Theres a reason I will always get my car from Priority when the time comes. Great timely service every time Ive taken my vehicle in, free inspection and oil changes alone would make it a worthy choice to buy from but they have always been good to me all around.

I used to go to the other location in Chesapeake but I found this location to be more convenient and easier to communicate. Staff are very friendly and courteous as well.

Service was done in a timely manner, my service manager (Devin Johnson) kept me informed of necessary services and provided updates as to the services performed. I have never had bad things to say regarding services or staff members.

Took my car in for routine service which I had an appointment for. It still took 3 hours after I was told approx 1 hour. The service dept accommodated me by not charging me! Bitter sweet.....

Very unhappy with the sales person. If you are ever assigned to LAMAR, just say NO. The salesperson seem to have an ATTITUDE. Ask for a different person or switch dealerships.Making it to the dealership on-time to the meeting did not matter for the sales person. He just sat on his desk talking to a co-worker for about 1 hour. Lamar was not polite maybe because his conversation with a co-worker was interrupted to attend a potencial costumer.

Appointment was 245 my vehicle has sat outside since then it is now 345 all for a oil change/tire rotation kinda ridiculous

Staff is friendly for the most part. Ive purchased and continue to service my car there since Ive bought it 3 years ago. Pretty standard dealership experience however my salesman, Corey, worked with me and gave me a pretty solid deal. The service department is generally pretty friendly however some of them are a little young minded and I could see that possibly coming off negative to more mature customers. After your service you will receive the typical experience survey about the mechanics which I find a little odd because you never generally interact with them in person.

Service on weekdays is fast and mechanics are good at their jobs. Ive not had recurring issues as long as Ive been going there, and the prices are reasonable.
