Deborah was very considerate as I was late for my appointment. She had a busy schedule yet let me stay so that i did not have to reschedule. She went out of her way to work me in. I know she needed to hurry yet she gave me time as if I was her only client. I appreciate the way I was treated.

I am completely appalled at the mistreatment my husband and I were subjected to on February 1, 2015 at this establishment. Although walk-ins are welcome, my husband and I decided to make an appointment that Saturday for the following day 1415. Being a military family we believe in being prompt so we decided to arrive a little early at roughly 1350. When we arrived, we checked in with the receptionist, he gave us a privacy act form to fill out and asked us to have a seat in the waiting room where one other couple was seated. Let me point out that the couple was a Caucasian couple. Between 1400 and 1405, give or take a few minutes, three other Caucasian couples came into the establishment, signed in and asked to have a seat in the waiting room. At about 1410, customers began being taken to the back to handle their respective business. By 1425, only two couples remained in the waiting room including me and my husband. At approximately 1435 the only other couple still in the waiting room was taken to the back. Roughly five minutes later I asked the receptionist, who replaced the receptionist that checked us in, what was the delay in our scheduled appointment? She stated that she didnt know what was taking so long and that she would go and find out. The gentlemen she spoke to regarding our appointment was within ear shot and when questioned about our appointment he replied, Tell them I apologize but someone jumped in line ahead of them. I should be with them in ten to fifteen minutes. Now Im not sure if the customers that were seen before us had an appointment or not. Yet I have to wonder how someone was able to jump in front of me and my husband if they actually had an appointment. At 1453, we were finally able to conduct the business that we set out to nearly one hour after the fact. It truly saddens me when things such as this happens and reminds me of how far we have NOT come as a people. I am a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and my husband still continues to fight for our country yet have to deal with the ill-treatment from fellow citizens all because of the color of our skin.

Paid 400 dollars for someone to do my taxes. Been waiting for a month and a week now. Everyone I know who has done it online has gotten theirs back and they filed way later than me. Not to mention they have a lot more kids than we do so it shouldn’t have been a delay bc of our kids. I even go on IRS website and they still can’t locate our taxes and we have not recieved the email saying they have accepted our taxes..Never will I ever pay 400 dollars for them to do my taxes again. I could have easily done this all online and gotten my taxes back a week ago and probably still can do it online right now and recieve it faster than the first go around.
