Originally was very happy with the service I received until today. Purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro on March 13 with accessories. One of the accessories being a tempered glass screen protector. Employee advised air underneath would smooth out in a day. It did not so I took it back today- March 15. The air could not be removed so he advised I would need a new one- that’s fine. But I was charged AGAIN for said protector. just purchased two days previously. VERY disappointed.

I’m very unhappy I went in the store and was represented very rude by the guys and told what do you want, service changed my mind about going here and getting at&t in Hannibal, I went to Uscellular instead I highly recommend them they are nice and respectful

Hannibal At&T unless your paying a bill dont waste your time go to Quincy IL instead. Wanted to buy a phone was told to go to Wal-Mart. Then today my friend went today to have her phone worked on not only did he have her buy the wrong SIM card (that she didnt need to begin with) he told her to call help line instead of actually trying to figure it out. Went to Quincy it took a little bit but they figured it out instead of basically pushing it on to someone else.

Not helpful at all. Waited awhile for my turn only to be told they didnt have any androids in stock and didnt bother offering to help find one. Gentleman was nice but he didnt care to help.

Lavelle was so awesome! Att has corporate material on their hands here with Hannibals AT&T sales rep.He took care of my difficult difficult a situation and Was able to get me right back on track with service and a smile!!Thanks Lavelle!!5 stars

I went into the store not having a clue what phone plan or phone I should get. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options so that I made the best choice for my needs. I couldnt have asked for better service!!

Dropped my phone and broke it

I switched from Verizon, big mistake. I had a S9 and was told I could get the Note 8 since it was within the 14 day grace period and all I had to do was pay the difference each month of $3. 18. I check my bill the next month and I was being charged full price of the the note 8 and also they never gave me my bogo deal, buy-in get one either. I have tried having custom service fix this and been into the store. No one will attempt they made a mistake. They lie to get you to pay for their services and steel from you. What does it cost them to give me what I paid for. I am very unhappy that they cant help me fix something that they did. DONT TRUST THEM.

We live in Hannibal but the worst for service. Can’t pull or look up nothing on any of our phones. The internet is horrible Us cellular service is way better.
