I had an appointment @ 1000 am and was not seen until after 1030 am. Very crowded, taking walk ins before appointments. Asked for nails to be dipped French manicure and she gave me gel over my powder dip I already had on. I can see the fill line still where my nails grew out. My nails are not even. Sister got her nails done and they did not listen to her choice in color and she has a big black blob as a design. If my nails did not look so bad going in I would have walked out. Many pedicures happening and they did sanitize their equipment between clients. The manicure equipment was dirty as well.

I haven’t had my nails done professionally in years. Did a walk in earlier today and everything was prompt and professional! Even though the waiting area was getting busy, these two amazing women were working hard! I only had to wait under ten minutes to be seen and my acrylics only took around 35 minutes and came out great! This place is the best and right around the corner from my house I will be back! ❤️⭐️

I went to this salon for three years and only recently have I decided to go elsewhere. Initially it was great: quality work, polite staff, and timely service. Recently there has been a shift that disrupted the three compliments I previously mentioned.For one, I have arrived twice for a walk-in appointment and was never even acknowledged. The check-in tablet was down so myself and two other patrons patiently waited to be checked in but eventually we left one by one after several minutes had gone by.Another instance I have had was one where I had made an appointment in advance only to arrive to the shop and see that the nail technician I had requested was not even at work that day. This resulted in me having to wait just like the walk-ins causing inconvenience since I was on a tight schedule.The last straw was recently when I decided to try acrylics at this shop for the first time. When I first got the acrylics done, they seemed fine, a little thick but fine. The issue did not come until I tried to get the acrylics removed. I have never had a technician aggressively pop off nails like that before. Usually I have acrylics soaked and filed off with no problems but after having the nail technician at this shop remove my acrylics, my nails hurt a week later. It is a clean nail salon so I doubt the pain is due to any sort of infection but they still hurt nonetheless. The technician also seemed rushed and annoyed when removing my nails so maybe she did something wrong because her mind was elsewhere IDK.Long story short, come here for gel manicures and pedicures but avoid the acrylics. Also, make sure you call and make an appointment if youre on a time crunch but still a lot time in your schedule just in case they are running behind/ your technician isnt in that day.

This place is amazing! I went on for a wax, pedicure and fill😊 and let me tell you these women are beyond professional, sweet and will have you in and out with pure happiness.

I have been a very loyal customer to them since 2017. I absolutely have had a great experience 98% of the time with the exception of probably a handful of times that I haven’t been fully satisfied with my nails. My only problem is that they do tend to overprice A LOT.

Sam was WONDERFUL. She painted my 9 year olds nails and gave her a pedicure. She was patient and polite as my child had so many questions and stories. We will definitely be back to see her!

Sign in, pick a color and start my pedicure. Im seriously ticklish and we giggle but its nice and clean. They open a new scrubbing pack for each person which I think is excellent (no cross contamination). The spa scrubs are Devine (smell so good) I asked to cut my nails down this week, to try still nice but I prefer them longer.

As always very good service I walked in and was immediately greeted and taken care of my service is very basic just an acrylic fill and a splash of clear polish with sparkles overall the service once again was on point

Awesome experience at my appointment today! Had an appointment at 5pm for a Gel Full Set & Pedi. My appointment started promptly at 5. My technician did my pedicure, properly cleaned her hands, then did my Full Set. She worked quickly & neatly. She was engaging when I needed her to be & quiet when I needed her to be. It was great, she matched my energy & mood perfectly! She asked questions & seemed extremely interested in my plans & gave feedback on color selection. For my Full Set & Pedi it was $100 even. Which was fine by me as her customer service was impeccable. She was literally amazing. I really wish I could have gotten her name. The facility was clean & neat. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be returning for touch ups. Would recommend!

I use to get my eyelashes done very regularly. I recently just moved to Hampton from New York and was looking for an eyelash place. The reviews seemed good so I decided to give this place a try. At this point I’m unsure if maybe I ended up getting the wrong tech. Unfortunately I didnt even get her name. Usually going to a lash appointment they will ask what style and length you want, i didn’t get asked anything like that, I found myself asking her these questions. Still I decided to give it a try despite my gut telling me to just walk out. When she was done I looked in the small mirror provided and I couldn’t tell much. I then asked to go to the rest room when i noticed what a horrible job was done. I feel as though I could have done a better job myself and I’m not a professional. I wouldn’t recommend.

This is over a week after my manicure! I wish I knew the ladies name that did my nails but her attention to detail was great and I love how they were shaped. Will definitely go back!

My mom and i went. She got gel and had picked two colors and they only painted one. I got an acrylic full set and they’re a mess. The lady gave me so much trouble about the simple nails i requested. All the nails are lose. And she was really rough and hurt my hands. They had such good reviews and we were so excited but we are so disappointed.

Ive visited here a few times. The prices are good and comparable to most other locations. Salon is clean and staff are nice. Im very picky about my nails so I cant say that they have been perfect but they do a good job. Length is always good and natural, shaping is hit or miss sometimes. I usually see Kim or the younger gentleman that works there. They also have a lot of color options.

I was going toAnother salon when I realized I started having problems with my big toe getting ingrown sand that is when I decided to give them a try. They fixed my toes right up and did an amazing job at it. Got my eyebrows done here, long story short I ended up with a terrible burn under my right eye and also getting cellulitis which is a infection from bacteria under my right brow and my right eyelid . I called and spoke to the manager Tina who denied this happened at their shop after I sent her pics as proof and also the paperwork from the urgent care . I am now seeking legal advice on how to proceed with this matter. Please beware . I know this was not done intentionally but when things like this happens they need to take responsibility not deny it when the customer has proof!

The people there are really nice and make sure you like what you pay for. They are 30 mins from where i live but i take the trip everytime. All i had to do was tell the lady that i need natural, shorter acrylics and she gave me a wonderful pink and white ombre look.

My new favorite salon. I just walked out with my eyebrow and lip wax along with my powder gel nails. They really do take their time and make sure your nails are perfect! I highly recommend this place.

I have tried three other nail salons in the hampton area over the last month and this one finally got it right. Absolutely love my acrylic nails. Tom was great and patient with me as he had to take off my previous acrylics because they were not great and start all over. Fantastic job.

I am so disappointed because I really liked this establishment and the location. I had a scheduled a appointment, waited over 30 minutes, still no assistance. Several people with scheduled appointments came in after me and was helped right away. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. This is the third time this has happened with scheduling an appointment and still wait due to they want to help someone else without an appointment. All customers should be greeted upon walking in and treated equally and fair. They dont keep their word when scheduling appointments, if you know you have a scheduled appointment, the walk in customer should wait not the customer who made the appointment. I am always prompt for my appointments.

My natural nails were beginning to crack, and chipped over the acrylic, especially snagging in my hair and I needed an acrylic overlay refill ASAP! I went in and Hannah fixed it in 38 min. I was impressed. Today 1/ 8/ 2021 my regular nail tech was off and I had Tina which I believe is the owner( I maybe wrong) did my nails. Just like Hannah my nail tech, Tina was fast,&courteous and good to talk to. ! Thats my experience with them.

I was really nervous to try a new place having recently moved to VA but i really needed a fill on my dip powder nails. Not only did they take/fit me in last minute, but my nails are gorgeous. Even more beautiful than i asked for. Will def be back!!

Tina did an amazing job on a freestyle on my nails. And I think Wendy is the name of the girl who did my pedicure. She took her time and did a good job. I think I found my go to place for nails and pedicures. They also use a point system where u get 10% off after going so many times.

Super sweet! I was able to walk right in. Gentle yet was able to make my feet and toes shine! She told me she has 30+ years of experience and it shows in a great way! Highly recommend!

They completely ruined my nails, acted like they were in a rush, and I had to ask repeatedly for them to shape the nail correctly. Hannah and the man who works there are the only people who can do nails. Especially acrylic sets. I hated this experience and paid way too much for it. I posted about it and ironically they are known for poor service. I’m not surprised.

I wish I could give no stars! Why have salon hours posted and not honor it??? Salon opens at 9am on a Saturday, I had to call someone to see was someone in route only for them to finally get there at 915. She had to now take time to turn on lights and prepare the salon to service someone. Myself and another woman was waiting and the next person wasnt to get there until 930!? It is a Saturday!! Most nail salons busiest day!!! You already late opening and now you expect a customer to wait more for the next person to come in??? This is not professional and so inconsiderate to customers! Yen is unprofessional and unskilled. Careful asking her to fix her mistakes, shell blame you and your nail rather than try to just fix it. To many to mention. Unacceptable! This was my first and last visit. I gave her a small tip because thats the right thing to do, especially in this economy, but she did a terrible job.

I had a great time here. First time for me and they have a great bunch of people working there. I just got a pedi and they did a good job with hot stones. Towel wraps were nice and warm. I’ll be back headed back there for a manicure.

I have been going to Kim for a few years. Shes a hard worker and does a wonderful job on my bad nails/feet. When I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love the fact that they use a plastic liner for pedicure. It is usually a clean place and the staff is friendly. Just dont go if they are busy. I prefer going during the week days instead of weekends. If Kim is not available I will see Anna, Tina, or Kims brother. I just dont know every body that works there by name. I think they All work very hard to provide the service you ask for. Anita

Horrible polish job. After 4 coats of polish you can still see my nails. The light coloris not relevant, its the technicians lack of skill thats the issue. I paid and will never be back again.

The attention to detail is amazing!!! Kim was quick and very friendly and patient cause I wasnt even fully sure if what i wanted and she did magic! I will be going back and she will be the only one doing my nails from now on. I decided to use this shop because of the great ratings it had. I had no preference on techs because I’ve never been there before. I knew I wanted colored acrylic with gel on top. I selected my color and waited patiently for a tech to come available. Although I got there at 9a, I waited until 9:40a to be seen. The tech didn’t have a clue what I wanted. Then the lady, who checked me in, explained. I told them the number for the color. When he began to put the color on, I told him it was the wrong color (pink). He said, no and showed me the color number on the top of the jar. I thought to myself that maybe I was wrong because of the lighting. He missed several steps in the process of doing my nails. They are very thick, the color doesn’t cover the old color all the way, the acrylic is thick under my nail, they are crooked and uneven. I will never go back to that shop. They couldn’t even understand what I was asking for. When I tried to explain that the color was wrong by putting the sample against my nails, they said well that was done on a white tip. I said that it was off white not pink. They just shrugged their shoulders. They have awful customer service and results.

I went to this salon once I enjoyed my visit. My only complaint was that I got cut by the drill. So I went to a different salon the next time. I was not happy with the other salon, I got stress cracks in most of my nails and that was after 2.5 weeks with Dip. Which should last 3.5 to 4 weeks. So I went back to Pro Nails and am so happy that I did. They did a great job. I will be going there from now on.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Madilyn for my gel mani/pedi. Madilyn was very pleasant and kind. She even helped me in choosing a a color that complimented my style and skintone. Madilyn also gave me advice on keeping healthy nails and cuticles. She did an amazing job on my nails. This was not my first time at this salon but it was the first time Id met Madilyn. She delivered top notch customer service. I will definitely return and request her in the future.

I came in today and Im really disappointed in the service I received today. My regular nail tech was not there and I could not come back because of my work schedule. There were 2 available ladies and they refused to do my nails. Not one time was I rude to them but they were rude to me. They talked about me inn their language made me feel uncomfortable very uncomfortable. Madeline has never treated me like that. They even charged me to get the nail fixed. I am truly disappointed. Ive never been treated like that in any nail place.

They did an amazing work on my pedicure and the guy did a great job with my first time trying the dip powder. The finish product was better than the other nail salons I’ve been to in Hampton. I went for the first time recently and automatically loved the option to sign in electronically. I got an amazing gel manicure with Tina and spa pedicure with Ana. My gel manicure is nice however I did ask for square nails and the shape is slightly off with some of my fingernails. I loved the atmosphere and will most definitely be returning!!

We visited Pro Nails today, for the first time, so my daughter (13) could get her nails done. They were professional and courteous, quick but not rushed, and did an amazing job on her nails. It was exactly what she wanted. We will be back.

As usual, Tom gave me a great pedicure today.He is my “go to” for pedicures in Hampton Roads. He is quiet, courteous and respectful.

New to the area was super excited to try this place went in wanting simple coffin nails 2 colors walked out costing me 65 dollars the shape is barely there don’t even know what costed me this much but i find it outrageous to be that much got the nail polish around my nail it’s an alright place to go definetly gonna keep looking for a regular spot

First, I arrived about 4:30 on a Sunday (closing time is 6) and was told they were closed. Then one of the workers asked what I wanted and I said a pedicure. She said ok and told me to come on back (all of a sudden they are open? ) The whole time the young lady is doing my feet she is talking to the other lady and pushing no attention to me. Then she forgets a step in the process and had to start over. Im thinking that she does not have a license at this point. Finally my nails get done and I go home. I look at my feet and they look good, except one toe, the big toe. Half the polish is gone! At this point Im done and my mind is made up. ✌

The customer service was unperfessional. I arrived at 2pm. After waiting 1hr and was signed in I was greeted with a what do you want. I want my eye lashes done was my response. Tina than said 30 minutes which turn out to be an hour. So 2hrs I waited.only because it was a Sunday and most shops was closed. She did do a good job on my lashes that why I gave 1star. However that will be my first and last time.

When me and my aunt walk in the place smell good and the places looks good to go. As we wait and sign ourselves up couple of minutes later and they treated us with respect and ask us if we want them to do this and that. I prices our fair and a amazing place to go to.

The place was very peaceful and quiet when I walked in, I was immediately greeted and was told where to sign in and asked me what I wanted done that day. I only sat down to wait less than a minute before they called me to get started. I had a man service me and he did a good job. My only complaints was that my nails weren’t in a perfect coffin shape and that it was hard to understand him when he asked me a question but other than that I was satisfied

I got my lashes done by one of the women who work there (I didn’t get her name) but she did a fantastic job, and so far they seem to be lasting. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the wait time, other than that I love my lashes!

So I was in the Hampton area July 4 and decided to get a full set and a pedicure. The cost wasn’t bad. The people were friendly I will give them that. Unfortunately the shape of the nails I didn’t care for. One was crooked but I don’t like to complain so I just lived with it. After I took the gel polish off of my toe after 3 weeks my toe nail was brown and split down the middle. I was horrified. I haven’t gotten my nails done since because my toenail had yet to heal. I do believe it was because they don’t sanitize things properly.

I dont understand how everytime I try to give this place a chance, they always get something wrong. I got my eyelashes done along with a full set and pedicure which cost me over $100 and the very NEXT day, my eyelashes began falling out in clumps. (Got them done for a wedding)I got a full set done 2 weeks ago, and literally one of my nail came off yesterday. 4 of the acrylic nails are lifting off my nails. Today I spoke to the owner and showed her my nails, she said that thats normal and its time for me to get my nails filled in. The only thing she was willing to do is not charge for replacing my nail if I got fill ins today. I just walked out.

Pro nails used to be better equipped with more technicians on hand. There is a longer wait now for manicures fills and door pedicures but I was attended to by a lady named Madelyn who was very attentive courteous deliteful abd pleasant. I was satisfied with my gel fill and gel color and will be visiting her again to try her out for a pedicure. Ive been visiting pronails now for close to a year and for the most part I am really satisfied with their service.

I would not recommend this place at all.They were very unprofessional and rude.I had called ahead of time to see if I could make an appointment and if anyone was free. I was told that they only took walk ins but could do my nails. After I arrived and walked into the business no one greeted me. I waited about 7 minutes and then realized there was an iPad to sign in. After another 10 minutes I was still being ignored. I then called another salon and took my services elsewhere.
