Mike was awesome he really helped us with getting another phone and had the best patience and answered all our questions as well as downloaded apps that we would need. His customer service is outstanding. Actually he gave us the best service we have ever had while dealing with Verizon.

Very helpful to my daughter yesterday. They were very professional. She ended up buying a phone. We originally went to the Verizon store on Reservoir St. They were very rude and dismissed us.

This is the best Verizon Store I have ever been to! I got my new S21 here a couple of weeks ago and from start to finish they were outstanding to work with. This Verizon store has THE BEST employees!! When my husbands phone was crushed in traffic this week, we came to know Morgan Priddy. Wow. She shared pertinent information and patiently helped us apply for a replacement phone. You will find her sincerely concerned about your situation and knowledgeable in getting to solutions! Youll appreciate her friendliness too.(This store keeps the background music low so you can have a conversation without drumbeats pumping in your head.)

Peyton and Taylor stayed late to help my son with his new phone. They were great on many levels. Patient with my old man questions. Helpful with providing good solid information. Most of all they genuinely cared and provided awesome customer service. I will be back! And I will tell my friends and co-workers what great customer service we expressed.

I had called Verizon customer service and they basically told me the phone I had spent $400 on was worthless on their network. I called Wireless Zone and spoke to Peyton. He did some research and said he couldn’t guarantee he could get it working on the network, but he was willing to try. I drove up and let me tell you, Peyton got my new phone working within 10 minutes. Seriously if you go to the Verizon retailer on stone spring DEFINITELY ask for Peyton, he’s one amazing guy and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!!!

The store was clean and orderly. The service was horrible. The salesman was condescending, and rude. I hope he worked on commission. He missed out on selling an IPhone 11, and two Samsung S20s.Thank you BEST BUY for great service.

This store is absolutely phenomenal the staff is incredibly helpful and got me all I needed and more. The other Verizon in Harrisonburg reminds me so much of the DMV they took forever was no help and had no passion. This store will transfer your content, help you, and actually relate with you! Please for your sake come see these guys!

Very nice employee fast service

Rude staff. I have a business account with verizon and all I wanted is to see if they could help figure out why my phone wouldnt charge. They said were not a phone repair store and then followed up with Are you going to upgrade? No? Then we cant help you. Luckily the other Harrisonburg store was happy to help. All it needed was a dust can spraying.

I bought my new Google Pixel 3 XL from this store. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Would visit again!
