Super bummed. I do not usually leave reviews, almost never truly, but I had to share my experience due to the crazy high price compared to results. 5 1/2 hours and $250 ($300 plus the accidental tip) later I have blue roots and unhappy hair. 😕 I was so excited to go here after seeing so many positive reviews but left feeling shocked and disappointed. I dont ever leave reviews but felt incredibly disregarded by the stylist when I asked for a partial refund for the time and inconvenience this visit cost me. I asked for an overall lighten (including my roots) tone, ash blonde color and a trim, but instead only got all over blueish color and toned for too long. What is worse is the experienced stylist asked me to come in to have it fixed, but does not understand my weariness to come back in and sit in the chair again and still have to pay $250 for a mistake she made. She messaged me after and said she felt like she did a good job but I feel cheated and gaslighted, as if I didnt know what I was talking about. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Beatrice and will not be returning even for free services. I believe if she cared about her clients she would have given a discount AS WELL as fixed it for free. All in all, I just wanted a refund or at least some money back for time spent and unfavorable results. Please see photos before booking your next appointment.

I think the photo speaks for itself. I’m not a very confident person but every time I see Beatrice I leave feeling like a 10! I’ve seen here a few times this by far is my favorite. I love that she was straight forward with me about how long the purple would last and what it would take to maintain it if I wanted to. She was also upfront with the cost and explained why she charged me the way she did. I have a ton of hair and it was very long at the time so she had to use a ton of product on my hair. She was kind and made me feel beautiful the whole time I was in her chair.

I have been going to see Beatrice for years for eyebrow waxing and shaping. She is the only person I trust when it comes to my eyebrows! I love how she never overdoes them or makes them too thin and she is also so friendly and sweet!

My service at this salon was so amazing that I would never question booking another appointment with Beatrice! She is an amazing stylist and 100% recommend going to her for all your hair care needs!

I came to the salon after Beatrice was recommended to me by a friend. She does AMAZING work. The second time I went to her we did a balayage and even though I had used box color previously Bea was very open to helping me get a good blonde in my hair. My initial concerns were that the reds in my natural hair would make the blonde come out orange but Bea assures me that if it did it would be fixed as she would never send a client out with orange hair unless requested. Long story short, my hair came out perfect, actually going in for a touch up in a few weeks! Beatrice is very kind and compassionate to all her clients, 100% would recommend going to her!

I came to beatrice when i desperately wanted to be blonde again, she let me know before she started it was going to be a process. i knew i wasnt going to be at my desired color in one session, one thing about bea is she is a PERFECTIONIST ✨ she knows what shes doing and i cant thank her enough for my amazing experience with her❤️. 11/10 recommend!!

Kathy and the rest of the crew are amazing. Kind, friendly and they know their jobs very well. You cant beat this salon if your looking for the best!

This salon is MUCH more than just a salon in my opinion! I first started going when I decided to add extensions into my hair! Those girls and the environment they present made me feel right at home! I spend about 3-4 hours every 4 weeks in there and I have ALWAYS walked out looking and feeling great! Anything from my extensions to my eyebrows they have nailed it! Prices are completely fair for the outcome you will receive! You want Great hair you will pay for it and these ladies are WELL worth it all! Want great conversation, new friends and beautiful hair? This salon is the only one I will recommend! 💕 Keep up the truly amazing work!

Hair repair more like hair destruction!! My roommate recently went into this salon to get her hair colored. She was wanting to get her hair colored, but instead got the opposite of what she wanted. Her hair has runs of color in it, her hair is totally fried, and not the color she wanted. Oh and dont let me forget to say that she was charged $186 for this. She proceeded to contact the girl that did her hair and asked her to simply fix her hair. The lady that did her hair continued saying that if she wanted her hair fixed that she would have to pay for the changes even though she was the one who made the mistake. The girl then texted my roommate back with very vulgar and disrespectful language that was totally uncalled for. ( The text messages can be seen in the picture) After my roommate received these messages her friends, family, and classmates were very upset and wanting their money back. The family went on to contact the owner and the owner did nothing except defend her employee, who was by far in the wrong. My friend was treated very disrespectfully by the girl that did her hair and the owner which is not okay at all. I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon unless you want hair destruction because you for sure will not be getting hair repair.

I have been a customer at Hait Repair since it opened, and a customer of Kathy’s for many years before that. They are professional and great communicators and they work hard to give the customer exactly what they want. Would highly recommend all of them!

Hair Repair is an awesome salon. I have been getting my hair colored and cut there for many years.

Hair repair is literally a god send. I walked in with terribly box colored hair with using what I thought was all natural hair shampoo. My hair was fried. Legit fried and when Kathy did my hair I bawled because nothing would take. She spent 3 different appointments fixing stripping and recoloring my hair. Now my hair is soft, silky 100% healthy and looks FAB. ALL the girls at hair repair are absouletly the sweetest most respectful bunch of girls ive met. I trust N0 ONE ELSE but hair repair and evem if your hair screws up because of YOUR OWN FAULT. She still took the time AND money to fix my hair. I promise yall will be hooked after 1 trip to this salon.

I went here and it cost me $186 to get my hair dyed! Not only that, but the lady did a terrible job and when I asked her politely to fix it, she sent me the worst text ever! Calling me horrible names and cussing me out!
