50-50 whether it is working or out of order. If it is working, the wash mechanism isn’t aligned to where the lights say to stop inside the wash.

I was specifically told that the promotion I was taking part in was not a monthly membership. Three months and $50 dollars later I finally noticed and cancelled my subscription. Even cancelling was very difficult because there is no information on their website about how to do it. I had to call them twice AND send an email.
