If you go, find out up front what process the nail tech is applying to your nails. Advocate for yourself to get what you ask for. Or, find a place where friends have been and youve seen the work and can ask your friends how they like it there. Long story follows.I walked in August 28th, 2021. I ask for gel nail polish. Short nails. They called someone to come in early. She added tips. I said OK. She added acrylic. Last time I had acrylics was 25 years ago. I didnt realize what she was doing. I didnt ask. Then she asked me about color. I said the same color as the design example. I got that color to be under the design. But then she didnt want to put the design on all ten nails. I was clear. A co-worker explained it to her also. Then she painted the design on just the ring fingers. I gave up because I wanted to be finished. At checkout the price was more than gel nails. I asked the man about the process applied to the nails and he told me acrylics.I called back 2 days later and asked for the acrylic to be removed and to get the work done as I had wanted without paying again. The man agreed. I came in when I could and he removed the acrylics and did a gel polish. But he asked me about color. Well I thought I would be satisfied if at least I got the acrylic removed. So I didnt push for the agreement from the phone call.Not advocating well for myself on a service already paid caused me to be unsatisfied. How the repair held up caused me to me more unsatisfied.Pictures of original work and problems with repair after one week included.

The first time I went I loved this place. Everyone was so nice and they did a really good job, but the last time I went I asked for purple tips and they said that they could do it but you can see my actual nail underneath and it looks horrible. They told me that they could do it and I trusted them but not anymore.

After my pedicure I developed a skin infection. The lady never dried my legs, she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing.She was coughing the entire time will never go back. Yuck!

I stopped in today to get my pedicure. I usually have Lilly do it, but she was not available so I had someone else. Unfortunately I did not get her name. But, she did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and experienced. Plus it is a smaller salon which makes it more personal. Check it out...you will not be disappointed!

Been going here for over 4 years...wont go anywhere else. The BEST pedicure in Harrisburg (Ive tried them all). They know their clients and listen to and remember your preferences. It does get booked though, so I always make an appointment!

I recently moved to MD and I miss Lily and B so much. I went to their salon for 6 years, they are that good! I only ever got acrylics, but my mom got gel and pedicures there and loved it also. The sisters treat you like family and translate for their other family workers. They have the best prices for acrylics fill and paint Ive ever found and they never disappoint!

This is the best place I have been too! I felt welcome and they took there time with their nail dip and pedi. The nail dip was so clean and their technique was super ! The pedi was so thorough i felt like a new person! Thank you all!

Just went to O.P.I. nails in Harrisburg. Worst nail service ever. Paid $30 for crap. When I asked her to fix it, she told me my nail was crooked and wouldnt fix it. Now I have to go to my normal salon tomorrow and have it fixed. They say walk ins are welcome but they are not. I walked in without an appointment and it was a rush job done incorrectly. They need to change their signage to appointment only. All the other ladies kept giving dirty looks because they had to sit and wait. I will never again go back to O.P.I. Nails appointment or no appointment. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Recently moved to the Harrisburg area & this horrible experience has me nervous to go anywhere else! Horrible set of nails!!!! I got a gel fill & two days later had to go back because the colour was bubbling. They fixed it (didnt want colour again because I didnt trust it,) but it still sucked because two days after that my nails were coming off. For $50 for a fill & pedicure, it was terrible! When she filed my nails they were crooked & when I asked her to fix it she said my nail was crooked. My pedicure also started chipping, the service overall just felt rushed. Their sign might say walk ins welcomed, but make an appointment. They made me do it, which wasnt very appealing, but I needed my nails done & they were close. Never again though!!!Ive gone weeks at other shops before my colour started to even fade. So this was a complete disappoint!!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone going here!!!!!!

** updating my previous review. New ownership **This salon is no longer ran by the same people I orginally reviewed. It is a clean salon. However the staff isnt what I would consider friendly. My basicmanicure was subpar. And was chipping 24 hours later. Its disappointing they changed ownership. I wont be back.
