Just finished a pedi + facial service. I felt that booking online was quick and easy! She responded quickly to accept my appointment. The service and quality were amazing and I feel fantastic. Jax took her time explaining what each service she offers does and made suggestions on what would benefit me in the future. I can’t wait to schedule more services!

Earlier in the year I had made an appointment for a massage at Jaxs. I showed up a few minutes before my appointed time and on the correct date however at exactly the time I was to have my massage I get a text that it was declined. If I would have gotten the text even 15 minutes earlier I would have understand but not exactly at the time I am to have my massage. Very very unprofessional. If she did not want to do the massage I would have at least appreciated a text earlier than the exact time of the massage.

I absolutely love this place!!! Very friendly and makes me feel as if weve known each other forever. I usually have very high anxiety especially when I meet new people not here I felt very comfortable and at ease. Cant wait to make this my monthly routine as soon as we can all adjust to the new normal 😊.

Professional service always

I never know what to expect at new massage places, but it was great! Very relaxing environment, salt lamps, lighting, music, and aromatherapy just walking in. Table was comfy and she got right to work on finding all my trouble spots. Highly recommend

About 5 years ago I had neck surgery with a metal plate put in. I developed an allergic reaction to the metal and had to have the plate removed. After that I struggled with debilitating migraines at least once a week lasting for 2-3 days. I tried everything I could think of and found a “block” with needles into my neck was the only thing that kept me out if bed but the sight of injection caused pain of its own but at least it worked somewhat. Sometimes this would last for 2-3 weeks and sometimes days, pending what I did with my hands and arms. No more playing with the grandkids or daily chores, Even folding laundry landed me back in bed. Repetitive use... I came across Jax’s Day Spa and saw she was having a special on massages and thought .. why not.. Im desperate .I went for my first and she did some deep tissue also, she was breaking up those huge knots I had acquired over the years. I needed to go back i believe every 3 days or so until she got them all smooth and loose. I felt so much relief! If i felt a migraine coming on I would book a massage and she worked it out. I was pretty sore and bruises but all part of the process to where we are today! I used to dread traveling or driving as my muscles would stiffen up, now I get a little tight but I have not had a migraine for over a year! Seriously! I haven’t been going on a regular schedule because of the Covid-19 restrictions but I haven’t needed to thank goodness . I go now to maintain and I couldn’t aak for a person more professional, thoughtful, focused on what my body needs and gets the job done. I love my visits with Jax and I will always let her work her magic on me. She’s so worth the timed her prices are very reasonable. Oh and her serenity room is amazing for a get away. Thank you Jax for all you do in our community. Not just for me but so many others. I Love you girl💜

Jax is a life saver! My husband has been in quite a lot of pain the last couple days approaching Christmas. Jax was willing to come in and make time for him on Christmas Eve to help ease his discomfort! She provided a relaxing and professional environment gave an amazing deep tissue massage. We are so thankful to her!!

Jax got me and my daughter in for a spa day this weekend with very short notice, without any hesitation! My daughter left saying how she loved her gel nails and her mermaid toe nails, and her 30 minute massage! She also said how much she liked Jax! Jax is very accomodating, she got me in for my massage on short notice. Plus, I decided last minute (was indecive) that instead of doing my nails I wanted to do the Diamond Dermabrasion, so she rescheduled me for later that evening! Thank you Jax for being so fexible for someone who is indecive and always waits til last minute to make for things like this!
