personally have had my car broken into, my license plate stolen twice, my catalytic converter chopped off, and been followed up to my condo stairs by a man at 2am in the morning after I got off work, and of course the package thieves. I would think twice before moving into this complex right now in its current state. I have talked to my neighbors and their cars have been vandalized and broken into as well.

Lynne and Vanessa are AMAZING!! So sweet, genuine and considerate! They walked with me every step of the way, and took the time to care about what I said. They ACTUALLY care about you! Cannot wait to call this my home! ♥️♥️♥️Update!!! It’s now June 2021, almost a whole month has gone by. I love it!!! It’s everything I wished for. Clean, safe, quiet and I just love it here. Couldn’t ask for anything better 🥰

Our maintenance guy DOUG has done an amazing 5 star job for us on several occasions. Today, he fixed our A/C with super speed and efficiency, plus hes a really nice, friendly fellow! Doug is the best maintenance man weve ever had!

I am going on my 3rd year living here. There are 3 hot tubs in the community, all 3 have been out of order since March, 2020. There are 2 nice swimming pools. They have both been out of order since March, 2020. The community is gated: the exit gate has been ajar for over a month, anybody can drive in through the exit gate, and I see it all the time. The neighborhood has nice landscaping, yet the trash areas overflow every week. It appears the management company has taken coronavirus and abundance of caution as an excuse to cut costs and services for tenants, to maximize profits. Due to a lack of communication from the office, as to if/when these public areas will be fixed, I would not recommend this community, until the services are restored.

The house was not move in ready. My toilet backed up and flooded bathroom twice in first 3 days. I’ve lived here a month and my house has flooded three times (sink once and washing machine twice). My sink is water damaged and has black mold. My dishwasher is got some kind of caked on brown stuff and is unusable. Worst experience I ever had and now I have to hire an attorney to move because I’m not paying this place another penny!

Love it here!!! Beautiful property. Genuine customer service. Always clean, even the trash area is kept clean and organized. Friendly neighbors, not nisy neighbors. Love it love it love it

Jeri, Lynn, and Vanessa are AMAZING! They actually care about their residents and potential residents unlike many apartment management that only want your money. The three ladies helped my wife and I find an apartment immediately upon one being available. They talked us through everything and made sure we understood completely. Very helpful and friendly staff! My wife and I cant wait to move next month!

Edit: 9 months later, and I have complained about these neighbors multiple times to the leasing office with no help. Some upstairs noise is always going to be there, but I shouldn’t get headaches from it. It’s so loud that I can’t sleep. Even with a fan going, tv, white noise, etc. I’ve tried everything, but ear plugs which I can’t use due to health reasons. As I’m typing this, they are being so crazy, that the kitchen lights and my bed are both shaking. That is just too much to put up with with barely so much as a sorry from management. I’ve also had an A/C and heating issue that took about 4 months to get completely resolved. I’m still missing parts for my fridge and dishwasher that I’ve been told were ordered when I moved in. These are still decent apartments, but I do feel that they are overpriced currently. I wanted to edit my review now that I’ve spent more time in them. I can say that I will most likely be moving somewhere else once my lease is up in a couple of months.Lynn and Vanessa in the office are simply put AMAZING!!! They’re always there if you have a question or need clarification and they do it with a smile! Doug in maintenance also deserves a raise!! He’s currently the only guy working on 300 units and you wouldn’t even know it. Always happy, pleasant, and willing to help in any way. My move in was fantastic and I highly recommend! The only downside is the noisy neighbors upstairs until 1 in the morning, but even that isn’t enough to ruin my impression.

I am very pleased with my move to Solevita! The office and maintenance staff are very attentive to the needs of their residents. Work orders are responded to quickly. The community is clean and quiet. My choice to move here was widely based on the reviews for this property... they don’t disappoint!Thank you Lyn, Vanessa, Jeri, Doug & TR!

Where can I begin? Lynne and Vanessa at the management office are rock stars!!!! They made the move in process beyond trouble free. When we moved in they got our maintenance issues resolved in a day. Now we are fully moved in for the past few weeks and loving this community. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Lynne is pretty awesome. She has worked with me a lot on getting into an apartment on short notice. Shes very straight-to-the-point and I appreciate that. Didnt beat around the bush at all. As for false advertising.. I dont see that. The prices on the website are accurate currently and there is a disclaimer on the website that does say that prices are subject to change. My advice is to read up on everything on the website because all the information is there and if you have questions call them. They do answer and give you answers. You just have to be honest too, it cant be a one way street. Nonetheless, this place is pretty swell. Have a great day!

This apartment complex was the first place I’ve ever moved to and lived on my own at paying my own bills and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I lived here for about a year and a half. The staff in the office were so nice and friendly every time I went there and the maintenance guys were as well! Any time I had an issue with my apartment they would be by later that day to fix it and were always so friendly and even once helped me fix something I didn’t even think to fix which was very much appreciated. The only bug I have ever seen at this place was a spider in my bathroom but other than that the place was clean. When I first walked in on my first day they had an adorable cup of coffee vacuumed into the carpet which I loved. The bedroom was big and the bathtub was amazing. Walk in pantry and laundry room was even better. Highly recommend this apartment

My Boyfriend and I Have lived here for about 4 years now and from the very moment we’ve moved in to now we have had nothing but the most enjoyable stay in these apartments. From the front office staff being so amazing kind and professional (Lynne,Jerri,Vanessa ) to the maintenance men being efficient and prompt (Doug & TR) to the groundskeepers tht keep these apartments so clean and beautiful everyone it’s just so amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. THANKYOU. I am a super home body so having a peaceful, safe, beautiful place to live means a lot to me. I have lived in a lot of places in Vegas and this by far is the best one. I literally don’t have one single bad thing to say I highly recommend taking the time to check these apartments out ☺️

I’ve been living at Solevita for over a year and the whole experience has been amazing. The complex is beautiful and the leasing managers are very caring and helpful. Anytime I had the slightest maintenance issue it was immediately taken care of. Special thanks to Jeri and Lynn!!!!!

Clean, safe & well maintained community. We have everything we need near by plus it is a gated community & several great amenities that my kids enjoy.When i moved in the manager & her staff were always very helpful which made the transition to relocate very pleasant & stress free.I enjoy living here & would recommend it.

We have been looking for a place to live for a while now and when we found Solevita WOW, great complex and an even better staff. Jeri was able to answer all of our questions, tell us about the surrounding community, schools, shopping and the like. I would recommend Solevita to anyone looking to live in Henderson.

Update Apr 2018:****I love living here!! I just renewed lease with Solevita with Pleasure!I have only had good experiences with management and maintenance. The community is well kept and quiet. I enjoy our fitness room and pools on a regular basis! If you are looking for an apartment reach out to Lynn she and Jeri will walk you through the process with ease, the staff here is completely amazing!!EASY APPLICATION PROCESS (FRIENDLY STAFF), Jeri and Lynn are extremely helpful during the application process. I am moving here from out of state and they have made this easy for me! Every question I have had has been answered in a timely fashion. Moving from state to state can be stressful but these ladies have made every attempt to help my family. I can not wait to move into our condo!

Great place to live! The manager Lynne is very nice and attentive with the residents. My maintenance requests are fixed within 48 hours at most which is awesome. So far it has been a pleasant experience at Solevita Homes i love it!!

This is a great Apartment complex! i love that it is a gated community, its quiet, the staff is friendly and grounds are clean. This was one of the apartments that actually offers utilities included in the rent and washer dryer in your unit, i was sold! i have no complaints.

Lynn was very pleasant to my husband and I from the time we arrived until the time we left. Very informative with the information we inquired about. She gave us great tips on when to start looking for apartments since our lease doesnt expire until 1/12/2019.

We just move in last week and everything went great. I visited the property and everyone in office was great and nice. They have a new manager at this location her name is Cheryl and she showed me the property. I end up renting a great 2 bedroom from her and she gave me all different information about the area. She told me she was new to Las Vegas also and love living in Nevada. The residents at this location are great and nice. My neighbors help me put my bed into our apartment and welcome me to the building.

Lynne and Jeri were awesome! I had a surprise credit issue and these two were there to help me and my girlfriend anytime we needed them. Jeri put me on the path to getting my paid in full letter after the collection company had jerked me around for a month and Lynne was there to guide is through the credit approval after that. Cant wait to move in!!!!

Some of these negative comments are laughable. The office staff and maintenance has been nothing but nice to us. When we first moved in in late May 2017, there were minor issues and delays (and no, I wasnt happy, but I was stressed so it wasnt their fault) but after that its been smooth sailing.Some maintenance issues do take a bit longer than others to be handled, but patience goes a long way Ive learned. Being friendly and understanding is equally important. If you act like an entitled jerk dont be surprised when no one hurries to help. I like things to be fixed quickly, but I understand not everything can be done right away.As for other issues, such as the smell of marijuana, big deal. Its legal here in Nevada. Sure its strong at times, but so what? Ive never encountered any problems. The people here are friendly, the complex is clean, and Ive never felt unsafe, even at night. I also love the fact that Jeri, Lynn, or maintenance themselves calls me before arriving to ensure I am home since I dont like people in my home when Im not.Ignore the negative reviews and give this place a shot if youre looking for something decent and reasonably priced in Henderson.

I will be honest, management and maintenance sucks. However, if I were to be mad about every place that I went to where management sucks, well, I wouldnt be going to a lot of places. The rent isnt horrible, everything is quiet and safe, and it feels homey. I enjoy living here, its close to work and school and all together, compared to the other places that Ive lived, isnt bad at all.

One of the nicer places in Henderson, I have been looking at a lot of places but havent found one with the resident minded management that Solevita has. Kudos

The apartment is nice. I have a downstairs apartment and the floor above my bedroom creaks extremely loud. My neighbor was up in the middle of the night and it was hard for me to fall asleep with all that noise. I asked if there was any way to get that fixed. Manager told me she would reach out to floor specialist and open a ticket for me. One month goes by, I call and they tell me that unfortunately that is something that happens with apartments. If nothing can be done, why tell me they would reach out to a floor specialist? So I let it go and I ask to be put on the list for when an upstairs one bedroom became available. Ive called several times and I keep getting told there is nothing available. Lo and behold my upstairs neighbor leaves. I call and they tell me its already taken! That it has already been on hold for 6 weeks! Ive been trying to get another apartment for 5 months! I was told that unfortunately they can miss things. Yes, you do. Extremely disappointed in the staff. Id rather get told things straight up and not keep getting lied to.

The apartment is decent and maintenance requests are typically responded to in a timely manner. However, the office staff is extremely unresponsive. No one ever seems to be available to answer the phone in the office and when you do catch them on-site (which is rare, even though office hours state they will be in, daily) they never seem to have time to look into issues for you.

I plan to move to Solevita in September. Ive talked to two ladies in management. Both seemed really interested in making sure muy fiancee and I find the best apartment that meets our expectations. Havent moved in yet, but Ill be writing an updated review.

This place false advertises their prices. It’s a complete waste of time talking to them over the phone because once you’re there everything they told you changes. And the rep Menton Lynn is extremely rude and aggressive. This was the worst experience of viewing a property here in Vegas ever. I’ll advise you to avoid unless you want terrible customer service and a complete waste of your time.

Very professional staff. Beautiful grounds and the renovated units are gorgeous. A bit out of my price rangs but it looks like a great place to live and its in a nice area.

Was apartment seeking. For some reason the office was on lunch break Im guessing for over 2hrs so I never seen anyone! Long story short. I parked & looked threw the windows of an vacant apartment. OMG it was trashed, smelled, & horrible! Complex looks no where as clean as the pictures! If you r an very clean person Id say stay away! Not up to standards!!! And 2hrs doing 8am-6pm no one was available!!! Told me enough about this place!

Tip: Sort reviews by newest, not most relevant, to see what this place is really like.Do not rent here. I was told I was renting a renovated apartment. After six weeks of waiting and paying fees to hold the apartment, I was told oops its not renovated. They actually blamed the current tenant for lying about the apartment. How do these people not know what their apartments look like? (Answer: They do and lie to get money) I was promised a refund. NONE of my money has been returned. Now emails and calls to the complex and their corporate office go unreturned. Do not sign a lease here.**UPDATE**I was able to speak with both Jerri (leasing agent) and Lynn (manager) regarding the refund of my holding deposit. I asked for email confirmation stating I would receive a refund. Lynn said, I will send you an email if you delete your negative review. I said I would edit my review if I actually receive a refund. I have not received an email. Lynn is the definition of unprofessional.

This is going to be extremely honest...but not too pleasant.I would never, ever begin to recommend anyone to reside here - or to even consider it.The apartments are generally clean and there is Security at night (those are the plusses allowing for the 1-star). The Security team is excellent - especially the one individual I would encounter from time to time.The neighbors are generally obnoxious (and the front office is simply not responsive). There is also a constant smell of marijuana all over the place which is undesirable.The office is also not responsive to phone calls, concerns, safety issues or handyman requests. How sad - how discourteous and unprofessional.On a final note, this must be mentioned. The property manager at Solevita (name will not be used) is not only about as curt and rude as can be, but is also unresponsive and could care less about her residents. That is a promise - take it to the bank.Charges are made upon moving out that were mistakes and legal action had to take place to ensure that the property manager was under the clear impression that no games were being played. People do not have the patience for this, and simply do not tolerate it.I had lived there for a year and made every rent payment on-time and was an extremely courteous and quiet renter. As of this afternoon, I was verbally abused by the office and was virtually tossed out by the Property Manager who has some hard lessons to learn. Any more games from this property, and they will find themselves in court - and quickly.For future residents: NEVER EVER rent here. I had so many problems. The property manager is one of the main problems with this place. She is unfriendly, rude and abrasive. Simply put, she is the definition of nasty. The only friendliness is used as a lure to get you to lease there. Stay away! Furthermore, the property has a lot of problems with maintenance and drug usage as it smells like marijuana everywhere.For current residents: If & when you decide to move out of this place (which you will.....), be sure that you look at the FINAL AND COMPLETED charges and be very wary of the tricks that the office will try to play on you to get your money unfairly. Be ready/ prepare the agreement state that after this final, you dont have responsibly for any extra cost. If you walk through with them, be sure to give notes and sign every details on the list then need to have signature for both sides.NEVER EVER CONSIDER FOR STAYING HERE. Solevita is low-end and basically a TRAP....borderline EVIL.I would rank this property among the worst in the Henderson / Green Valley area. Period....Stay and steer clear of Solevita ~

Im new to the Vegas/Henderson area (moved over from the East coast), and searched long and hard to find an apartment complex that fit all of my needs. After living with friends for a few months during my initial search, I can honestly say that Solevita is by far the best choice Ive found. Great area, walking/biking distance to everything I need (grocery, bank, gym, and of course sushi and Mexican restaurants :D). The Vegas area is pretty patchy in terms of sketchiness, so its difficult to discern the safe spots, but from a glance, and after some exploring, it seems like this is definitely a place that I can feel comfortable walking around in. Jeri in the leasing office was extremely kind and welcoming and jumped through hoops to make sure that I would be satisfied with my lease terms. Definitely looking forward to my move in November. :)

I rent here, and Im moving in June. The office staff is unprofessional and disorganized. If you go in to talk about something in your unit, they will write down your name, unit number and phone number and promise to call you with an answer by tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes in Solevita. You will end up going back to ask the next afternoon and they will have no idea what you re talking about and write you name, unit number and phone number down again promising to call tomorrow. One of the office staff told me she left me a message and when i said I never received a call or message, she said, maybe I didnt I dont know. Find a place with a better office staff. It took over a month to fix my fridge handle when I moved in, and over three days to fix the washing machine that flooded my apartment the day I moved in. I have had a lot of problems, and trust me when I say that you will find rate comprable to Solevita at another apartment complex in the area and they will probably have a nicer more professional office staff. Id also like to point out, each staff member has done this to me. Some things broken in the year Ive lived here have been: my fridge handle, my ac, my washing machine, and my microwave. I have never got a prompt reply or fix on anything. The ac took three days, the fridge over a month, the microwave a month. The office staff talks down to you when you ask why they never call or reply like they promise. Save yourself the time and live somewhere else.

The location is the only thing great about this location. They seem to only care about money and not current residents as they are so quick to impose nonsense fines but when you need something they take forever to give a reply. There is barely any parking and what little parking there is they have recently designated it to “office staff and future residents”, leaving residents to have to fight for stalls on the complete opposite side of their apartments (you won’t even be able to view your car from afar so you never know what’s happening to it, our gas has already been siphoned). They preach about safety yet the gate into the complex is always broken allowing anyone to enter (what are we all paying HOA fees for?). Management is terrible and very rude. When taking the risk to rent here be prepared for the nonsense that comes with it.

I have lived here for 2 years. They have fixed my sink twice and its still broken, been waiting over a month for a fan part, maintenance is slow, they dont know how to fix anything properly, only temporary fixes that last a week or so, & staff treats residents like crap. I asked them to come into fix my fan, it was after 5pm and a week later before they finally came in. I left a note to close the door after themselves and I get a note on my couch stating they cant work with animals in the house. They have worked many times before with my cat in the house. Just a cat who hides when there is new people around. Recently Memorial Day weekend they drained both pools. They didnt bother to clean them at all & started to fill them back up. The second pool they left the lights out of the wall as they filled it and created a short in the system. That costs more money to fix & closed the pool down during a busy weekend. They finally got it fixed on Tuesday and started to fill the pool again. Slight problem again, they did not clean the pool at all. Staff is very lazy and rude. The security team they hired finally got there act together and started to patrol the complex instead of hiding out in the maintenance rooms. They advertise this pretty property with sparkling pools (not), bbq pits (that dont work), pretty landscaping, & affordable prices. A few things I do like about the complex are that its fully gated at all times, the price, location, and safety.

Pros: The Office, Maintenance and Security Staff at Solevita Apts are very friendly, especially Jeri and Lyn. The grounds are well kept. The view at the rear of the complex is beautiful, especially at night. There is a security guard that patrols at night.Cons: Maintenances can be a little slow on some things, because a lot of times, items are on back on back order. The major problem is that some of the units are privately owned, like the unit above me. They have a leak that has damaged my bathroom. The ceiling was dripping and the paint was literally sliding down the walls. Solevita requires the owner of the unit to make all the repairs, which leaves me the renter, screwed. I am paying for two bathrooms, but I have only one bathroom and Solevita is saying that Its not their fault, and they cant adjust my rent. And to make matters worse I am having to deal with the owner of the other unit, instead of the people who Im paying rent to. A major perk of renting is supposed to be maintenance. If you move here, make sure you ask if the unit above you is privately owned.

This is the best apartment complex in vegas- I needed a place closer to work and drove by the Solevita last year- Lynn and Jeri were so gracious! I just left this place I love the pool with people and managers the maintenance people it all been so cool was a beautiful experience here whats up with the bad comments this beautiful place I have no problems with nothing the manager was so lovely and beautiful she talked with respect and she make sure she gets her job done I never had no problems with the managers here so all that bad comments on the manager and all that its extra cuz I had a different experience so it must be the people that are making comments cuz this is a such a beautiful place

A few of my coworkers live here and I was curious about all the hype. First off the idiot that posted that picture with the couch is probably some bad tenant that didnt pay rent and got evicted. Am I right about it? Lol Alrighty then- 2 ladies greeted me, one of them took me to visit a demo, everything was clean, the condo was real cute and cozy with all amenities, some kids were playing basketball, it seemed real cool to me. My current lease isnt up for another 3 months but Ill be applying here. Competitive prices for green valley, reasonnable deposit, and the ladies were real sweet to me. Easy to understand. I would definitely recommend it. I ran into a few people in the parking lot and it seemed alright to me. Anyone posting negative comments, shame on you. Stop hating and grow up! Solevita rocks!

The management was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Horrible place to live, they tried to make me stay there and Im so very very happy I finally got out. They will try to screw you over watch out for this place!

I have lived at Solevita for 12 years very happily. The apartments are very large for the price. Walk in closet, walk in pantry, large linen closet-- a lot of amenities the newer places dont have. Today I got my A/C fixed in one hour after I called in the problem., I have seen a lot of Mgmt. come and go over the years, but Cheryl, our new Mgr. seems to be on top of things. You cannot find an apartment this large anywhere in this area., for this amount of rent. I live in the front of the complex and even here there is not much street noise. Very happy here and plan on staying a long time. 5/4/2015

Super small apartments & the layout just makes no sense. I would never live here.

Have lived here for 2 years now. Rent isnt bad at all, and despite a very long week in the summer where our AC unit wasnt fixed, it has been an okay experience. The only negative is the neighbor below. He is an absolute a-hole and I can hear his tv running all night long till 4am (I have to wake up at 5am for work). Now Im not sure if its his tv or the building is just super old and the floors are extremely thin, but Im definitely moving out at the end of the lease. Whoever has the pleasure of living in this apartment after me...good luck, the guy will not reason, slams the door in your face, yells at the police when they come by to tell him to turn it down, and is yelling almost everyday about something (he never leaves his apartment either).

Even before we have moved in I have received nothing but excellant service. I needed an apartment close to my daughters high school and this is a block away. The location and the kind manner we have been treated with were the reasons we chose this complex.

Neighbors do hard drugs in building one. HOA and solevita ignore it. Call the cops, they deny it.They are working on their cars or tinkering around on their balcony for days without sleep keeping us up all the freaking time. They are fighting pulling stuff out of the trash. Its a nightmare and literally everyone knows, those neighbors. And the complex doesnt do sh****t about it. Frequent people going in and out of the house, Im pretty sure they are selling drugs... its literally bs My wife and I have young children.

Do not live here. I actually want to pay the $1100 to break my lease here because that’s how bad it is. I can start with saying there is literally only one person that works here that will actually speak to you like you’re not an idiot. On all occasions in which I’ve called and filed online with not having hot water I’ve never had it fixed right away. If you call the office after 4pm you will usually have to leave a message no one will answer despite the office hours being 9am-6pm. Yesterday I put a maintainence order online for plumbing and had no response. Gave a call today to the main office no answer. Then I gave a call to maitainence honestly he did not care about anything which I can already be used to however won’t be having anyone come in till tomorrow if they actually show. There’s also neighbors that constantly fight down stairs and around the complex during the night time. Funny how there’s a security on duty but no regulation of disturbing the peace. The website price says it’s $1100 for a 3bd 2bath however they will tell you it’s been renovated and bump up the price. My apartment is clearly not renovated. My mailbox key was actually damaged when I first got it didn’t work, I got issued a new one, the new key got damaged from the mailbox lock went in a second time to let them know. They gave me a new key and said they fixed it however till this day my key is damaged and I still have to jiggle it to get it to open my mail box. There’s a lot to complain about and a lot more I could review. Just simply this place will not care about you. There is no coporate number to report to. Don’t live here.

This place is awful. Have to wait in the office years, while the women talk about their personal lives, can never get a call back the day of you having questions. Ill call and get a call back 2 days to a week later. Clearly the office staff needs to be changed. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I currently live here. Was promised all kinds of stuff when I first moved in..they rent out apartments that need plenty of cleaning, painting and work...if I had a choice I would not be here.

Dont live here. No one is ever in the office to help you. My AC was broken on the 4th of july and it took them 4 days to fix. I moved out 2 months ago and still have not received my security deposit check, Nevada law clearly states that they have to mail it to me within 30 days. I have called them 15 times a day for 2 months now and no one has ever answered the phone! I have already reported them to the BBB. DONT LIVE HERE!

This complex has removed my difficult neighbors.It’s back to normal peaceful living.

To David,Kim,Summer & Lisa,You have failed in many ways to return my deposite. 2months and counting where is my deposite? Your corporate office in Florida / Cecile dosent have anything you claim to have sent. At this point I will file a police report about this matter. Have a good day!

Beautiful apartment. Quiet place.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Solevita. The staff in the office are not only personable and friendly, but they work really hard to make sure the residents are taken care of. As for maintenance, when I turned my A/C on for the first time, it didnt work. It was evening, so I put in a ticket online for maintenance. This was after office hours, and still Cheryl called me when she got the notification. The maintenance gentleman was out first thing in the morning (with a smile), and had the A/C going in no time at all. The residents are friendly, and the community is quiet. Everything is close: groceries, restaurants, malls, and the strip is a 10 minute drive away. Not to mention, there are benches with amazing views of the mountains and the lights of the strip.
