Great experience. They provide towels and sprays to touch up your car after the wash and the vacuums are free to use as long as you need. Staff keeps the rags stocked and area clean.

Ive been using riptide for almost a year now and I absolutely love it!! My vehicle always looks fantastic after the wash, and they provide provide cleaners for you to use on the interior of your vehicle!

Such a simple thing, but having vacuums on both sides of the car instead of one long vacuum hose is so helpful!!! And the wheel wash cleaned better than other car washes Ive frequented. Very happy with the final results.

Great job. We got the cheapest option which was $10. You get the exterior wash through the machine, and then park in one of the spaces once you come out and use the provided vacuum and cleaning products for the interior. We stayed for a bit to really get everything, but my car came out so good. Will be returning

The manager Tina at this location is amazing. By accident I bought 2 Memberships. I promptly called her and she took care of it right away and extremely gracious about it. Came in the next day to pick up our sticker and she ran to the managers office quickly

The customer service just not there. We had to ask about the different services even though there were attendants to swipe your card at machine. I could have done this myself!The car wash was okay but wish they would have brushed a little more to get grime off before going through machine.The access to hand towels and window cleaners was a plus and considered the unlimited wash but will pass and go to neighborhood car wash to do myself. You still have to go back and re-clean and dry. (Not worth the money)

This carwash is by far one of the best Mercury Blvd has to offer. More bang for your buck. I recommend becoming a member as I did for unlimited washes (per day), vacuum use, free all purpose cleaner, free Windex, and towels.

Very good car wash. Only thing my car got scratched up and the manager named TINA was not very professional about the situation but the manager JOHN did an excellent job was very professional. Just starting to get back to normal. Its a pleasure to get my car wash. Riptides Carwash is the ideal place to come. Attendant are helpful and courteous, prices are beyond reasonable and I just highly recommend it for first class service come here.

The Unlimited Car washes for $30 a month is a steal. I get my car washed at least 3 times a week, and definitely after a rain day.

Friend let me borrow his car while I was in town for vacation and he had an air freshener hanging in the mirror from this place. Was able to easily find it and surprise clean his car for $10. Lots of Vacuums available etc. Staff was friendly when looked lost.

High value for the price! I paid for the lowest option just to get the bugs off my car from a long drive expecting to have to do a lot of scrubbing after, and it was 99% spotless!! They even had clean rags with multipurpose and window cleaner bottles in the free vacuum section. Would highly recommend!

My trucks batter died and they gave me a jump. They also help if keys are locked inside the car as well. Very helpful staff.Besides that, customer service is great. Really debated between 2 &3 stars. I went twice and the spinning brush knocked back my driver side mirror both times.-They have a long list of things that “if this goes wrong it’s not our fault” which I get but it made me skeptical and rightfully so.-It chipped paint on the front of my bumper because the jets are too strong especially for low cars. be careful.-vacuums were great-car was clean for 15 dollars-tires and rims very clean

They do an amazing job with distancing the space between cars in the wash. My only complaint is the rags used in the vacuum area need to be watched more. I retrieved a rag that smelt like booze.

Does a good job of cleaning you vehicle. Provide wipe cloths and cleaner. Good suction on the vacuums. There is also a machine for cleaning your floor mats.

This is not your typical car wash. You want a little jam out session, with bright lights? This is your place, plus FREE VACCUMS. The suction they have is insane. Honestly sometimes I just go here for the light show and the vaccums.

Its too noisy most of the time. The car wash its self is okay but could be better, if there wasnt so much loud noise coming from loud playing radios.

My window rain guard on the driver side blew off they said oh well the pressure of drying off the car was too high

I only wish there were more of these! Although it seems a little pricey, whatever option you choose only needs to be used 2-3 times a month to pay itself off. I stress clean and the communal cleaners and free vacuums are definitely a plus when I want to detail my car on a budget. I had to cancel my subscription when I moved but would subscribe again in a heartbeat of they opened one Im Chesapeake.

I have been a member for quite a while and never had a problem with the wash until the other day when the brushes scratched my brand new suv when I spoke to the assistant manager about the incident they came out with a long list of thing they were not responsible for but it’s not posted said they needed to check the cameras and it’s been almost a week and still haven’t heard anything back tried to call but no one answers the phone

I literally came here by accident; I was trying to go to another carwash, up the road a piece (as the country folk say). I was only going to spend a few dollars to basically rinse the car off because I really wanted to rearrange my junk and vacuum). Well, I got the 16.00 wash and am very pleased. My truck looks brand new! I live in Virginia Beach but Ill stop in for a wash and wax when Im in town.😁

Worst place to deal with to cancel your plan when there car wash messes up your vehicle. They dont reply to emails and never answer the phone

The car wash is good, but I had trouble canceling the monthly subscription. I cancelled in person and was told by the attendant at the entrance that he would take care of it. Got charged an extra month and had to follow up with a call, voicemail and the manager finally called back four days later.

The carwash was not that great, it didnt get any of the bugs on my front bumper off at all. The dryer was horrible at the end of the run and I ended up with weird water marks all over the back of my car.

Wow! I have tried a few car washes in the last few months and have been disappointed...this place is INCREDIBLE! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The wash was great and the vacuums are amazing! They also provide an all purpose spray and a window cleaner (and towels) to clean your car! My minivan is so clean!!!

LOVE this car wash. Theyre running a special @ $10 a month for August, September, and October for unlimited washes. It well worth because you only have to clean your windows when you come out of the wash. Vacuuming is free and they provide towels along with window cleaning supplies.

With the price of a regular wash or even the top bundle, this car wash provides free vac AND rags and cleaner to clean the inside of your car for FREE. They also have this floor mat machine that cleans your floor mats. I love it and I will be coming back here everytime I need a wash. The staff is awesome!

Great car wash. I go there a lot. Free vacuums and they provide rags and window and general purpose cleaner. If I had one complaint it would be there is no easy way to turn around if you come into their driveway. Its not impossible but its not convenient if you didnt mean to pull in.
