Drive thru car wash nothing special.Its best to clean wheels at home before.

Could stay.d allot of improvements, which includes but may not be limited to; low suction on allot of the vacuums, ink being out couldnt print receipt, same thing the following visit, floor matt cleaner not working. Guys it is understood you get allot of customers but considering the wash itself is ran by machines, employees have more time to focus on maintaining everything accordingly.

I use the Cool Wave Carwash because on most occasions I am in and out and everything gets done with no problems. However yesterday was a little different! I tried 4 different vacuum hoses and none would even suck up tiny pebbles and debree on the floor board of my SUV so I manually beat the dirt out of the floor mats by hand, and when I tried to use the automatic floor mat cleaning machine it was broke too! On this occasion it was a waste of $5! I am glad I didnt choose the more expensive car washes or I would have left a lower score for this review!

This was the worst car was carwash. I always have a good wash. The car wasnt even dry!

The staff was friendly and helpful,the pricing was very reasonable, the car wash itself seemed to be very effective, and the vacuums functioned well. They run continuasly, so you dont have to worry about scanning a ticket or running out of time. Window cleaner and all-purpose cleaner are available for use as well as microfiber towels to clean the inside of your car. I will be getting a monthly membership.

Great customer service! I enjoy the membership which is worth it especially during pollen season.

Wonderful place for car wash and vacuum your car out

Im a club member. This location has changed owners and names over the last couple years. It used to be surfs up. Cool wave is much better, the car wash hasnt been shut down like it often was with surfs up.

The business is good but some things that need fixing, theyre slow fixing it. Some customers mess up the vaccuums or dont follow instructions entering the car wash.

Starting not to like this place a few times I came here the carwash was not working so theyll tell you .you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner now today I came the car washing machine is working but is not putting any soap on your car so for you to keep accepting customers taking their money knowing that it is not working properly is fraud some people spend $20 on a car wash and not getting $20 worth of service I come here every single day because I am a member yall take money out my account every month but not fixing these problems the reason I gave a one-star is not because the machine wasnt working and its not putting any soap on my car all business have problems I get that but for you to keep accepting people money knowing that your car wash machine is not working properly is where I draw the line disloyalty to your customers.

Car wash was good. Vacuums were pay-to-use, even though they were supposed to be included with the cost of the wash. There are other Cool Wave washes in the area that are much better. Avoid this one if you can.

My car is spotless. I did the$20.00 WASH.

Pretty fast car wash and decent vacuum systems. Only problem I have is that soap levels are widely inconsistent. I fully expect to get $20 worth of soap when I pay, but sometimes its only a small dribble. If they fixed this, itd be a great car wash.

Brand new f150 just purchased not even 2 months ago front plate and part of the plastic bumper was ripped off during the wash cycle . As my husband was walking up to one of the work he had our front plate in his hand. I was told someone would contact me in 72 hours but was not given a number or a name. Call HPD non emergency line to have a police report filed.

The guy who greeted me was so nice and helpful also gave me a towel to wipe my car down after I was done. I will continue to use this location.

I think they would have more people if they could buy a car wash pass at the place of business because I dont trust anyone with my information with my personal stuff

For $20.00 I would expect to get a cleaner truck. The rims were filthy. Several areas still had dust didnt even get wet. Not worth the money.

Went to cool wave carwash today. Purchased the Super typhoon wash. The chemistry was excellent and the dryers left a clean dry and shiny vehicle. Staff was very knowledgeable about the equipment and how it worked and I was very pleased with the results

I was visiting and needed a car wash and I simply loved it for the price and it was free vacuum,mat cleaning, window cleaner and there were clean towels to wipe the vehicle off with. I definitely recommend this establishment and the parking lot was very clean.

Find another car wash! My car was damaged going through their car wash. I brought it to their attention immediately and they did an incident report. I was told I would be contacted within 72 hours. It has been a month and I was not contacted AT ALL. I returned to the car wash multiple times and was told 72 hours is just what they tell people and they don’t even have a number I could contact them at and if I wanted to speak to mgt I would have to come by between m-f from 11-2. I returned on my lunch break a few days later to be informed that he never saw the report it was on his desk under a stack of papers. He took more information from my car and toldMe the owner doesn’t like to fix cars that are seven years or older but he will fight for it and he will give me a call on Monday. Here it is a month after the incident and I returned because they didn’t bother to contact me at all. I was informed by an attendant that even though they reviewed the tapes and everything because my car is right on the cusp of 7 years old they don’t “technically have to” fix it and they offered me a few free washes and I was also informed that another paying customer was having the same issue. I politely told them no thank you I’d rather have the issue fixed. I have always used this car wash even when it was surfs up and I never had an issue until now. Please take your car elsewhere.

Ive been a members for over a year and I just got a new car so I had to download the new app. I paid my membership and cant use the app. Everytime I want my car wash I have to call someone over explain to them... Just to get my car wash. They just need to go back using the scan bar it was easy and convenient! Im not happy right now at all.

I went there on 5-26-2020 on my car I have special white wall tires with yellow trim when I left out with out checking cause I was in a rush I notice my tires had a the white walls had a ruff dirt rub on all the tires I will never go there again plus Im going to let my fellow veterans buddys thru differ vfw post not to go there😣😣.

Went there car wash went up 2 dollars and the vac system has extremely low suction. Ask one more f the employees there about it and his words was theres nothing he could do about it. I then went back to the employee for a contact number and he would not give it to me. Needless to say I am never going to back there
