Pedicure smudged hours later because they applied it to my nails while still wet from the tub and the polish was thick, clearly old and needed to be replaced. When I mentioned her not drying my nails off before applying polish, she told me it would be fine. That this is how she always did it. And then a different lady did my shellac on my fingers, there was no polish applied to the sides of my nails and two of them bubbled up and chipped within 24 hours.

Kathy was amazing. Very communicative, and very talented. They aim to please, for sure. Comfy atmosphere and she even had my man SET on having a pedicure because shes so friendly and hes VERY shy! Im so picky but i do recommend! We are both so happy with our visit here.

I paid 55$ to get black nails with 3 simple letters on them they refused to do the design even though I paid for it and so I went back inside and they said Id have to pay more to get the design I already paid 55$ for. I even called they said theyd fix and still refused when I went inside. Also to begin with I was there waiting 20 minutes and he took me back and left me sitting there for almost 30 minutes while taking care of someone that came in after me without an appointment. Wouldnt recommend at all.

I went there with my cousin and we got our nails done. My cousin had a women and I had a man. The women didnt have my cousin wash her hands after grinding down the nails so her polish looked weird and not professionally painted. I also got charged more then discussed because I choose a cheaper nail polish so it was supposed to be 34 for both but instead right before he painted my nails he tells me its 40 for each which would of been the price of the nicer polishes. With light on both our nails we can see light shining threw and its patchy. Wish it was a better experience for my first time.

We waited for a over an hour and a half when we had an appt.After waiting that long it took another hour and a half for our nails to get done.the man kept getting up to go do other stuff

Sanitary practices are NOT in place. No towels were used. Work area not wiped down between clients. Hands were not washed in between clients. Only 1 or 2 people on staff so cant get all services offered. Very dissatisfied and wont go back.

My sister came here not too long ago and I saw her nails and I know they say 5 star nails but its more like 1 star nails. I saw her nails and they did not look good. I saw her do them herself right after and they came out 5 star doing them herself.

I have been waiting for 25 minutes after telling them I had a 2:30 appointment before they told me they couldn’t find my appointment that I had just made at noon. They then told me it would be another 20 minutes. I told them to forget it. Very unprofessional!

Cathy is the best. She does a great job. Everyone is so nice and friendly and makes you feel appreciated for your business everyone should come here!

The lady doing my nails was on her cell phone while she was doing my nails. Then my daughter waiting on me seeing the dog poop on the carpet that she was sitting beside there was no dog in sight.

They were not using single use files so everyone that was there before me was on that file. They need someone that speaks and understand clear English. My mother in law explained 5 times that she had surgery 5 times and that her hand was tender so to please be gentle with it. Instead the nail tech was rough and continued to squeeze and twist the extremely sore fingers.The lack of translation ability has made this visit our last visit.

This place is absolutely terrible.. they refused an individual with a disability because they stated she was picky.. this place needs to realize that there are ppl with disability that enjoy being pampered.. after this experience I recommend that no one should give any business to this place.. shame on these workers for treating someone like this..

I went Friday to get my nails done and the lady cut my nails shorter than I told her and my nail already came off and I only had them for 4 days

Daughter and I got our nails done a few weeks ago and there still on! Only place Ive been that have lasted this long! Plan to get them done again soon.

They didn’t match my nails up so my right hands nails were longer than my left hands. the nail polish is coming off and i’ve lost two nails, i’ve had them done for a week. was not worth the money or time, will never go back.

My nails are absolutely awful!! Some are longer then others and they’re very thick. I was charged $38 for a fill in !! Never go there!
