Ive been going to Nail Chateau for about 10 years and theyre fabulous! I get gel manicures and they always do a great job! I had been to other nail salons in the area who made my nails paper thin so Im very grateful for the expertise at Nail Chateau. The pedicures are great, too and the prices are reasonable. They are very attentive and I always feel relaxed and cared for when Im there. Catalina, the owner, is very nice!

Stopped coming here because the owner treats her workers very poorly. And every time I come here, I get anxiety. The owner is always very anxious and always trying to rush everything... Save yourself the frustration and go to Metropolitan Spa down the block. Seriously.

Personally, I do not recommend coming here.The most off putting part of this nail salon is how the owner treats her workers. She blatantly talks down to them. I’m not willing to support local businesses who do not support their workers.Further, the shop needs to be updated. The pedicure chairs are fairly old. I also question the methods they use to keep their equipment clean and sanitized. I saw them drop tools (nail clippers etc) then pick them up and place them back in the drawers. The nail polish does not seem to last very long compared to other nail salons as well.The nail technicians did do a nice job on my nails; they were also kind and friendly. They took their time to do my nails as well. After my pedicure the owner told me that I can wait and took a walk-in before doing my manicure. I don’t mind waiting, but given the situation that seemed to be poor judgement.As a new customer, I’d rather go elsewhere and I recommend you consider saving yourself from a possible infection much less supporting someone who doesn’t value the workers supporting her business.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this place, apart from the fact that it is dirty and that the owner does not treat customers well, she wants to do the manicures and pedicures how she wants everything done wrong if you tell her to do it better she gets angry

Ive been going to Nail Chateau for a few years now and they always do a great job. The staff is very friendly. My color gel manicure always lasts weeks without any chips. They also give a great pedicure with a long massage.

I went to Nail Chateau last Wednesday for a gel manicure. I had been to the salon twice previously, and this time the owner did my nails. She was in a hurry and did a haphazard job with my polish. It was streaky and looked bumpy on a couple of nails - the application was that poor. The polish was applied thick and adhered to my skin at the cuticle. It is less than a week and it is peeling. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Went here with a friend for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The owner was really sweet, but the people she hired spoke zero English and did an awful job. They had no clue what they were supposed to be doing or how to give a pedicure. I walked out with my feet looking exactly the same as when I came in. I got a French polish, which looked fine, but I asked for a flower design and it looked terrible and stringy and I had to fix it myself when I got back home. It looked like a one year old painted it. I was still charged for a terrible looking flower. My friend’s gel manicure looked fine, but they got gel all over her cuticles and left the remover on for far too long to soak off the old gel, and her fingers were red for a few days after and she said that they burned really bad. The salon looked very unorganized and dirty too, they need a health inspector to come and visit to straighten things up. I go to a lot of different places to get my nails done and usually am not very critical of everything, but I would never come here again. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

THE WORST QUALITY GEL SET IVE EVER HAD!!!Dead serious, do not go here.I just moved to the area looking for a new go to nail salon and I found this place and got a full set of uv gel nails here. This would be the 5th salon Ive ever had this done at.At first I thought my nails looked great. It wasnt until day 5 when my first nail popped off. I was using a drill and I didnt even feel it come off. At first, I was thinking that I was a little aggressive until the next day...I opened a drawer and another popped off...then I was typing and another popped off...then I used a loofah and another popped off...Ridiculous! It was obvious that they were very loosely attached to my nails as I did not feel a thing when any of them came off. And after all my experience from getting my nails done, NEVER have I had a nail come off unless I was trying to remove them.I called the salon to get them replaced, hoping they would own up to the poor quality and covering the replacement as its embarrassing to walk around with 5 nails popped off and I had to waste my time going back to the salon to fix it. At the salon, they had to pull off two more nails off as they were also lifting.Now whats really ridiculous is they charged me for the replacement (they did give me a little discount) and they did not admit any fault or apologize for their poor quality, instead they blamed me for all my nails popping off (as you can read in my previous paragraphs, the majority came off with very little effort). I was willing to give them a second shot and return here for one refill to redeem themselves, but their poor customer service and inability to own up to their faults was a huge turn off.There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, I strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs and take your business elsewhere if you care at all about quality and customer service.
