My husband and I are sad to move out of this apartment because it is the best we have ever lived in, the maintenance is great and fast, the people are friendly and I had no complaints the months we lived in Breckenridge but we moved to another state. The only negative is that the neighbors do not clean the poop of their pets.

Great high quality apartments and maintenance is very good especially Mr. Chance. Manager is very kind and great.Not the best community, the whole building I live in will smell like weed, people smoking on the stairways and in their apartments and they do not care. I was told “well you can smoke whatever you want in your own apartment”.Amenities are nice.Parking needs more enforcement.Very quiet

I have lived in this apartment complex for over 5 years. I have paid my rent on time every month, and I did not have many problems with the apartment complex until I tried to move out. The main office tried to charge me with an extra month of rent even though I gave them a move-out notice within the correct time period. They also tried to charge me unnecessary damage charges. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you and are helpful until you try to move out. I will be telling everyone I know, not to move into this horrible place.

Overall great place besides a couple of car break ins (might just need a gate). The floor plan is brilliant, open kitchen with large living room, natural light shines in the kitchen, and good looking hardwood floors. The place has lot of amenities, computer room. Theater, gym, pool and grills. Maintenance is amazing, same day almost every time. The office staff is okay. I would give it a 3.5

We have been tenants here for 2 years and honestly we hate that we are having to leave (financial reasons). The maintenance men are so kind and attentive. I think the longest we have had to wait to get something fixed was one night. We know most of them enough that they wave at us every time we see them, and they always talk to us when they come to fix things. I have lived in the dorms at USM and at the cottages. Both of them are poop compared to living here. Breckenridge may be more expensive, but it is worth it. The apartments are great (nothing fancy), but way better than many others we have seen. You have a lot of privacy. The neighbors are occasionally noisy, but sometimes so are we. No one really cares as long as it isnt during quiet hours. They let you know pretty far in advance if they are doing checks or going to be coming into your apartment. As long as you are nice and understanding, they will work with you and will give you 5 star service and above! The office staff are very kind. They are always patient when answering our questions. The only thing I dont like about being here is it is kinda expensive to have a pet (and breed restrictions). Other than that everything else is wonderful. We are about to move out, and I will update my review on how that is handled.

Newer apartments. Lived here for two years in two bedroom apt. A utile bit pricey, but I thought worth it. There is the usual complaint of neighbor noise, especially with students, but they have a formal complaint system in place and will kick people out of they get too many complaints. Good kitchen appliances and washer dryer included in ours. Work out room, pool, movie theatre, and stocked fishing pond. Overall a good place to live. Staff was always friendly if you are too them.

We can barely live in our apartment complex with out people down stairs calling the cops, I dont know what people expect when you live in an apartment but youre gonna hear things. If you got a problem that you can hear your neighbors then you need to go buy a house! Also people never clean up after their dogs. (Problem has been fixed it was either we get kicked out or moved. Which is disrespectful since the person below us was racist.)Also they seem to leave things out when youre moving in and moving out. So make sure you read your lease or you might end up paying more than you expected. 60 day notice is a scam and trashy. Because if thats their policy then fine, but an email or reminder would be common courtesy, but because majority of people would expect to move out when they moved in, not many people remember and they know that which is why they havent done anything to change their policy. Being slapped with a 750+ bill has put me in a bad position since Im moving to a different city and has left my job.

This place has brought my family together. We love the Café. Its a nice place for getting out of the apt.. We color, watch Impractical Jokers, drink coffee, talk more and just be together. A good memory builder.Outstanding maintenance! They do everything with excellence. Every single one of them.We have a 3 bedroom. Its beautiful, I love the kitchen. My sisters love the garden tub.Its an apartment so there are normal living noises. Theres a quiet time from 10:00pm - 8:00am.And sometimes upstair neighbors forget people live under them during early morning hours. LoLAlways keep in mind everyone works different hours. So they might have to wash laundry or do dishes at odd times. Lifes to short to complain all the time. Just as an upstair neighbor should consider his neighbor under him, a downstair neighbor should consider the one neighbor above him.The location is very clean and quiet.Close to the University. 👍Overall its an awesome place to live, family or student. 💙💚💛💜❤💟💖The DeCou Family

These con artists Cheated my roommate and I out of $1,202 upon moving out because we failed to notify them 60 days prior to our lease ending that we were going to move out on THE DATE OUR LEASE ENDED!! When they didnt even tell us we had to to notify them until 12 days after the 60 days had already started!!! We paid our rent on time every single month, were model tennants, and in return were treated horribly upon moving out. Dont let their fake smiles fool you, they just want your money.

Someone just got shot over ther and got killed. Not in the safest area dont fall for the pics. Its in between the interstate abd hwy 49 where a lot of drug and gang activity is. I would not recommend this at all. I been there 2 years and im so glad my lease was up

Way to pricey, find ways to get you out of more money. Loud neighbors. & car thieves
