First time coming here for an acrylic set and pedicure, I was a bit nervous because Ive never been here. Amy was great with my set and I loved it. The pedicure was very relaxing, the girls were very sweet! I loved my experience here.

I came here in need of a new nail salon & lets just say that the second I walked in I knew I would not be coming back. For the prices this nail salon charges, it needs a severe update. Everything looks extremely old and run down, from the carpeting to the massage chairs... it felt very unclean. The pedicure was decent, the lady took her time and the hot stones were nice, but nothing spectacular or different than any other nail salon that I have been to.When it came time to my manicure, I asked for a french ombre. The same pedicure lady did my nails and she had no idea so I assume the owner took over and did them. They came out decent, I already shaped my nails so I cant speak on that but I have a feeling if I did not shape them myself then they would not know what to do.I believe they overcharged me on my nails and I still cant figure it out. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible so I didnt even try to fight because I knew Id never be back. When I called they said a pedicure was $25, which is on the higher price. I saw on the board that a french gel manicure was $40...I was charged $75. Not sure how a gel ombre would come out to $10 more than a regular french gel manicure. It seems like a classic french would be more work than the ombre they did which was just take a small handheld machine and spray my nails... $50 for a gel manicure is crazy.If this salon was updated and with unbelievable service, then maybe Id return but Im really not sure how this salon has such amazing ratings... maybe people are confusing it with other salons in the area named cozy nails...

Lee has been doing my nails for 13 years. I was so upset when the original Cozy Nails closed. I then followed her wherever she was!! I’m more than happy to have The New Cozy nails back and in town! Everyone is fantastic, consistent and friendly. They do an excellent job! My top choice.

I have a standing appointment every two weeks at Cozy Nails. Leigh is always up to the challenge when I bring her my nail designs each time and the price is very reasonable. Service with a smile, super friendly staff, and the facility is extremely clean. You will not be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stop by and let them pamper you.
