One girl did a great job on my pedicure, taking time and making sure things were perfect. But a different girl did my daughters and she rushed through the whole process taking half the time and kept looking over her shoulder. Not worth the money, will do my own next time...

I paid 45 for a set of acrylics with gel polish. None of my nails are the same length, there all rough and not smooth, the polish was not evenly applied. The lady who did my nails did not care what they looked like like as long as she got paid. I will never be returning here for services. Immediately after getting my nails done here I had the got to a different salon to get them fixed!

They are very good & also fast. I just wish they accepted credit cards. Their only flaw is they are cash only. Otherwise, they are amazing.

Not only was my appointment over 45 minutes late till they told me it was going to be another hour! As a 33 week pregnant woman I was infuriated and left! The business was very dirty and the guest services were terrible! I absolutely do not recommend!

Went to Stepheni for the first time. Made an appt and she did a great job. Gentle. Took her time. Love my natural gel nails!

This was the worst experience ever! Needed old dip gel removed before new manicure. Manicurist used drill first to remove polish, then soaked in acetone and then she proceeds to pull polish off and ripped nail bed and said nails were to thin. You never pull polish off when still stuck to nail bed! She then moved me to another station to soak in acetone while she did another person. Took 2 1/2 hours at this salon and had to clean up mistakes when arrived at home. I am not from this area but traveling thru Hays and never had a manicure like this in my life. Would not recommend unless you want your nail beds ruined.

Had an appointment at 12:30 for five of us took 30 minutes to even get in. Once we got in she gave us each a pedicure. They lasted eight minutes!! Was very rough and didn’t even seem to care. Missed spots on our toenails and paint on the skin my our toenails. She was so sloppy. When asked to fix them she got upset. Do not recommend them.

The place was very busy and they got us all done in an efficient and pleasant manner. There were 7 of us in our group.

After reading the reviews I decided to give them a shot- bad idea. Lady at the front did dip powder on my natural nails. She didn’t put anything on my cuticles or soak my nails before pushing my cuticles back. Worst dip job I’ve ever had, very uneven and messy. She was rushed the whole time and didn’t pay close attention. Would not recommend this place, or at least the lady at the front. Paid $42 for something that I will be soaking off when I get home. Disappointed.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! My friend and I both had pedicures and agreed possibly worst we’d had ever had. Unfriendly, unsanitary, almost no massage. Don’t go there!

I’d give 0 stars if possible. A blind person could’ve done my nails better. The lady didn’t listen to me at all with what I wanted and used dirty tools. Save your $$ and time by going somewhere/anywhere else.

I had a great experience! My mother and I walked right in and got 2 pedicures. The baths were very sanitary, they cover the inside with a new plastic coving every time. And my pedicure turned out great! I will definitely come back. The only downside is that they dont take cards but its not a deal breaker, just make sure to bring cash or check.

First time I visited this place. The person who did my pedí she not know how to do the pedicure very well. As a nail technique I know how are the procedures that must be done to make a very good pedicure so that the client leaves satisfied. I wont be back. What I notice is that the tools they use do not separate them to disinfect them. She keeps them with other tools.

Mary, Lee, and stephanie are very polite and respectful. They do an amazing job. Would recommend them to everyone.

I always ask for Johnny. He is wonderful. Very friendly & takes more time than most do. Id say for all those who had a bad experience, schedule with him or the lady behind him, Lee? I have went to others there as well, and wasnt too happy.

If I could give no stars I would horrible quality the tech went to fast my nails are uneven, thicker in some spots than others had an appointment for 1230 didnt get started till almost 130 didnt clean the polish off of toes or nails cut my boyfriends toenails too short and at a point

Had a pedicure 6/15/20 and it was the worst one ever. The lady didn’t get all my old polish off, cut my toenails way too short and polish job and design was so sloppy. I ended up removing everything. I was ashamed to tell anyone that I paid for such disgusting work.

Used this service years ago and was satisfied. Went in last week for French manicure. I have natural nails and normally do my nails myself but wanted to treat myself so I didnt have to bother doing my nails during the upcoming 4th of July holiday (I also live out in the boonies so had to travel to Hays). I could have done and actually have done a better job on my own nails! They left old nail polish around the edges on a couple of fingernails, bubbled or made surface of nail gritty on a couple of fingernails and didnt extend the white of the French manicure to the ends or sides of each nail!!! The whole experience was rush, rush, rush. So sad their business quality and service are so diminished. My advice, if you have nice fingernails make the time and do them yourself!!!

Usually love this place, but the lady at the front to the left did an awful rushed job, I go in all the time and this is the second time I had her do my nails very disappointed I will go back and pick either the guy or the pretty one with glasses they both do great work!!!!! I am going out of town and my nails look awful just got them done monday yes I will be calling them I have to drive 40min there just to not get my moneys worth.

Ive gotten pedis done here many times, they do a great job! They do accept walk-ins, but if youre hoping to get right in at a certain time youd better call ahead and make an appointment, they are usually pretty busy!

I went in to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. Pedicure was done in 15 minutes. Nail polish on toes and rough feet left. Nails are crooked.

Staff was not very friendly, barely spoke any English. I was also not impressed with my service, was rushed the whole time.

I would give negative stars if I could. The staff are rude and mean ! The pedicure was rushed and rough. The quality of the pedicure was horrible. I still have old polish on my toes. The paint job was terrible. The pedicure took maximum 15mins total ! Then I get a full set of acrylics. The table was still dirty with nail clippings and file powder from another customer. She used a dirty towel to place her used utensils and my hands on. The whole experience made me sad mad and disgusted. The nails are crooked and uneven. The tips were mis-sized and dont cover my real nails. Just so many things. The nail polish job was rushed and sloppy. She took maybe 20 mins on a “sculpted” full set. She was rough with my hands and didn’t care when I cringed or said ow. The facility itself is dirty and not hygienic. She wiped my legs with the same towel that had my toe nails and cuticles on. I just cannot believe all of the disgusting things that happened in 45mins max time. I could go on and on. But omg, please BEWARE. I will NEVER GO BACK.

Rude, no English was spoken to me. She got mail polish on my fingers and didnt clean it off. The manicure did not include cuticle trimming, but she charged me for it. Dirty utensil. I wont go back.

Dirty, busy, rude staff, dont accept card. While waiting over 30 minutes with my feet in water that grew cold, (even though I had an appointment) I noticed the nail clippings on the floor and sanitizer so full of equipment it wasnt shut all the way. I left before they got to me because of how disgusting it was. No way am I getting an infection at that place!

Got a full set of acrylics for $30. The shaping was terrible and the polish is more on my fingers than my nail. I will never be going back. Waste of money.
