So I had my first wreck yesterday. Completely killed my car and I was so scared about what was going to happen next and everything. I really loved my car and was so heartbroken! When I got there The lady picked a newer model of my car and was so sweet. Really it was the small things for me. I was still really shaken by what happened but that meant a lot. I would highly recommend them!!! They were so nice and got me in the car incredibly fast. Thank you so much!
Great experience with this rental. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and the agent who assisted me was professional and courteous. I was a little disappointed that they no longer provide the option to drop the rental off after-hours. However, I arrived shortly before the location opened on Friday morning and the agent on site allowed me to leave the car with him and emailed me a receipt.My previous experiences with this location have sub-par at best and availability was my only reason for coming back. I am very pleased to provide a positive review and acknowledge this location for the high standard of service on this recent rental experience.
Would not recommend them to no one biggest headache ever but if you do rent a car from them make sure you take pictures before you get in it and leave the lot cause they will try pinning damages on you even if you didnt do it
I’ve been using enterprise to rent for over a year now and it has been great at both locations, Broadway (cheaper) and HWY 98. Service is much faster at the one on 98 and they also have a much needed after hours return option. I’ve never used any other car service so I can’t compare. Keep up the good job Enterprise!

Theyre good to rent from, but for some reason the deposit has gone up because of other people not returning the vehicles. I think this is unfair to the loyal customers especially the members 😒. And theyve become even more strict on what you need to rent from them. Other than that and the wait their OK. My representative was very friendly, and nice.
Made my reservation online for 12:00 pickup, paid and got a fast pass. Arrived only to be told they didnt have any cars but would maybe have one around 4:00. My travel time has now been pushed back 4+ hrs and i still havent received a call to get my car and nobody answers at the business. The associate is nice but overall a very disappointing experience.Edit: the cs response is for show. You msg as asked and they give you a canned thank you for letting us know response.

This company is garbage. I made reservations for a Luxury car and upon arriving they tell me they don’t have the car I reserved . The guy I dealt with had a smart mouth and snobby attitude. The previous two employees I spoke with before arriving told me that they had the car I wanted. All of a sudden it no car and he tries to give me a little Ford that barely hold 1 person
The employees at my location were incredibly helpful and cheerful. The early check-in made the process much easier too.
Your website failed to communicate that the reservation did not go through; therefore, I showed up at your location 40 miles from my home and no cars were available. Then I drove another 50 miles to a different Enterprise location where a car was available to complete my trip.You closed down the Bogalusa site --- yet that FACT is not clarified on your website therefore people try to reserve a car in Bogalusa and are informed indirectly that there is no cars available!Fire your website people!
Very good Enterprise. Had a small issue with a previous balance, but it took less than 30 minutes to resolve and before I new it I was in a 2020 Camry se headed to a brief vacation. 👌Well done Enterprise crew!!!
For years Enterprise has always been great no matter what. In result of this, I referred them to a family member for his sons SENIOR PROM being that their car was not out if the shop yet. Reservations were made for a Cadillac XTS. The childs father and grandmother traveled 77 miles to pick up a particular vehicle for his Sr. Prom. When they got there they were told that they dont have those kind of cars. But remind you it was one of the selections offered by enterprise, it was reserved, and also confirmed and sent to email. Well they ended up getting what was available a (nissan camry). After getting email confirmation fir the Cadillac XTS, he had shared the exciting news with his date and peers. He was definitely disappointed after find out that reservations were inaccurate at time of rental. Btw the representative there was very nice. All he could do us work with what he had. There was also another upset due to having same issue but different vehicle request. In situations of these kinds I normally keep moving but this issue need to be resolved. After reading reviews I see that someone else has experienced what the two customers had experienced today. This was for a childs Sr. Prom. Totally unfair. Please find a way so that your website want show false information. The website shows that you have vehicles that are not available. No one should have to drive 77 miles to discover this.
I booked a Reservation online, then I pull up at the Enterprise place and they tell me theyre Overbooked nothing at all I can rent!! WHAT IS THE POINT ON BEING ABLE TO RESERVE ONLINE IF THEY DONT/CANT HOLD UP YOUR RESERVATION!!!
Had an insurance claim and company paying. Keep calling my phone and job. Trying to get me to turn in vechile a day early. Also keep stating that I would have to pay for the rental. If it was not turned in to the company. Very stressful incident during a pandemic and no car due to an accident. Very dissatisfied with procedures and communication with insurance protocol. They pay contact the insurance company first before calling and stressing the person in the rental.

I rented a car from Enterprise on Hwy 98 in Hattiesburg MS. I reserved a vehicle online. When I got to the lot they told me they did not have the car. I was like how you gone have a website for people to reserve a car but the car will not be available. The guy said we have other cars. Now mind you I was getting a economy car I could afford. He lied and tried to get me to get a SUV which would have been much more than I could afford. So then they lied and said the car was a an auto shop. So I waited in 42 degree weather for a car which was behind the office building the attendant was vacuuming it out. I sat there and watched him. When I told them that I was calling the corporate office the car magically came from around the building. I paid $1200 to rent this car. I kept damage protection on the vehicle in case something happens to it while it was in my possession. I kept my deposit up each time I renewed the rental. My car was in the shop. They told me I would get a $200 deposit back if I kept my deposit up and I did. I turned the car in. When I called to see when my deposit would be returned they told me I would be getting $2 back. I contacted the manger to find out what the problem was she could not give me an answer. I asked what their corporate number was and she hung up on me. They sent my receipt a day after I turned in my rental. They tried to scam me into getting a vehicle which was out of my budget then lied and said the car I reserved was not their. Renters beware of the scams of Enterprise Rental. I am a travel Nurse. I had to have a car to get to my assignments. Just know that I have Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I will telling all of my family, friends, and other Nurses to be weary.of this company. I will be contact the corporate office, the Better Business Bureau, and an attorney. You may lied and tried to cheat me but I am a woman of my word. I work hard for my money and no one is going to take advantage of me. You think you have gotten away with it but not really.
My appointment was at 2:00 pm on January 26, 2021. I got there at 1:37 pm and I was told the car (2020 Silver Chevy Malibu) for me had to go to get an oil change. It came back from the oil change at 2:20 pm. I watched the guys washing cars take another car before mine to be washed. I went to go see what was going on and the guy that originally waited on me didn’t even come out. I talked to another guy that at first was not going to finish checking me out until my car was washed. I told him I was getting frustrated with what was going on. He went ahead a completed my check out. The car didn’t get pulled in to be washed until around 2:45 or 3:00 pm. It was about 3:30 or 3:40 pm when I left with my rental car, finally! After sitting in their parking lot for two hours! Thank goodness I got there earlier than my appointment or else I would have missed another appointment I had at 4:00 pm. Enterprise on 98 west Hattiesburg, MS needs to train their employees on how to manage workflow. Obviously, the way they are currently doing it isn’t working. I watched other customers come up way after me and leave way before me. I hope I never have to go back to that Enterprise location again. I will be going to Enterprise on Broadway Drive in Hattiesburg for all my future rentals. I was never offered anything for my two hour wait and inconvenience.
Enterprise does a good job with rentals. My vehicle was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I am a satisfied customer.

This location didnt have the car I reserved and offered me another but it was a double upgrade and I was told I would have to pay extra. I declined and said I shouldnt have to pay more because you failed to have my reserved car. I had to wait more than a half hour for them to clean the car I had originally reserved. Not very good customer service.

PARKING, PARKING, PARKING!!!! Overall good experience. Would be a five star if there was customer parking at this location. I live an hour and a half from this location so they want pick me up. So I basically have to find another business with ample parking to leave my vehicle. Parking aside all other aspects of the location are excellent. Nice and friendly reps. Snacks and water provided. Facilities are clean and presentable.
Enterprise has always provided great rental service.. However, I am disappointed that their recent rates are extremely high. I understand needing to recover money due to covid, but I am a frequent renter and a long term renter. Loyal customers should be able to keep their lower rates.
Pick up day was a little hectic and there was no SUV as requested. I tried to get one of the ones that was returned while I was waiting but it was given to another lady with no reservation. Im not sure of the gentlemans name who helped me but he was extremely nice and professional. I think they were just a little overwhelmed with unexpected rentals with spring break starting.
The rental experience itself was great but I was absolutely furious with the fact that our local enterprise was closed down and nobody called to inform me that my reservation had been sent an hour and half away from where I live. If I wouldnt have called to ask a question I would have never known till the day of and would have been completely screwed for my vacation. And the woman I talked to about it could have cared less. So annoying.
Very professional and Organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t have a full size car like I rented. They automatically upgraded me to a Jeep. If you need a rental I recommend Enterprise!!
My rental had zero washer fluid, smelled like cigarettes, had French fries between the seats, had ants in it, and had an expired tag on the front and back. When I called about it, their staff member said “I’m sorry. Is there anything else I can do for you?” However, when I returned my rental, the girl that helped me, listened to my concerns and talked to the manager on duty and compensated me for the inconveniences. Enterprise is definitely my favorite place to rent from. They take care of their customers!

Very professional service, yet still a great hometown kinda feel to the Enterprise I use. I had troubles with my business and bank the last day I rented a vehicle but through a little extra effort and the workers at Enterprise I was in a rental before they closed.
Customer service was great; very easy check out experience.The car was not prepared for rental. The windows were dirty; bugs on the outside, and not clean on the inside. The car also smelled if someone had been smoking in it. Tire pressure was 5 PSI low on each tire, and the spare was 20 PSI low. The washer fluid tank was bone dry... added a whole bottle of my own fluid and it still did not fill the tank.The car performed well, but whoever is turning them around is not doing their job or following a company checklist. While some of these details may seem trivial, they are all important for vehicle safety on the road. I think that Enterprise can do a better job of looking out for their customers safety.
I do not have any complaints concerning the rental car. What I did not like was the prepaid gas not being deducted from total fees. The prepaid gas was taken from the deposit which prevented me from receiving my full deposit. I disagree with this because I was charged two different fees. I prefer to receive my full deposit so I will never opt prepaid fuel again.

I use the locations in both Laurel and Hattiesburg (Hwy 98) MS. The staff are friendly and professional at both. Vehicles are always fairly new and in great condition. I rarely have any issues with my pickup and it is normally an issue beyond local control, i.e. vehicle availability. Because my corporation rents the vehicles, my check-out process is usually pretty quick, with the odd 15-20 minute wait during busy times. Enterprise is always my best option and I recommend them to anyone needing a rental.

I made a reservation online for a car with Enterprise on 98.. I got there and they told me that there were no cars available and to go to the Enterprise on Broadway Dr instead. Once I get to the Enterprise on Broadway Dr they also tell me that they have no vehicles available. Thanks for wasting my time, 0/5 stars. get your stuff together.

Made a reservation on Sunday to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday, show up today and they don’t have it, they just told me they couldn’t call me to let me know, I’m a business owner, I wouldn’t do anything like that to any of my customers.

I received a car from them while my car was in the shop due to an accident. They kept calling my dad, my phone and my dad’s work phone for us to turn in the car early. once i turned in the car they tried to blame me for damages that were already done to the car which they mentions 3 months later after i turned in the car. and is still trying to get money from my dad and my insurance company !
Overall my experience was good. I picked up a rental and 2 days later, a headlight went out on the vehicle. I called the Broadway location and was told to take it to Firestone! Needless to say, I will not refer anyone to that location! I was able to get off of work a little earlier and visit the Highway 98 location. Mikia was a great help and went above and beyond to service me (on a rainy day)! I was able to exchange vehicles within 5-10 minutes! I loved her professionalism and I would definitely recommend anyone to her! Thanks!
Walked in greeted warm and friendly. I told them my name. They asked for my Id and credit card . I gave them and they handed me the keys and wished we a safe return. WOW is all I can say about each time I have dealings with this office. Totally a pleasure.

I reserved a Vehicle for rental weeks in advance and when I arrived there was no vehicles in which I requested available however the Young Lady who was assisting me tried to accommodate me as best she could after arrangements for a vehicle I didnt get on my way until 2:30 pm I had been there since 10:30 am . I give Ms. Billie 4.5 stars. I would hope in the future that If I reserve another vehicle Ill be informed at least 24 hours prior or directed to another Sister establishment that can accommodate me

It’s sad our Our company always do reservations for a vehicle and lately the last reservations they were not sure that they had cars available. I can understand is if I was just walk in but if we put in a request in a week ahead or more and we still don’t have an available car something is wrong at the leadership level. I never had this problem in the same city at another office.
The staff is always friendly and helpful at the Hwy 98, Hattiesburg location. Only downside is there is no place to park your own vehicle technically. I live outside the pickup zone and unless I burden someone else, I have to drive my car to get the rental. The new no parking policy is hard for many people.
Enterprise was there for me when I needed them. They assisted me through troublesome times: tornados in Mississippi, COVID-19, joblessness, and illnesses and I was going through all of this with no car.The Enterprise team in Hattiesburg, Mississippi was diligent, proactive, professional, and courteous as they provided me with reliable transportation during a time of need. The associates have always been friendly and helpful. We werent using a credit card, but they provide ways to rent anyways. The cars have always been clean and well maintained. It has been a good experience both times we have rented from them. (Also, the deposit required for renting without a credit card have always been promptly returned.)

So my family has used this company before so I expected a smooth experience; however, this was not the case. After my ONE day rental I received an email stating I had been charged for THREE days. After calling the local store, I was assured a manager would call me back to rectify the situation. Two days late I call back after no one reached out to me. After going back and forth with my reservation details I was finally granted my rightfully deserved refund. A week later I still have not received any monetary compensation. I will most likely not return to this store in the future.

The only negative statements I have to say is the workers at the particular Enterprise I went to is the workers seemed stressed and the service was extremely slow. The vehicle selection was very slim. I would have liked a little larger car than what I was given as I chose a car that was a Nissan Maxima or similar, but was given a car smaller compact. My first time using this particular Enterprise kind of tested my patience with them. I called and spoke to someone the day before pickup to verify a car would be ready when I got there as I was going to be in a hurry and needed to get on the road asap. When I arrived, they did not have a car or SUV available. All that was available was a van, which is not what I reserved. I was extremely unhappy and complained until all of a sudden a car came available. I ended up having to wait roughly 2 hours altogether and left unhappy with the first time experience. I was sitting in the waiting area for about 30 minutes before even being helped. People were standing all against the wall and sitting in chairs.

The process is pretty easy. Just be aware that they are very busy first thing in the morning and there will be a wait. They do walk around the vehicle with you and check for damage prior to you taking possession of it. They will also answer any questions that you may have concerning the vehicle or contract. Overall, a good experience, just needs to be quicker getting the customer out of the door.
Friendly employees that cared about my situation and did their best to help me out. Got a vehicle for me very quickly and had me on my way in no time. The rental I had did break down, which obviously wasnt their fault, but they quickly delivered a new vehicle to me and took care of the broke down car in no time flat. Could not have asked for a better experience or service quality.
I always use this Enterprise. The folks there are always really helpful, the location is fairly easy to get to and park your car at if you need to. Its also convenient to shopping areas for those last-minute grabs for your road-trip.All in all, the staff here is AMAZING!

Actually the pick up driver, Joel, made my day. When he picked me up on Saturday he actually got out of the vehicle tried to assist me with my luggage & opened my door. Hey, Im a guy. I loved it.Kept the car two days & returned it and got my same driver, Joel, to return me to my home. Thank you for hiring Joel . If you want to know how horrible my previous rental was then, write me back. You wont though. Will you? Because that would require a real person dealing with me. Instead you want to force me to write you with all the particulars, when all you have to do is look me up in your system. Im in there and you already have my email address as well as my phone number and every thing else . If by some strange miracle, you should respond to me then I will write another much more glowing report.
I usually have great experiences but today I was sadly disappointed. I was 2hours late, things happen and get in the way. Of course, that was the first thing he said to me. (That I was late) they said that they wouldnt be able ro give me a full size but U could upgrade to large SUV instead but I would have to pay the difference. I had a free upgrade and a free day as well. But it still wouldve been ridiculous considering Ive been using Enterprise for 20 years, platinum member. I just felt like that really didnt care if I got a vehicle or not! They couldve easily upgraded me for free. Its been done many time before when Ive rented from them. Just goes to show you they can do what they want, just depends on what kind of mood theyre in on that dayI chose not to rent that weekend and I wont go back to that location for sure . Clearly they dont need my business.

I needed to exchange my car due to a flat tire. They tried to get me to go get the tire fixed or replaced myself but I don’t feel maintenance on their vehicles is my responsibility. So, I asked to exchange it for another vehicle. They wanted to exchange the Dodge truck I had with a Ford Focus. I accepted even though it was quite a downgrade. Then they told me I would have to pay $250 for a completely new windshield due to the crack on the driver side that was not there before. After roughly five minutes of searching I did find the “crack” which was a small speck up by the rear view mirror that was less than a centimeter long and could be easily fixed for $10 and was probably already there in the first place. At this point I gave up and left. This process took around 45 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be back to this store, and possibly not back to Enterprise.

This was my first time renting from this location. I received a free upgrade and the car I got had previously came from the Nissan shop. The check engine light came on Is the car and they wanted me to contact Nissan place or go to another Enterprise and exchange. In my opinion I dont believe it was my responsibility to hunt down another car. I had to call three different rental places. Went to the airport were they found me a rental. I really do appreciate the guy that helped me at the airport in Mobile, AL.
