After getting my nails terribly done at an unnamed nail salon, I went to Queen Nails to see if they could fix the monstrosity on my nails...and they did! I was so pleased with the service and the outcome of my nails. I think I found my new nail salon 😊 (zoom in on the before, smh) They were supposed to be coffin shaped and I got straight with lumps and bumps and uneven sides 😑. Thankfully, Queen Nails fixed this trainwreck before my vacation 😁

Kelly did an amazing job on my nails, I seriously love them and she was so nice. Thank you Kelly! This was my first time here and she suggested a design with the color I wanted and I got a full set done and am so pleased with itDefinitely coming back. Only lost 1 star because of the not so sanitary environment.

The atmosphere is nice the staff are friendly. They do not enforce mask on customers although the signs are up.

Horrible I have tried to give them chances once to many. I had a nail fixed the lady put it on Crooked i let it go n figured I’d have them fix it when i go get my fill well i had to pay to have the nail that they put on Crooked to get fixed. Then every time i tell them while they are doing my nails that’s somethings wrong they get mad. They are just unprofessional n hold no accountability when they screw up. N they will talk about you in their language to each other. The owner acts scared to correct her employees. Im just over them.

They have no structure. No, combo pricing. Staff has no knowledge of prices, if you have to wait while 3 or 4, of the staff figure out the correct price, you should not come back, what says if they are not over charging you.

I love this place. I have been to so many nail shops out here but this one is the best to me. The service is awesome. Sometime it is a little wait when they are busy but its nothing to long. Jimmy and Mia are my favorite. My nails are always beautiful.

I wanted to gave them no stars at all but you can’t even do that But anyway I wants to get my eyebrows Done there before in the past and it’s was ok but I don’t know if it’s because virus going on they got lazy, and un professional that start ordering poor products but I went yesterday to get a done because the regular store I usually goes to was busy That I couldn’t wait so I went there Instead and not even two hours have past My eyebrows starting itching, started to peel off my skin I got so scared I run to the hospital. NEVER AGAIN I am going there again. Oh and I also got a color change for my nails just the color change it was $35 because I had do two different colors and the lady did it didn’t even do a good job because my nails The next day my nails already starting peeling off and it’s was supposed to be gel color. She didn’t say anything when she was doing it’s like she couldn’t give me a heads up oh if you wanted two different Colors it will be extra.

I did my nails here like 5 mins ago, i got there at 9 and left right now. They made me wait after the nails where already glued to my fingers. They charged me 45$ for nails that where done poorly. Not satisfied with the service at all nearly all of my nails are side ways and the lady doing my nails started on my nails And started attending another client and left me waiting and did not do the colors i wanted she just basically did what ever she wanted...i will never recomend this place to anyone over priced for horrible quality nails.

First time there today. Someone recommended Lilly. She did a great job. Took her time and made sure my nails were filed exactly the way I wanted. Definitely going back to her!

I walked in and was seated right away, minutes later they put on the nails and the young lady walks away for 2 HOURS ! I was waiting for 2 hours with plastic nails on . I know these things happen and THAT IS FINE. My issue was that when I spoke to the manager ( the lady that does eyebrows and lashes) she was Extremely vulgar and said I can get out and pay for the plastic nails that was glued on . If you have a client waiting that long, at least have the decency to treat them nice ! I didn’t want to argue so I paid $10 for the plastic nails and walked out .THE ONLY PERSON THAT IS SUCH A KIND SOUL AND VERY NICE, IS JIMMY . HE IS AMAZING AT DOING NAILS . I WISH HE WORKED SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I called in before coming just to have to wait before being seated. They take on more people than they can handle. You guys need to do better in that department.

I am here now and have been sitting at a station for over an hour. Waiting to get a fill. I have seen 3 ladies come in with no appt and go right back to get eyelashes done. I am not happy. I had planned on getting my lashes n brows done as well. Im going to leave in 10 mins if she doesnt start my nails by then. This is ridiculous. They do a great job but the customer service sucks.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure on Tuesday, June 27th. My technician was male. He did a decent pedicure but very poor gel manicure. The gel polish began peeling from my nails the next day. Total waste of money. I will never go back.

My 1st and most definitely my last visit to this absolutely horrible little place. They are completely dishonest and I cant believe they are still in business at all after the way we were treated. VERY POOR business ethics. I gave them 1 star only because I had to in order to submit this review. Do NOT bother going there as it will be a complete waste of your money and time.

Read this before you go there please !!!This was my very first time going to queens nails and I had a horrible experience to be completely honest with you . I was having a conversation with the nail tech jimmy and we were having a great conversation about our families then he just all of the sudden says no black referring to his daughters husband so I ask him what he said one more time and he said I told her not to marry ... Keep this in mind Im a bi racial young lady and my mum is black and she was the one who had to pay for it so I felt extremely disrespected but I mean if youre white this doesnt necessarily pertain to you . I just think its very rude and ungrateful for a vietnamese man to say to me no black as if theres something wrong with black people when he doesnt even originate in this country and the majority of the population in Harrisburg going to the nail salon is black/ Hispanic so therefore were the reason youre getting a pay check! The other problem I had with the salon was that they over charged I was charged 49$ for chrome stilleto nails that came out looking like Ive had the color on for like a week my fingers were sticking to my hair because the guy was rushing me out and rushing me to give him his money .. I was cut repetitively by jimmy my fingers still hurt and I got them done 10-15 hours ago .

It took 4 nail technicians to fix my nails including the manager and my coffin shape acrylic still looked a hot mess. All my nails were uneven and crooked. I am honestly surprised that they have customers with the type of work they do.

If i could give it zero stars I would. I live in a different state and came to this establishment to have my nails done. I had an ederly gentleman who did my pedicure which was fine. when it came time for my nails i asked for coffin but he had already cut them too short and advised that “next time” i could get them cut into coffin. I advised him i lived out of state. The nails where huge and chunky. Within days they began come up. i called the shop and spoke with Dawn. She advise for me to come in so she could see them, or super glue them at home. i told her that where i’m at is far and i’m not driving all the way there just for her super glue them. She advised she still needed to see them. The next day i drove to get them looked at and fixed. I waited over an hr with a few people in the shop. When she saw them she said well it’s a week old.. a week old my nails shouldn’t be coming up and coming off. i asked she fix them and instead she tried to super glue them. i asked for her to just take them off so i can go to another nail shop and have them redone. She said no, she wasn’t going to take them off and got up and worked on someone else’s nails.. her words “a paying customer”. I offered to pay to have them taken off.. not only that but I did initially pay my money for the nails to begin with and I expressed then and there my dissatisfaction with them when he was doing them.Long story short I sat there and took them off. On my way out, I noticed there are only 8 licenses up, yet more than 8 people working at the shop. Two of which are cosmetologist and their license where hanging up. I highly doubt the man doing my nails is even licensed, but now that I have all of their information i’ll be filing a complaint to find out. In the meantime, save your time, energy, and money and go somewhere else.

Randomly got the day off decided to get my toes done after breakfast since they opened at 930am. I got to the shop at 9:20am a little early and waited in the parking lot. Well needless to say it was 955 and still no one had opened the salon. I took my money somewhere else. You should change your open time if you don’t want to come in until 10 thanks.

I THINK THEY HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE GOING THERE NOW AND ITS ALWAYS CROWDED AND IT GETTING TO THERE HEADS.WE ALLOW YOU TO HAVE A JOB RESPECT YOUR CUTOMERS AND GIVE QUALITY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in to get a typical pedi and fill. The had me come back and sit, ran the water for my feet to soak. Seemed great, right!? My feet soaked for 1 1/2 hours before they serviced me. A lady came in behind me for a fill...she was in and out before i was seen, than 1 hour and 20 minutes into my wait another woman came in for a pedi, they serviced her right away. I started putting my shoes back on and than they come rushing to take care of me talking about they are busy. Bull****. I just watched everytging go down. I let them do my nails since i was already there, the tech that did my nails had to do 1 nail repair and low N behold that was even done right. My one nail is significantly shorter than the others. The service is horrible and the quality can be if you dont sit with the right person. I do not recommend.

Went into Queen Nails on 4.25.15 to get my eyebrows done. I ask the lady that usually does them and she said that she was going to do nails first, I asked the young lady if she would mind if she took me before she started her nails and she said yes, the lady that does brows said NO! I asked why and she said that I have other nails to do yet when I asked she said just the lady in the chair. So when I begin to ask questions it then becomes a problem which then leads to them getting upset and asking me to leave their establishment..Really!You lack professionalism in the manner in which you speak to people. Lets be very clear, you have a business because WE (the people that patronize your business) allow you to! I work to hard for my money to allow someone to speak to me with a lack of respect! I can clearly go somewhere else that will welcome me, my money and that is better kept than Queen Nails! Please know and understand that that was the last time that I will step foot in your establishment, and what you need to remember is that you are providing a Service where a smile and kind words go a long way ✌

Robbing people left & right . They charge wayyy too much for nails . They charged me 60$ for gel nails when I usually pay 38$ at my usual nail place and they do a better job for cheaper . Plus if you break a nail or nail polish comes off they are charging for that too . YEAH RIGHT NEVER AGAIN . And waited a hour to even get started .
