My nail tech was awesome (booth 5) service was not super quick but I think its because they are efficient and take their time with you. I love my nails!

Never again. Never communicated to me that they couldnt do what I asked for. Not even close. Told me to show a picture and thats it. The fill in was nice but design was an absolute NO. Second time trying them. Im done.

If you cannot afford any better come here but you may be risking your feet or hands and risking athletes foot or other fungus. They do not use foot liners for the pedicures. All of the tools are reused and there are no disposables. I did not see any of the techs clean or disinfect their metal tools after finishing a service (this includes the footpath) or wash their hands. Also, the techs are not particularly friendly and clients were largely ignored (doesn’t bother me but some people like conversation). All in all I recommend taking your business else where if you care about your health and sanitation.

I have been going to Teresa for over 3 years! She is always kind and her work is the only one I trust. I always call her to make an appt and my nails last over a month before I really need to get in to see her. To someone on a limited budget - it’s amazing! The salon is always clean and the staff is kind. This is the only salon I will go to.

I work in a profession where I am on my feet all day. After my pedicure I feel like I am walking on a cloud. The services literally put me to sleep. The greatest experience ever. I will be back!!!!!

Man in the front could not do simple square acrylic nails they were hideously rounded. he got frustrated and cut all the acrylic off and before i knew it he was soaking them off!! This is how i left!

I came to this shop as a walk in. There were two people waiting when I arrived. Teresa was finishing up with a customer when another lady walked in (who she knew). I overheard the lady as Teresa if she had to wait for “all these people”?.Teresa replied “I will take you next”. I was appalled!!!One of the ladies waiting confronted Teresa. Teresa lied and said the lady had an “appointment “. The other two women ended up walking out. I stayed because my nails were a mess and needed to be done badly. Never again. Micheal did my nails. This was unacceptable and unprofessional on all counts!! You don’t take someone you know over those who have been waiting.

Great place! Good prices $. Vanessa does my nails. Shes the best! I have long nails & Im super picky bout them. I wouldnt trust anyone else to do them! Other employees are also good.

Got a full set acrylic. Michael was so rude to my sister and I because we could hardly understand him. He over glued my nails and even pushed my cuticle so far down, it bled. My nails are horrible.

$40 for my nails. Medium length, coffin shaped. Asked for white however almost a week after I got my nails done here, I noticed that this “white” is actually off white 😂

Teresa was very professional and did an amazing job. I was truly pleased with her work. I got a pedicure that was so invigorating. Prices are great compared to other places & you get quality work. You MUST visit this salon.

I love this place, Snow is excellent. This nail salon is a clean and inviting environment. This nail salon has so many color choices!!! I’m so happy I found nails 2000 as my new salon.

I went to this nail salon and 4 days after getting my nails done, one popped off just from me barely hitting anything and it went down to the pink part of my nail. Then 13 days after I got them done (same set) another nail popped off down to the pink part to the point blood was pouring out. I went up to the nail salon to try and get some resolution and two people looked at them and told me they couldn’t fix the nail because it was down in the pink part, I was not asking them to fix the nail because 1, I know they can’t be touched right now and 2, I will not be coming back for any additional services from them. They refused to provide any type of refund and I ended up paying $50 for this set (more than I normally pay) after waiting over 2 hours to get in the chair. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Two weeks after getting my nails done i went to tell him privately in person. He was loud and rude. Embarrassing. I didnt want anything bit awareness to come from showing him. Didnt want money. After all it was two weeks...The polish tells the truth. The growth of my nail tells the truth!

Went specifically for the eyelash service as there is a large neon pink sign outside of the door, advertising the eyelash service at the location... walked in, asked to receive the service, was immediately told, “ I don’t do lashes here”...so why have a large blinking neon sign on the door saying that you offer the service? False advertising. This is the second time this has happened at this salon.

Went to get my eyebrows done...Never tf again! I asked this lady to let me see them before she takes anymore hair off she told me no and of course she messed them up and tried to upcharge me when I only got my eyebrows done don’t go here! Would give them No stars

Im going to place the date here so Mr. Michael can know exactly where this came from. 3/17/2021Ive heard many bad things about this nail shop but I decided to stop while my daughter got her hair done at the near by salon. MICHAEL who sits at the front right side of the salon is VERY unprofessional and does NOT have the knowledge that an elite nail tech does. I came in for a fill and he literally took all of the polish off until he said that he wouldnt do my nails UNLESS I got a new set. Then expected me to pay him for taking my gel paint off. If you couldnt perform the service, why go as far as taking my color off then telling me after the fact ? MICHAEL KICKED ROCKS TODAY and took that L.Just go to DIVA NAILS IN HAMPTON. Nails 2000 is TACKY.

So after 3 days the gel that the guy put on my nails broke off... Now here it is day 5 and my nail is separated from the gel. For 45 dollars this is not good work. I will not be going back to them ever. Ok this is day 7 and another nail has lost the gel . $45 down the drain

I guess I had someone who was still learning. Sucks

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Just wanted eyebrows they told me 15 minutes after 15 minutes they told me another 40-50 minutes very inconsiderate of my time. When I asked someone else how long, the man rudely told me to sit down and wait. Mind you this was the 3rd time they done this to me. The last time I waited over an hour and today decided to give them a chance for them to continue with being horrible at costumer service. There is more to a business than just money learn how to treat people!!!!

I received service at this nail salon a couple of times and had good experiences until today. I went there for a manicure/pedicure and was told to have a seat. I asked how long the wait would be and Teresa, the manager, said she was not sure. Three Caucasian women walked in and said they wanted the same service, the owner had them sit in chairs to be serviced immediately. I was furious! I told them I have been waiting. Teresa said not to worry. I walked out. I could not believe the blatant racism. I will never go to this place again.

Watching show instead of paying attention, didnt tell me how long to dry, 20 mins later I go to leave and my nails get messed up, no refunds and you have to pay to fix it. So I had to cut the acrylics my fiance just got put on as she cried to me how much it sucked.Dont go here

Rude staff, 2 hours waiting when told an hr and nobody said it was extended. This was my 2nd time here. The first time they cut my finger and sanded my nail down so far that it damaged my nail and my finger.

My daughter took me here for a Mothers day out and we had an excellent time. Great customer service and they do a thorough job! Will definitely be back.

I waited OVER the time given for short lashes. Finally got to the back, laid on the bed and was told that they didnt have short lashes. I spoke to the manager and she said she was busy yesterday and didnt restock! First and last time at this place. Wont waste my time.

The guy who did my nails lacked heavily in friendly customer service, was on his phone the entire time. He didnt ask me if I wanted gel polish before starting. Then rushed me to pick a color once he was finshed filling and shaping. He basically threw the pallet at me and roughly said pick. The paint job was sloppy. Several spots missed with the second layer and top coat and my edges look old. I got gel polish and he did not apply any oil to my nails just handed me the lotion bottle. First time going since I received a gift certificate but I doubt Ill go back. If I do I absolutely refuse to go to the guy who sits at #2. Only giving a two star for the decor.

This place is horrible! My friend and i went here because our usual place was booked. The customer service is horrible. They talk to you like youre trash. We walked in and they told us it would be 10 minutes that turned into 30 minutes. My full set went from $22 to $40. They charge for every little thing. Also, my nail polish is chipping and its only been one week! My nails usually last 3 weeks. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The wait time is ridiculous . Every time my wife & I have went there the wait time is @ least 30mins to an hour & their work isnt equivalent to having to wait that long. One good thing I can say is that its very nice on the inside.

Today was my second time waiting for over an hour to get eyebrows done when I was told 30 mins and ended up leaving because no one ever got to me. I am so done with this place. People care in after me getting fills and full sets left before for me and the service I needed takes 5 minutes at most. I tried to give them another try since I was close by but nope! I’ll continue to go to Denbigh where my business is appreciated.

Ive been a couple other places in the area, but none of them are as good as nails 2000. I always have a great experience. I usually get a guy and I cant remember his name, but he is awesome! Highly recommend!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.... Absolutely the worse customer service in any nail salon I ever went to . Its cluttered and dirty . And they all have the worse attitudes, dont understand English at all, and get mad at you because they dont understand . Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back and will be calling to complain to the board !!!

Nails 2000 was the absolute best experience i have ever had when getting my nails done. I have never experience such good customer service. In most nail shops if you do not reserve ahead you have to wait forever to get your nails done but, in NAILS 2000 they served me immediately. At first i was confused and thought it was only a one time thing so i came back when it was crowded and once again i was greeted with great customer service. Nails 2000 is the best decision i have ever made.

Terrible attitude toward customerNo customer service waited 30 minutes left to get other things done returned still a 30 minute wait and the Male owner talked about me to the customer in the chair he was taking care of WTF really!I do not have to pay for services like that ! Came here at 7:00pm and waited 2 hours to be told they couldn’t help me because it was getting late and they had too many clients. I didn’t receive an apology or any offer whatsoever. They let me sit for 2 hours and didn’t say anything at all. . Very bad for business....

My friend and I have been going to Teresa for years. For over five years we have been going for nails,toes, and eyebrows. We have never had a bad experience with Teresa. I would recommend them to anyone. Its going to be busy cause they are so good.

Nails turned out perfect. Waited about 20-30 minutes for three people ahead of me . Paid reasonable price for cat eye long length nails ($45). Do not feel as though they charge everyone the same prices.

Worst ever. I got my nails done by the first guy on the right. They were..ok...but TWO DAYS later one broke. I went back and they made me pay to het it fixed. Fine. But the TWO DAYS AFTER THAT two more broke. Went back to get them fixed. They charged me $8 then they used the wrong acrylic. I HAVE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAILS!!! and they were mad. 🤔Poor poor customer service. I will not reccomend nor will I return.

Have been in to see Teresa twice, first for a full set of gel nails then for a fill and color change 2 weeks later. Wonderful experiences both times. I always go about midday on Tuesday and have never had to wait. Mrs. Teresa does a beautiful job and makes sure she is giving me the service I want. Prices seem pretty standard to what Ive experienced elsewhere. It also should be noted that I am a dog groomer so I am always working with my hands, in and out of water all day, and the nails and polish have held strong. Would definitely recommend!

This is the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to!! The man who sits in the front did a terrible job. I haven’t had my nails on for a full week and already have 6 broken nails. Also. when I first got them done I had to go right back because the paint was sloppy! I went back and he tried to charge me $20 more after he charged $70 for the nails to begin with, and he had a nasty attitude. I have never had this problem and I get my nails done almost every 2 weeks. I will never attend this salon again and I do not recommend ANYBODY else to go here. If I could give them 0 stars, I would for sure!

Ok so I was happy with the pedicure but this manicure that is supposed to be an American manicure is the worst.. my nails are pink and they wanted to charge me another ten dollars to give me what I asked for.then i told the dude who did my nails that the light was burning me and he said its good for me.. I do not recommend this place.

I got the dip gel and it looks horrible. I don’t even want to give it a one star.Update: I ended up going back the following day to get them taken off. $35 for the dip and $10 to take them off. They kept asking why i was getting them off.... like they couldn’t see the problem.

Tina is the one who takes care of me, she does an a amazing job as well as her customer service she knows how to make me laugh and smile and give GREAT customer service. Tina takes her time on you, i am a picky person when it comes to my nails but she knows how i like it.

Came to this nail shop on Thursday and by the following week, 3 nails had broken because the acrylic was entirely too thin. Went in to have them fixed and she told me it wasn’t because the acrylic was thin even though I knew that’s the reason. They broke evenly and I hadn’t even noticed because they literally just popped off. She told me $15 to fix 3 nails when I paid $30 for the full set and the breaking was due to them not knowing what the hell they were doing! Wouldn’t refer it and would never go back!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEThe owner couldnt understand what I wanted on my nails when I simply asked to change colors, so he got angry and yelled/cursed at me then he tried making me pay before my nails were even done without adding the color I asked for.

I went at first for the dip sns there was only one guy that did it, but after a while he stop showing up to work. Pedicures are probably their best thing. Went to get just a simple manicure, and after waiting 45mins with no assistance I left. Came back again on Sunday still needing just a manicure the owner told me he couldnt do it for what ever reason. Overall the service just sucks

Some of the employees and the manager are very rude. If you do go, I recommend you to ask for Sonny. He will do your nails to protection and he will make sure youre satisfied. He is the only person who I will go to in the entire nail salon.

Absolutely nothing, outside of I didnt have to wait. Customers beware, they do not sterilize or clean equipment. I made sure, the young lady that was doing my feet, cleaned everything before she used it on me. When I sat down I noticed the man beside me was bleeding, the technician accidentally cut him. They put something that looked like ground sawdust on it to stop the bleeding. I was hoping I would see bleach, a through cleaning after the blood incident. Nope! I decided to pay attention to the other technicians, I was shocked and amazed at what I saw. I have never in my life seen anything like this. When you take your feet out of the water, they actually rinsed the tools off, in the water your feet came out of, and put them back in the little cubbies they move around with them from chair to chair. I said something, the begin speaking in their native language, then laugh. Well its no laughing matter. Dont believe me look images foot/ nail infections from nail salons.

I went to get my nails done on Mothers day and the owner husband was very rude, I simply told him that I had wanted my nails short and to shape them better then what he was doing, he got really rude and start asking me where I was from as if that mattered, he put the wrong Gel Polish color on, it looked like a 5 year painted my nails, and then he starts loud talking me at the end & telling me to get out, Im not welcome back, I simply called my fiancé up there, because what Im not going to do is argue with a foreign man that dont even speak proper English! I had the wife fixed them and I left! Never again! Worst place I would had gave them no stars if I could!

Well I sat there for about 30 minutes and the technician looked at me multiple times and started on another Client that came in after me. I simply walked out of the establishment without causing a big fuss. Another technician was also being very rude to an elderly customer who couldn’t even understand what he was saying.

I got a fill in today. I love the way they shaped my nails. I asked to get chrome on my fourth finger and the nail tech put the wrong chrome color on my nails. (My nails are a dark plum color and the chrome is GREEN) I was going to ask the nail tech to change it because I told her I wanted the purple chrome, but she rushed off, so I ask another nail tech to change it and she had the nerve to tell me NO! So instead of causing a scene I left! And I AM NOT SATISFIED. I will be going somewhere else from now on!

Went inside and my visit lasted 5 minutes! The guy with the long thumbnail told me to sit down after 1 minute of just looking at me he said I dont want to do your nails! I looked at the lady next to me and she told me he has always been that way. Im in town from Cary, NC and this was such a waste. I did find one near by that took care of me! Nail 2000 has left a bad taste in my mouth. Walking in the lady who owned the shop was very rude. When I went to nail 2000 it was not busy at all so it was very hard for me to understand why I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours. I left after my long wait!
