I have found my new nail salon and I live two hours away! My service from beginning to end was fantastic. The young lady that did my pedicure took her time and paid attention to every detail. Love that! When I was not sure of the color I wanted, her and the other staff took time out to help me find the best color to match my dress. I must have looked at 8 different colors. They were patient with me in deciding and didn’t just say yes to any color. They were interested in matching my dress just as I was. I really appreciated this level of service. It showed that they cared about my satisfaction and not just getting me in and out the chair. The gentleman that did my manicure knew exactly what length and shape to do for the look I wanted. I will be coming back for this excellent service! And THEY WERE NOT CHARGING AN ARM AND A LEG!!!

Do not ever get your lashes done here. I have never been in so much pain. They were horrifying. I ripped them out in days as soon as I was physically able to. I am certain they used nail glue to glue them directly to my lash line. My eyes wouldnt stop watering and she yelled at me for my eyes watering.

I can’t believe the negative reviews I’m reading about this wonderful establishment. First, I’d like to say that Anthony (owner) Ms. Flower and Dan are beyond talented individuals in the nail industry. If you don’t know about Anthony and his skills, you’re just too cheap to pay for QUALITY. Everyone is so kind here and even if you are having a not so good day, they will work to try and accommodate you the best they can. I went to get my nails done for a family members funeral one day and I had a not so good day. Anthony thought I was upset with him while he was doing my nails, but I was mentally preparing for a funeral I didn’t want to attend. Regardless of my not so happy facial expressions that day, he made sure to still take his time with me to make sure I was happy and he earned my respect 100% that day! He treated me with care and thats what a business does. Ms. Flower is a true sweetheart. She’s very attentive to detail and she’s old school(which means she knows her stuff) Its the young people with rude attitudes that come into the shop that doesn’t take this woman’s age under consideration, but that doesn’t take away from how TALENTED she is! Dan is also very kind and he works diligently. I love going to Dan because he moves quick to get you in and out the door WITH BEAUTIFUL NAILS! If you want to have an outstanding experience and still have time during the day to take care of errands, go to Dan. Diva nails is a diamond in the 757 and I will NEVER go anywhere else unless they are too crowded to service me. It was nice. And the quality of my nails and polish are very strong and still really pretty even after 3 weeks.

Terrible. My nails came out so bad even my husband cringed when he saw them. Why are all the points on the right side of my nails instead of centered (its worse on the other hand)? And the polish was just glopped on top. If the polish is old and doesnt spread well, replace it. Its a salon for goodness sakes - use good products. I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Will not be back.

Was my first time here and I will not be coming back. While everyone was nice the service was a bit sloppy and I just wasn’t impressed. AT ALL and I noticed they didn’t spray or clean up after each guest.

They are the worst! Dan rushed on my nails an pedicure I mean really rushed! Me an my two girls was in their for less than an hr with 3 peds 2 Manis an 1 full set. My nails are not the shape I asked for wanted square, he didnt cut my cuticles an to top it off my bill was 226.00 gave him 240.00 an he had the nerve to keep my change assuming I was going to give him a tip!! I will never go back or recommend anyone to go

Anthony, the owner rushed through my nails, burnt every finger nail while drilling. I had to end up coming back 2 days later due to acrylic cracking, upon returning, I was trying to explain to him that he did the acrylic too thin, he started giving the most unprofessional excuse, so I told him not to worry about it and his words exact were “I’m not”. We need more black professionals in this field, they take your dollar, talk about you in your face and God forbid they actually care for your nails

I called ahead on a Wednesday to see if they could fit me in at 6:30 for a pedicure. The woman who answered the phone very brusquely said yes and then hung up before I could make an appointment. I thought maybe they were just really busy, and shrugged it off.I arrived and was seated in a pedicure chair pretty much instantly, though they had maybe 8 other customers already being served.The tech was friendly enough, though she kept suggesting that I get a manicure too even after I told her that I only had time for a pedicure. I know upselling is a normal part of sales, but there is a point at which you need to take the hint and stop pushing. I opted for the basic spa pedicure because I really just need the nail care and massage. Sadly, the massage was literally just her rubbing-in the lotion and oil, so maybe a grand total of a minute for both feet/legs combined (and thats being generous), and the polish ended-up lumpy. It all felt very rushed, even though they didnt close for another hour.Afterward, while I was sitting at the drying station, it was basically a mass exodus - the other customers finished and left, and all but one of the employees practically ran out the door immediately after. Again, it was still an hour before closing, so I dont understand the haste.Overall, okay customer service and mediocre pedicure, so I wont be returning to this location. The whole point of a pedicure for me is to have a little break and get a nice foot massage and polish, and while I did get a little bit of me time, I left feeling disappointed at the quality of work done.

First off, Ive been coming to Diva Nails for years.. You become family once you visit. They often try and learn you name and let me tell you, being greeted by your name makes it more of a personal experience. They are quick yet your nails are not sacrificed. The prices are reasonable and the products used are good. They clean and sanitize often. Plus, they value their customers... sooo what are you waiting for?? They are waiting on you!!!!

I came in for a fill in at 7pm. It clearly says ON THE WEBSITE AND DOOR that yall close at 8pm. so when I came in I was told WERE CLOSE. Now if thats the case, yall need to change your business hours on THE WEBSITE AND THE DOOR.

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The lady done my nails so uneven. She didn’t shape them properly. They look like that was her first time doing nails. She done them going upward. Regardless of me telling her in the beginning to lay the acrylic so it curves down. They don’t listen. And even when I told her I didn’t like them and clearly looked sad. She didn’t try to fix them or even care about my concerns. Sad to say - a lot of foreign nail shops don’t. They don’t take time in their craft to learn more and better themselves. They just do basic nails and can’t even do that properly. The owner Anthony is the only one that do good nails. But it’s sad that he doesn’t train his staff. I’m done with them.

All of the salons i typically go to were booked, but i just really wanted to get my nails done and if i didn’t get them done that evening, i probably wouldn’t get them done the next day. I looked up nails salons in my area, and this one came up the highest rated. I’m always so hesitant going to a new nail salon, I’ve had past experiences that were less then pleasant. When i walked in, it’s was like a typical nail salon. There was a wait, with majority of the chairs full. They weren’t spread apart at all, so no social distancing if the chairs are full. Honestly it Dosent bother me too much, but just in case someone reading is worried about that. It was fairly nicely decorated but i will say it was a bit cluttered and unorganized but certainly does not make or break me. I didn’t wait too long, maybe 15 minutes. A women named Mai was my tech. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she was able to give me exactly what i wanted all the way down to the shape, my nails look beautiful. Also they are much more fairly priced. I will now be taking my buisnees here! I’m so happy with my nails.

Diva Nails is a hidden gem! The walk-in wait was minimal and the technician was quick but thorough and talented. I got a pedicure with paraffin dip and it was one of the best and relaxing pedicures I’ve had. Be prepared to do gel nails. They may do traditional polish but I saw only gel. It makes sense and takes away the dry time after the pedicure is done.

Very diligent...walked right in no wait....friendly experience....havent gotten my nails done in yrs because the last nail salon made all my fingers bleed....but Diva nails gave me the bright red nails I was looking for...literally just left there 😀....thank you Diva nails for your quick service

I had a great first experience here at Diva Nails ! I haven’t been to a regular nail salon in so long so I was a little hesitant trying them out, but it was for a girls day out with my BFF so I thought what the heck 😊I had my manicure and pedicure done by Twee and she was such a sweet, funny lady. She was quick, efficient and still did an awesome job on my mani/pedi. She made me and my BFF really enjoy the experience getting our nails and feet done together. I will definitely be coming back again !

This was my first time at Diva Nails. It was clean and the technician I had was very professional and friendly.However $68 for a pedicure and a fill in is way overpriced in my opinion.Im talking just gel polish no designs or anything extra. Ive never paid that much before.I only went there because I moved to a new area of town and didnt feel like making the drive to my old salon. Next time Ill make the drive.

As I was reviewing the various negative experience from this nail salon. I would not visit this salon because the unprofessional response from the owner.

My first experience was great, however, my second experience was not so good. A day after my service, one of my naiks broke. I went back and was serviced by another tech who put on the wrong color and she tried to explain that she was right. None the less, I went on about my day because I didnt want to argue about it. On the third day, two of my nails broke. I dont do any heavy labor and havent done any heavy labor because I was on vacation. If I do go back, I will make an appointment with someone else.

I went in to diva nails on 7/26 the man in the first seat in the front of the salon did my fill he was in a rush I had one broken nail and one nail that was cracked very bad I made him aware of this and he said he could fix the crack, my index nail he fixed was longer than my middle finger I brought that to his attention as well he then measured the two index fingers and seen it was so long and he cut it down, I didn’t like it at all my nail look so different from the others I left. To return to him with the same crack in my nail so I called they told me to come back I went in on 7/27/20 I sat in the chair for a long time like 45 min, while two of the techs watched Anthony do nails till they finally ask me what I was there for I told them they laughed and told me to sit in the table in front of Anthony so I did I told her she needed to take the nail off once again she said no I fix for you and I made her aware of my other nail that was lifting she said it was my nail I’m like ok it should be covered with the acrylic she said it was ok, so she filed the nail down and adds more acrylic just as the other man did the day before, well guess what I’m back the crack is still not fixed and my nail will break if it’s not fixed properly, so I called, Anthony says, over the phone again same crack I said yes was just there he says come on in, I went in only two other people there and they ask why I’m there I told them and Anthony says oh okay you called I said yes he said sit in the same ladies chair I don’t know her name it was hard to pronounce, so I did she starts speaking their language which, he comes to look at it and says oh you going to have to pay 10dollars I said to him for their mistake and I don’t have my cards on me I don’t take my wallet to my job for other reasons he then says well we fix once for you the other lady is staring rudely I’m like really it’s their fault Kim was awesome let me say that she is the only one besides Anthony that I remembered their name, I asked could she or Anthony fix it for me when I returned he then said it doesn’t matter who fixes them we all have our own way of doing nails I’m like what I never said you didn’t, my problem was my nails where different sizes and still not getting fixed, why am I still here, moral of this story is they where so unprofessional I paid them and neither one did what I asked and they where going to charge me which was no problem yet when I wanted to pay for them to change it all he act like I was the problem I wasn’t rude to anyone I just want what I paid for I should not have had to go to a nail shop 3 times I never do reviews but this upset me so bad I will never go back, you do not treat people like this where is the customer service they where so rude .... and to just brush me off then he had the nerve to glue my nail both of them on top of gel polish .... sad how people spend there money to get mistreated.

Anthony is great at what he does! Today was my first time there and I ended up picking Anthony because of his previous positive reviews. He didnt disappoint. My regular nail tech is on vacation and I didnt wanna wait an entire month to get my nails done. I usually dont let just anyone do my nails, but I decided to give him a try. Ill definitely return whenever my regular tech isnt available.

It was really comfortable in there and the prices were reasonable. My only negative was that the nail tech cut my toe and it hurt pretty bad. She was apologetic but wasnt willing to give me a few bucks off. Regardless my nails turned out great.

Henry is awesome. Good conversation and my nails are off the chain. I have been here for 6 yrs and 10 nail shops later finally getting what I asked for. Luv the atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

This is my favorite salon in Hampton Roads - everyone is always so pleasant and professional. Very rarely a wait because they work so efficiently. Even their younger techs do amazing work! I went in once with a botched set from another salon and then removed them all and cleaned up my nails for just the price of a color! I will continue to go to Diva Nails and spend my money with Flower, Thuy, and the whole family!

I came here mid-afternoon was seen quickly and was given an amazing fill, it was only $20! My nail cracked within the same day, I came back and they fixed it free of charge. This will be my new place to get my nails done at!

Anthony rushed my nails. I got a full set and it took him 30 mins smh. He swears he is the best but really your not. You need to take your time and use less acrylic because my nails were thick and bulky. I didn’t like the design he put on my nails and when I asked him to fix it he said he can’t wth. I paid cause I didn’t want to start anything but I won’t be back. I went and got my nails done somewhere else the next day (a black salon) and am extremely happy!

I’m a 757 native who just moved to Hampton. I was looking for salons to go to and this one was the first one that popped up with good reviews. I got the dip powder with tips. Quinn did my nails and did an excellent job!! My nails look so good, I posted them on my social media and all my friends were asking where I went and who did them! She took her time and made sure she got all the corners which I really appreciated. The only thing is I wish they had a bigger selection of dip powders. The salon I used to go to in Yorktown had around 50-80 colors. Other than that I definitely recommend this place and will be returning! The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, the music was good. Cannot complain. It’s even located in a nice central place near PTC. If you’re looking to get your nails done in Hampton check this place out!!

Diva nails has been making renovations and great improvements. Anthony has added a modern touch to the facility. He has the latest nail art and does the latest designs. He is very professional and quick considering all the request for him. My nail care is of good quality and my nails last long even though I have my hands in water often. I highly recommend his mother Flowers for pedicures.

I like going here because it is close to my house. But it is a hit and miss place. Nothing to brag about. I havent gone to one specific person so I have had a chance to experience everyone except Anthony. Everyone there loves Anthony. He does acrylic which I dont get so I guess if you want acrylic call ahead to get on his schedule. I usually just get my toes done and thats it due to military.

I’m a loyal customer at Diva nails and i always recommend people to come here and get their nails doneHowever, I think that sometimes they are a little off on their game and perhaps becoming comfortable with a regular customer. Sometimes when i get chrome on my nails it doesn’t cover the sides of my nails and I don’t notice until i get homeI just want that same energy when i was brand spakinnnew !But overall i love this shop and Anthony always saves the day ! He works hard to make sure that you’re happy and I greatly appreciate him for that !

The place was filthy. They do not line the pedicure tubs and there was dirt in every corner and underneath the pedicure tubs. They tried to charge me $50 because I wanted my feet to soak for more than 15 minutes. Don’t let these places rip you off or give you poor service! Their in OUR neighborhoods living off of OUR money.And to whoever responded to this review is just as dirty as that shop you work in.

The environment is peaceful and soothing. They’re so passionate about their client satisfaction. Miss Thuy and Miss Flower are my top recommendations for eye brow and lip wax, but if you want a full set to slay the night with, make sure you request Anthony. You won’t regret coming to Diva Nails. This is literally the only shop I’ve been going to and I wouldn’t want to trade it for any other one.

Wish I had never tried this nail shop. They let a new tech do my nails with no supervision, and when I tried to help him he would refuse. My nails looked TERRIBLE and no one wanted to fix it. I was told I’d have to pay again in order for them to fix it. Crazy! Then it went downhill from there with my nails, breaking like crazy. Smh never again. Wish I could give 0 stars. They’re not even worth 1.

Frankly, the guy rushed through my nails, only took 30min. I got a fullset. The shape I asked for wasnt the shape I got. I didnt want to argue with him. They arent very even, thinner in some places and thicker in others. If I didnt NEED my nails done for something I would have just waited and gone to my usual place. Not many places around me are open on sundays. I probably wont be going back.... sorry

Absolutely LOVE this place ! They actually use Gel Powder and have great prices. I highly recommend Quinn shes very nice and styles your nails EXACTLY how you like them. She will get the shape perfect every time :)
