These guys where absolutely incredible. They responded extremely fast, where very professional, and personable. They worked with me every step of the major repair, we had water damage to 2 ceilings and the hard wood floor. I highly recommend him them. Who do I trust with my home? TURNING POINT RESTORATION!!! Recently I experienced the loss of my son, so I was super down about it and to top it off my central air unit in my attic broke. With that breaking, it leaked water from my attic to my sons room and down through my kitchen. Thank God for Mark and the guys at Turning Point!!! We called them and the came right over to help. They fixed my ceilings and redid my whole sons room over even moved his stuff to a safe place while they worked and when they were finished everything was back in place like it never even happened. To me this was such a relief because I was worried about my deceased sons belongings. They were super kind, friendly, and very professional...they also gave us some companies that would help with our air units. We had just finished our basement when a humidifier tube let loose and began filling the utility/workshop and finished basement with water. We contacted Mark and he and Gage arrived with in an hour. They pitched right in and began moving and cleaning up the problem. Mark explained everything at every step. They knew exactly what to do and had all the equipment to do it. Both he and Gage were so compassionate, helpful and friendly. In three days, they turned around near-disaster and made it an opportunity to meet two great fellows. Thanks so very much!

When my basement flooded with sewage everything was ruined. I didnt know where to start. Turning Point showed up- on a Sunday!!- and assessed and guided me through a messy situation. The following day and throughout the next couple of weeks my space was cleaned, items removed and stored as I wanted. They even helped with insurance lingo.Very professional. I had severe water damage from a burst pipe that flooded my basement. I had no idea what to do especially since Im a single, woman homeowner. Mark and his team handled everything....the clean-up, working with my insurance adjuster (who was difficult), and having such good documentation that I got the full amount needed for the restoration and the remodel. I like them so much that I asked Marks team to do the remodel. Mark and his staff walked me through all of the steps but took charge, which I wanted, as I didnt know what to do. We had a foot of water in the basement and I stumbled upon Turning Point Restoration by accident. Boy, I am thrilled that I did! They responded to my call quickly and arrived promptly. Mark kept in close contact with me throughout the process and even stopped by to the house to check on us after they had completed the work. They technicians were friendly and very good at their job. After our finished basement flooded due to a failed sump pump, Mark and his team did a fantastic job of getting it clean and dry again. All of the technicians were polite and kind, taking time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the whole process. They provided great communication, responding quickly to emails. Our basement flooded on a Sunday evening. I frantically searched online for help and Turning Point Restoration appeared to be my best option. I called, and within a few hours they had come to my home, assessed the situation, provided a verbal ballpark cost range estimate,* and set up 31 pieces of equipment to dry things out. They were fast, efficient, and professional. It was literally a Special Ops team attacking the enemy in our home. But they did so politely. They put down protectors to keep our carpet and flooring clean in areas not affected by the flooding. The equipment they brought in was cleaned to perfection. I later realized that they had thoroughly cleaned it after previous use so that they would not contaminate our home with mold, etc., from their last job prior to mine. Mark Tretter was our main point of contact and he was the consummate gentleman. He was prompt, professional, and personable. He ran the operation with military precision and excellence. If you need major help ASAP, call Turning Point Restoration.*(They explained that cost was determined by the number of days it took to dry the basement to an acceptable level, which is unknowable at the beginning. They said they would be back daily to measure the moisture in the air and remove the equipment only after the home had dried adequately. They thought the job would take 3-5 days. They were done in 3. They gave me a discount because I did some of the work myself that had been included in the initial estimate).

When a contractor working on sewer lines let the water back up, our basement began to fill up with sewage. I was in a panic. I spoke to Mark at Turning Point and he arrived within 20 minutes.He assured me that I didn’t need to demolish the house (yes that was a bit of an over reaction on my part, but it was raw sewage!) Mark said that he and his team could clean up, disinfect, deodorize, dry out and also dispose of the items that were not salvageable, which is exactly what they did.The team was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and they were nice guys, as well. I absolutely recommend this company for any disaster restoration.

Mark and the rest of the guys at Turning Point went above and beyond to get things back to normal after our basement flooded due to a cracked hose bib. If all goes well, we’ll never have need of a restoration company again, but if we do, we know where we’ll be going. They clearly knew what they were doing, explained the process well, and got us our house back. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
