Worst experience ever and it was my first and last time I would ever come to the nail shop. The lady Annie made both my big toe bleed so bad and had me literally crying, when I told her that she was so rough and that she was hurting me bad also I was bleeding so bad and she just kept doing my feet without cleaning the blood until I told her that I was bleeding too much, she then used the same towel I had my feet on to wipe it, wish I feel is very unsanitary. She told me I was just scared and that it supposed to feel like that the first time, and I said I’ve never experienced anything like this before from other nail shop. Then she asked me to pay because they were closing so I did. I also noticed that she was rushing, so I did mention to her that she was rushing and that they should not except people at a certain time right before closing because it’s not fair to the customers getting treated really badly. She and her coworker the. started to try and argue with me because of what I said that was true. So I then told her I would not argue with her and to let me go. My feet has been hurting really bad every since. She didn’t even put nothing on it to stop the bleeding or something to help me not get infected, so I went homed and cleaned it with alcohol and applied iodine prop pad to stop the bleeding. I had to put bandage on both feet making sure it wouldn’t get infected because I was cut really bad and deep. It’s been almost two weeks and my toes still hurts and now it’s infected on the last few pictures is what my toes look like now, all infected. Annie or the person in charge never tried to apologize to me instead tried to argue, and I still payed full price $45 dollars. I’m going to the doctor because it’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s still hurting, I believe because of it being infected because I was cut so deep and extremely bad. Very disappointed!!!

I went here like a month ago,to pamper myself,all I need is pedi,the lady who did my pedi is so annoying, she dont want to remove my dry skin,which is the reason why I go there, I ended up do it myself.she also barely touch my nails and not even file it.every time I say something she disagree with me the manager dont care.so I ended up going home stressed and totally disappointed..I will never go back here any more.by the way the lady I forgot her name but she old,slim,and small(not trying be mean here but thats the best thing I can describe here.)😠😠😠😡😡

Terrible, terrible did I mention Terrible. I have had millions of pedicure in my life but never like the service I got from this place .Payed $70 for two pedicures. Don’t mined the price but this lady didn’t clear the nails and while she was actually painting my nails she was cutting the dead skin around my nails. They also use the same scrub for every client. Very poor service. We also timed them from the time we sat on the chair until she finished.She took 10 minutes to do our pedicures. Never will I recommend this place and I will never return. They don’t take ATM u have too withdrawn from ATM machine in the salon

My manicurist cut me and I bleed about 3 times when I told her she just ignored it. It hurt! She’s the only one who did not have a manicurist license on her cart which made me question her knowledge of safety and cleanliness even more. She used a used nail file. My toe color and my hands don’t match. My hand gel is messy and has bumps in it. Barely massaged. I paid for sea salt and she barely rubbed it in. I am truly disappointed for what I paid, I feel ripped off.

Do not go here. I repeat do not go here. Not unless you want to throw your money away. They did a horrible job and had my pregnant daughter in tears. They kept talking in Korean making faces the whole while they were doing her toes. Then they overcharged her and completely took advantage. There are too many other nail salons out there. Please do not choose this one.

Ana and Tammy are amazing! Everyone in general but these 2 are my favorite. Been coming here for years now!

Loved My Nails & was very happy with Angie, I have been to a lot of different nail salons but customer service has always been terrible. First time visit here, & Angie made sure I got my nails how I wanted them. She asked me like 3 times if It was fine, if I liked the shape & the size. She said, tell me what you don’t like & I will fix it! That lady was lovely. Seriously best service I have ever received.

The lady cut me so many times and did not apologize for it. Never coming here again.

Anna is always gentle & good. The shop however needs a deep cleaning .

Experience was terrible. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and ended up with white nails. I was in pain the whole time she was doing my nails. I kept telling her it hurt and she forcefully continued. She had an attitude the whole time she was doing my nails. Worst place to go to. Expensive and not even worth it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!

Nails were not even service was horrible the lady that did my nails went ruff on them it was the worst feeling ever they are ever are very rude they hurt me and Im 11years old and Ive been to better places. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Ugh, hours and hours here . The woman said 50 for my facial and didn’t clean one pore . I still have bumps and blackheads every where . I was willing to pay extra just for the correct service but she didn’t care . She missed me up . I’d never come to them again .

Enjoyed my manicure and pedicure and eyebrows. Service was great.

The works r pretty much typical. Mostly non-English-speaking environment. But very friendly. Fast paced, yet still waiting lines. Very relaxing. Tips r almost expected.Ive had the pleasure of visiting this salon 3 or 4 times now. I usually get the mani-pedi and mostly always satisfied.

Im really disappointed in the service I recieved today. I usually can smile after my visit BUT after today I wont go back for a pedicure. Today the lady cut my toenail so short she tried to file my nail afterwards and had to have her to stop because it was causing my toe to burn and turn red. I then asked her why did she cut my toenail so short and her response was she dont know. It was an accident. Then said sorry itll grow back in two weeks. I had to request for alcohol because i dont want my toes to get infected. She then cleaned the utensils on top of ny cleaned feet with running warm water in the pedicure tub. After that she through everything together as if it was cleaned. She even stopped the lady that just finished doing pedicures from washing out the tub. THEY ONLY RUN WARM WATER TO CLEAN THE TUBS, MEANING THEY ISNT SANITIZING TO PREVENT INFECTIONS. I still payed the $20 for my pedicure thats not worth 20 dollars at all and left with the unhappiest face ever. I never write reviews but this was just ridiculous.

Worste experiense ever. If you have an appoitment and your 5-10 mins late they dont see u. But yet u get there earlier they see u 30 mins after appoitment. Happend to me to many times until i gave up on it. Staff is nice but the main lady worst ever rude!

The service has gone down hill and the prices increased. I ask for coffin cut and get square, the pedicures are sloppy and done in a hurry. The last time i was there a nail tech told me i was being overcharged for my pedicure. Definitley looking for another nail shop, too bad this was my go to place for years.

I have been going here for years. I moved further and still come to this place, however service has gone down. I came in on Saturday and told the girl that did my pedicure that she was hurting me. Now I have an infección and a bloody toe that will not heal

Honestly my nails came out uneven !!! And made me bleed twice

Sorry they try to play me yesterday I wanted my gel nails and she asked if I want gel nail on my feet I said sure you she said 28 for everything and then I want to get my upper lip waxed that was 6 bucks so everything total 34 and I went to the front and paid and another lady said that it will be 57 I said no its 34 all in total she was arguing so I just gave her extra money never coming back again
