After a great night of catfishing with the kids we came back to the boat ramp to load. Got the truck backed to the water shut it off and it wouldnt restart. 3:00AM who do you call? CUSTOM!!! We needed a tow when the steering column on my truck got stuck in the Goodwill drive through and wouldnt allow the key to turn. My insurance got Custom Towing. They showed up sooner than was quoted, and with it being late in the afternoon on Saturday we couldnt get a rental car and needed to get another 30 minutes up the road. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, 400 miles from home with a dead van. Custom Towing & Recovery came to the rescue. Even at 10pm, they got there ahead of their scheduled time, they took me where I needed to drop the car 65 miles away and then took us to a hotel. They won’t make it home until 3:00am, but we’ll be safe and asleep by 12:30. This could have turned out very badly for us, but they made a bad situation entirely bearable. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.
