I don’t understand all the bad reviews. The guy who works there always does a great job on my nails I’m never disappointed. The prices are reasonable and it’s a small little shop so I feel comfortable going. This has been my shop for over a year and will continue to go. My nails are poppin right now 🥰

I was so overdue for a TLC and with the limited time I had fo fit in my nails I literally called in and was able to get a pink & white set as well as a pedicure in just shy of an hour. The guy who worked one my pedicure did an amazing and did not make me feel uncomfortable as all the callus was being removed from my feet 😳😷 Id recommend this salon to anyone.

I came here because I heard it was cheap and I regret it. The lady who did my nails was nice but she was so rough. She hurt me a few times and put the gel machine on the highest setting until I told her it was hurting. She filled my nails all the way to the cuticle and didn’t bother to clean it up. I will not be coming back here again. Luckily I only wasted $20.

Got my price for my nails before getting them done he changed the price for my actual nails cause I decided I didn’t want the gel since he couldn’t find the color I initially asked for! He ups the price for my nails trying to still get the same amount as if I got the gel and lied and said it was cause it was a discount for the gel when it wasn’t! I always confirm before getting my nails done and I’m very disappointed because even tho people told me he does this on a regular I still took my entire family to him and my friends and he pulls this! VERY POOR SERVICE! And my nails wasn’t even done the way I asked and still not shaped right and uneven! Will not be returning at all!!! Not to mention he cut my skin on each finger and still kept going without even cleaning it! I had to stop him and do it myself but he wanna over charge for short nails? No! Never going back! I suggest anyone going here to go to ANA she’s located next to NORTHGATE at least they listen and has great customer service and does not over charge especially their regulars!

Owner was really friendly. Worked fast and went above and beyond with the service. I also love how she did my brows! I found my go to nail place.

This nail shop is horrible! I have been here before but this time was worst. I want to give them ZERO STARS!!! They overcharged my card by $6. They told me a manicure and pedicure was $25 and I checked my account and they charged me $31. First of all the lady who did my nails kept talking on the phone and wasnt paying attention. The tools she used were dirty and kept coughing and not covering her mouth. I should of not when in when I seen that the place was dead and they looked desperate for business. They have lost my business forever and I will report them to the authorities and health dept.

Went in for my eyebrows. All she did was wax them. Then tried to charge me $9 and said okay only $7. What the hell!! DONT GO THERE!

In and out ! Im a practical girl and I like practical service . My gel manicure was Inexpensive and well done . The manicurist was super friendly . No wait and great overall service . Bring cash to avoid the $1 dollar credit card charge .

It was horrible deserves no stars. We went in on a Sunday she was working on somebody and had 2 other she kept saying sit down 2 more ppl coming in they didn’t show up till 30 min later. Then she starts seating us in the spa chairs mind you she’s not even finished. We wait while the waters gets super cold and when we say something she starts getting rude and trynna tell us she knows what she’s doing. We waited 1 hour and she only took 10 min to do a pedicure, I was so mad. Then she didn’t even ask if we wanted designs she put em on our feet without asking an charged 20 dollars for it. I wanted to punch her so bad. She’s rude I advise you guys go to Kim’s who’s also on prairie. Make sure u call in first if you have time. They take their time and do what needs to be done.

The pedicure lady (JoAnna) is always wonderful! Very knowledgeable and professional, I truly recommend her for pedis!! Overall this nail shop is good.

It was ok friendly and poliet but the price is pretty outrageous for a normal perdicure 13 to 15 for a natural color when were I use to go they charged me 10 and for a small full set 20 all natural when I use to get it for $15
