First time going and was very pleased. I never had a nail tech to ask me about my feet before starting working on them..Look up Gina you will not be disappointed.

Lets just say I will back until I cant nomore!! Ms. Gina is a great owner and her staff is wonderful and delightful. Cant wait to return. Infact I didntt have time for eyebrows but I returned to get them done the same day!!

I called about an hour and a half in advance to book an appointment. I was told that the owner was booked up but the other tech could fit me in. I said if she can’t that’s ok just let me know so I know whether or not I can actually come in. She assured me that was fine! So, I came a few minutes early to my appointment just in case. I came inside after calling to make sure it was ok to do so and was told they’d be right with me. They were just “finishing up a client.” By finishing up she meant finishing her hands and then proceeding to do a whole pedicure on her. I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting to have someone do my nails. The problem isn’t even necessarily that I waited. It was that it had been far past my appointment time and someone who was a regular came in after me and was helped before me. Then when she finally sat down to help me I asked her if she even had time to get me out by a certain time. The whole reason I booked an appointment and didn’t just walk in was because I knew I had an allotted punt of time. When I asked the tech if she could get it done after the period of time that had now passed, she very frustratedly looked at me like I was kind of crazy and went “oh NO I can’t do it THAT fast?!” So, I told her I’m sorry then I had to go. To which the other tech said in an annoyed tone “is she not getting them done?” on my way out. It’s a shame because the atmosphere seemed nice. The reviews were good. I really wanted to try this place out. But it was clear I was not a priority and my time was not something the cared to take into consideration as their regulars were more important. I double checked on the phone she actually had the time to do my nails. I would have much rather her told me she honestly didn’t have time than for me to drive to the salon, sit for a little over 30 min, have someone who came in after me be taken before me, and then passive aggressively and rudely be dismissed when all I did was try to make sure kindly that I had enough time to get them done after sitting for so long all while having had an appointment time. Mind you, when I got there they weren’t crazy busy. Both techs were with only 1 client, I had a set appointment, 1 tech finished quickly with the client she had while the other continued on with her pedi when she said she was “almost finished.” So, I’m confused as to why I was told it would be just a minute that turned in 30+ then I was treated as if I was in the wrong for just asking if we still had time. I can’t honestly say if I recommend this salon or not because I didn’t even get to experience their services. But in regards to customer service as a NEW client (because they were very chatty and kind to the regulars in there) I would say find somewhere else that will value your business.

Gina is AWESOME! & MS. Ernie are the BOMB!! She was gentle and very knowlegable the atmosphere is soothing & very relaxing. I live in Norfolk but this is my new spot grade A service

Waited 2 hrs with the promise of a simple color change. Gia became upset when I inquired about 2 other customers being waited on long after I arrived. Right is right especially if she doesnt take appointments. Honor your customers that invested time. She became ghetto fabulous with the head and first of all. My polish was sloppy and over the edges in which I requested removal. Its unprofessional, rude and I waited far too long for a substandard hostile service. I was nothing but patient and kind. Ghetto and low life comes in every shade. Avoid this place and go around the corner where I was serviced with in 10 min with more than one employee. I see why u were struggling.

I have been going to Gina for several months. She is the best nail tech I have ever had. I have been wearing acrylic nails for over 35 years and she is by far the best! The shop is clean and the staff is very professional. The owner is a very, very nice woman. Highly recommend this shop!

I used to looovvvveee this nail salon. Lyn nails was my go to nail shop! One particular girl was very rude the last time I went. I never went back after that. Fortunately I found a better nail salon and havnt had any issues!

Tah has always done my eyebrows. I went to go get them done today and she put too much wax and left a hole in my eyebrows. Instead of just apologizing she acted like I came in there with a hole on my eyebrows. Like I havent lived with my face my whole life. All she had to do was apologize but instead she blamed me. Horrible. I came in and got a full set regular not gel. With a butterfly design on 1 nail per hand. 40.00. Seriously??????? I asked her for something light and spring time to go over the pink polish and she painted a black butterfly. It looks horrible. Will never go back or reccomend.

Ive been going here 4 years and I love the way they greet you by make. They are do great work but my favorite is Hann. If I let someone else do my nails I feel like I cheated on her. Lok

Beware!! These ladies are not licensed!! I know for a fact Gina is not. They have been allowing people to work in there without proper credentials just because they all are Asian.
