The one set had the typical dust, but the other set was heavily stained beyond what I thought could ever possibly be cleaned. Well, let me tell you, these sheers came back spotless! I would rate this place 0 Stars if I could! My boyfriend dropped off his suit jacket to be tailored for a wedding we were given a time estimate of 2 weeks. We went to pick it up and we were told its going to be another week. We were understanding that sometimes things happen so we pick it up three weeks later and its still not ready! They didnt even start the jacket! What a poor excuse for a business. First time customers that will definitely not be return customers!

We just moved into our new home and took our furniture out of storage after being there for 18 months. Our white slip covered sofa was a mess! We were referred to a furniture salvaging business who was unable to help us, except to say, “I know a guy who can probably help you....I’ll call him for you.” That same day, Bob, from Layne’s Careful Cleaners, took the slip covers off and assured me that he would clean and return them promptly. Four days later, he returned and placed the slip covers back on the couch. They are SPOTLESS and the sofa looks brand new!! I could not be more pleased and Bob could not have been more courteous or professional. I am certain that if he can clean a filthy white sofa, he can clean anything!

People who work there are very nice people and the owner will not give up trying to get spots out of your clothes.

It took about 3 weeks for a zipper and were charged above estimate (~$50). Coat came back with three massive gaping holes that we cannot legally prove were caused by them. The seams look purposely ripped off with no excess thread - clearly no wear and tear causes.

I thought what dry cleaning was there business, there destroy my clothes and will not give me my money back. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
