Had what we needed per Tech Support. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products. No sales pressure. Got what we needed along with helpful install information and we were out in 15 minutes. Thats how you do business!

Very helpful and courtesy. Very helpful. But did not fix my problem. Made several attempts to get wifi working. But failed me. Dish network is really looking good for me to try. Been a long time customer for comcast but might be time to change. Well see.

I dont have comcast - never will. But when I just returned home one of their service trucks was parked in and blocking my driveway - for the shade. I had to drive across my lawn to get to my own house!

Bad customer service, didnt try to fix the problem, just let me cancel, one box,he was only interested in selling phones, when I said did not want phones, didnt returned my equipment

I had a problem with my Comcast email. I called the help telephone line and spent over 3 hours on the phone over a 2 day time period with individuals who had a difficult time understanding my problem because English was not their first language. I asked to speak with someone who could communicate effectively with me but was not successful. Ultimately I was instructed to delete my emails on my iPad so they could reset. I reluctantly did so and they were unable to resolve the issue or restore my emails.I went to our Comcast store on East Market Street in Harrisonburg and David Grant solved my problem. He couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. I will never use the Comcast help line again.

Comcast couldnt connect my modem/router to my account so I could have internet. Customer service over the phone couldnt do it, their live chat couldnt solve the problem neither could the live person. Whats amazing in the the router/modem worked fine the day before but somehow the information was deleted from their records and they couldnt manually enter the router Mac address model number or serial number to reconnect the services. Sad!

Honestly the worst internet service I have ever had. Paying 120 a month for spotty service that drops signal very frequently. Working from home is almost impossible due to losing internet every so often even while hard wired in. Only with them because they are the only thing available in my area. If you have any other option, go with that.

You have to check in by text but never any confirmation to come in and three people sitting inside playing on their phones with no customers in the store. Just leave people sitting outside waiting and waiting. May as well close the place down.
