Lousy workers and overpriced rates they’re shameful and will sell your neighbor the same internet they sell you but for 100$ less whatever they advertise just know it’s not true they get you in the door and then have a feast off your foolishness

They have terrible customer service, no assistance at all. The WiFi doesn’t work 90% of the time and when it does it lags. I have the more expensive price and supposedly faster gigs but it’s still junk. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Horrible service. During times like this (referring to Covid19 crisis) and small businesses trying to survive during it, you would think companies would be more understanding and be willing to help you...NOT SPECTRUM! Instead they raised our business TV $10 a month, Voice $10 a month and our Internet $35 a month, a $55 increase a month!!!! Called and they would do nothing about it but remove one of the services to lower monthly bill. Bunch of opportunists in these bad times, stay away!

Constant issues with both cable and internet. Tried multiple routers and no matter what everything lags or has poor streaming quality and they wont do anything to try and fix it

They tried to lie me into a home phone an internet package for 100 bucks a month and the speeds werent accurate they lied about that too. Now I have only internet an spectrum cable since January my internet has been in an out the 100mpbs more like 12 to 25 mbps and now in order to just get 40 to 50mbps i gotta use the 5g wifi link these people are over priced and liars. Go with fiber

The whole reason I picked Spectrum as a supplier for TV was that I could get St Louis Cardinal and KC Royals baseball and KC Chiefs football now Spectrum has change and I do not get KC Chiefs. I have now begun to look for a new supplier.

I loved Spectrum in ten years I never lost singal on my phone or TV except one time and that was when straight line winds came through and it was up and running the next day the best phone and cable company I ever had, I just wished they were in rural areas also so I could continue my business with them at my new house.The C.S. Moving into area that has Spectrum cable so I called to check out rates. Spoke with mulitple reps!! I dont know how these people are in business. No inflation here... Over an hour before someone gave me a rate for cable and internet. $198 .. standard rate. Insane!! Im a very political person with alot of time on my hands. I will start with a petition to remove them from the area. These people are the way below bad. If you have any means anything else must be better. Look at the ratings 3.5! The mangers must be require to write a 5 star review every day to keep the rating over a 3.

Misleading sales. You will never see 100mbps buying their standard plan. Over the past 6months the service has gotten worse and worse. Spikes in connection every 5-15min which makes it impossible for online gaming. Fine if all you do is stare at fb or cat videos/netflix.

Abhorrent and disgusting. Problem isnt the local people. Its upper mgmt that is irresponsible and unaccountable for the service. The review at the end of call never includes the company as a whole, only the rep you talked to. The reps are fine but limited. Management has set up this barrier so they dont have to listen for their failures. And then when an educated customer that has background in the communications field tries to help, they get lip service and I am betting they just look for a fall person, rather then taking responsibility for the problem. If I was the CEO, Id fire the whole management staff and start over with people that really know the problems and have a strong resolve to the customers true service. The lip service is way too costly. As a result of mgmts failed commitment, I am looking into other option. I recommend everyone else consider that as well.

No Stars!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. My cable line was snapped by a semi truck 5 days ago and the cable has been down in my yard. Ive called every day and every day was promised that it would be repaired and still nothing has been done. My neighbors and the city has even called in. The operators and techs that ive talked to said they wouldnt stay customers if they were me. I doubt at this point this company cares at all about it as long as they get their monthly payment.

Ive had charter for a couple of months! Issues constantly with the main box with the dvr. I am constantly losing picture and having to call customer service. Then when they finally do get the picture to come back on it takes about a day to get my on-demand to come back in my DVR recordings. I have had this happen to me four times in four days!! Getting annoyed!! I do not recommend cable!!!
