Ive always been big on customer service and Im quick to leave a review ESPECIALLY if its a bad experience. With Elite Auto Body, my experience was quite the opposite. From the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up, I was treated like an important customer. I did not catch the name of the young lady who checked me in, but her purple office chair was enough to consider her the best office employee you have. Gabe kept me informed of the progress and, evidently, your shop works faster than his estimates on when my car would be ready. I was told early the following week and then the next day I was told it would be ready later that day. So my car was in and out in five days and the repair looks awesome. Thank you for having a courteous, and professional, business. I hope I dont need you again! ;-)

My experience is through my daughter situation and I feel that you all took advantage of your position with the insurance company and had she involved me with it you all would not have gotten away with totalling her chevy cruze without a second opinion. You removed parts from her car the headlight before she signed the paperwork you had No right to do and since when do a body shop pay for car rentals didnt give her enough time on that either . Im not impressed with you or Geico car insurance

The Elite auto body team both front desk and shop are professionals, respectful, friendly, well informed in their craft and experience of knowledge. They were very helpful in my needs and wants including getting a rent-a-car set up when I got there without wasting any time. When I saw my car after fixed with my fender bender, I was pleased and surprise to see there work look like brand new with No defects!There phone system had some issues so daily updates were Not well, but was fixed and better, which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars, it happens with bad storms.I highly recommend this auto body shop in my future and to my friends & family. Mr. Jeff is probably one of the most honest guys Ive met in my life! He really worked with me and I could tell that money was never his motive while also ensuring me that the level of quality I received would definitely be well deserving of the rate given. Thats an understatement of what I received, I told him and Ill tell yall, Im over here thinking of ways to just send my car back (lol) just so I can receive this great service again ! Jokes aside I do have a few more things needed done to my car and its not even a question, Im taking my car back to elite !

They estimated my car to be $5500 but when they assessed the damage on the inside the estimate was suddenly $10,125 which did not make sense. They totaled my 2016 honda civic ex-t when it should not have been totaled. Then they left this $5500 estimate in the car for the person that ALLSTATE was going to auction it to. SHADY.

I had an accident and damaged my bumper. Elite was able to replace my bumper and even removed scratches on my side view mirror. They went above and beyond, very professional and friendly. I will recommend Elite to all my friends and family. Thank you 😊

Very Professional organization from the front desk to the workers who get your car in and ready for repair. This was my second time using them, unfortunately this time it was a total loss. They work well with insurance claims and rental car companies.

Poor work. After an accident i had. My insurance Elite. I see why. Their job was to FIX the issues, instead NEW issues arose after they fixed it. Issues that werent there before. Now when I drive and hit a dip or bump in the road, my bumper scraps the front 2 tires. It wasnt even doing that BEFORE the accident. And of the bumper was the problem to be fixed, why is it now scraping my tires? After countless calls I was finally told that it would cost for them to even check much less fixed. But after a $500 deductible and over $500 from my insurance company, scraping should be the last of my worries. Which only means you rushed to finish and did a poor job, or didnt know what you were doing and didnt put the bumper on high enough or secure enough. And making me pay extra to have it redone currently. If you didnt know how to fix it properly then just say that.

I had a great experience with this company. Ran my c7 through a giant puddle, ripping my rear bumper and destroyed the inner rear fender wells. All had to be replaced. Took a little time, they couldnt get my wheels off without a wheel lock key, which I didnt have. They ended up getting a shop set, and GAVE ME a wheel lock key just in case something happens in the future. I thought that was awesome! Thanks Jeff Bond, Joy, Courtney, and everyone that had something to do with repairing my vette.

The customer service there is absolutely amazing! I have been to this location on two occasions and both times I was taken care of promptly and on my way. The speed that service is completed is amazing. The automated phone message says approximately 4-5 business days for service however the body work is completed well before that window. They also have an excellent detailing team on site, never seen my cars shine so much!

By far a top notch company during what normally is a stressful time.I have nothing but good reviews for each employee from the bottom to the top. Did an amazing job repainting my car after it was vandalized. A part that wasnt vandalized they asked if I wanted it to be repainted too and I agreed. Very reasonable pricing. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. They even replaced small parts which was amazing and they finished by cleaning up after themselves, cleaned my floor mats to almost new, and got a few stains out that I could not. I will use them again for future car repairs

They gave a quote for the damage that I used to get the money for... I dropped the car off and they called me telling me that pride was wrong and would give me an estimate in 30 minutes... I heard nothing back so I called again the next day and the guy was busy and would call me back in 5-10 minutes still no call back.. I called again and this time they just put me on the phone with a manager and guarantees a new estimate in 2 hours... I get the new estimate and its $800 more then my original quote. The extra price is coming out of my pocket since I already received the money for the damage... first team already quoted it for $500 less so I ended up just taking my car there... huge waste of time.

This was made to be very painless. Anytime I had a question I received an immediate response. I definitely like me the fact I could receive updates via text. Work was great and car was like new again! Would definitely go to them in the future if I mess up another car lol

They completely detailed my car inside and out (did not go unnoticed)!I appreciate that they have rentals on site and that the customer service was delightful. Elite is an incredible business. Chris and his team do their best to pay close attention to detail in order to make sure that the customers receive the best experience possible. I have recommended Elite to friends and family all over the Hampton Roads area and each person has had a world-class experience. Working with Joy was a TREAT and I wish I was still in the area to have them repairs some of the damages on my car.

All they want is paymemt info first and have you wait 30 mins just to say no one is available to assit you.

This place is a joke of an establishment. When you take your car there, they are very friendly and nice. However, pray that your vehicle doesnt get totaled, because they wont fix your car if it does. They also left my trunk light on which completely drained the battery. Furthermore, they took apart the inside covering of my trunk but they didnt give me the screws and fastenings back when I confronted them about it.My car was considered totaled by Virginia law because of the cost to fix the car exceeded 75% of the value of the car. I dont blame elite auto body for that idiotic law. Thats on the lawmakers in Virginia. 75% of the cost of the car is not by definition a total loss. Dont call it a total loss; call it a 75% loss. In addition, the rates of service are higher to jack up the prices so that the insurance company doesnt need to worry about fixing the car.

Once again Elite Auto Body repaired my vehicle from an accident on 64. I am so very please with the customer service I receive from both Robert and Dom in the Hampton Body Shop. I received numerous update calls and not only was my car finished when I was told that it would be but it exceed my expectations. This is my unfortunate 4th time with Elite Auto Body but it’s nice to know where I can take my car for repair. Great job and a special thank you to the whole Elite Auto Body Team!!!

Had occasion to use this business after an accident. They are very good, thorough, and efficient. I am very pleased with their work on my GMC Envoy.

Terrible customer service. Have had my truck from an accident almost 7 weeks. Estimate was to take 14 days to repair. Was told 10 days before I could pick it up Friday. They didnt call me, I called them, and it was not quite ready, but would be ready monday. I called at 9 am was in alignment, and would be ready by 230. Again no call, I called them and now there is some electrical problem. The GM tells me the person handling my told him to give me a call, lie, I called at 4, and nobody knew if the truck was ready or not. After arguing with the receptionist for a while I requested the GM give me a call. They cant handle a customer, I am scared of what my truck will be like when I get it back. Very afraid they do cheap shotty work and will have issues forever. If Geico recommends this place, refuse to take it there!

They repaired my door good as new. This is a Geico express location. I recommend talking to the staff to ask any questions you have. They were great with service and very knowledgeable.

I took my truck in for repairs from an accident I had. When I got the truck back the bumper was crooked, the grill wasnt set right and instead of fixing the broken wheel well cover they just cut a piece out. It seems they were just trying to get my truck out as fast as they could. Shoty work at best.

Was in a car accident and geico sent me to elite auto body. One stop shop, excellent service. Dropped my car off, they had a rental waiting and kept me up to date with a call almost every day. Dropped car off Thursday and by Tuesday my car was back to its original glory.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this repair shop. Their customer service is simply terrible. Please, if youre like me and like to be attended to and know whats going on with your car in a professional fashion, do not go here.Their phone doesnt work, no ones ever available to speak to you, EVEN when you show up in person to speak to someone they turn you away, and when they said my car would be ready, it actually wasnt, all because the technician was moving out of his apartment.... It doesnt take 8 business days to fix less than $2K worth of damages... I dropped my car off on a Friday morning, called the technician and didnt get a call back until the following Wednesday, and then the following MONDAY they told me my car still wasnt ready but that I could pick it up Tuesday morning because the technician was moving apartments... Professional.Noone who works there wants to speak to you to tell you whats going on. They gave me the typical run around every time I called. Honestly, dont go here. My rental car bill was SKY HIGH waiting on them and their technicians to find time to work on my car because they dont pay for their mistakes. If you want you and your car to be a priority, do not go here.

Good Day, I have had two occasions to use Elite Auto Body in Hampton. I went back the second time because the first time was done so smoothly and I was not disappointed the second time around. I had a nasty fender bender on my Friday afternoon commute and called Elite autobody a few minutes before they closed. Staff hung around for me to drop my car off after hours so that it wouldnt be left out front, and went ahead did the estimate and everything even though they had already closed. They estimated it would take 2 weeks to get parts and repair, but they got it back to me in one week instead. Very accommodating, great service. Would recommend.

I have never been more disappointed with a car repair before. This shop has the worst customer service! I took my car in after it was broke into and had to get my passenger door, dash board and the rubber framing to my car windows repair. They held my car for 4 weeks and everytime I called for a update they told me the same thing everytime. We are waiting on a part from day one this is all they could tell me when i needed an update. Then the day i was suppose to pick up my car they told me the car wasnt finished. I asked why what was wrong and here it came again. we are waiting on a part never told me what part but they where messing with the side of my car that didnt need to be fixed. So long story short I will never go back to this shop again!!! Also the part I needed fix other than my door they never even fixed it then had the nerve to ask me if they could hold it longer. Hell no!!!! Ive never been more frustrated or irritated. Never again!!!!

After my car was there around 2 weeks, they told me it was ready. When I got there, they had not done everything. Even had scratched the new bumper. Well they kept it about another week, when I showed up the next time, it still wasnt done. They did buff out the remaining scratches while I waited. I would not go here again.

Goofy me backed into a mailbox/post crushing the right plastic light cover and bumper. Elite in Hampton did a FAB job of repairing the damage to my car.

If I could give half a star or no stars, I would. My husbands car has been there for over 2 weeks and no one has called. The only person to call him about any of the business is the insurance company. How hard is it to pick up a phone and let us know whats wrong with the car, how long it will take? Bad business if you ask me. The auto shop should be keeping us in the loop so we know what the issue is and how much longer they think it will be?

Someone hit our car( an older 99 toyota camry). The car runs just as good if not better than any new car on the road. I took the car there now going on 1 1/2 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING. Every time I called I was told I would need to call my adjuster, who was/is conveniently unavailable when all I wanted to know was how long it as going to take to fix our car which wasnt OUR fault anyway. I finally just called the persons insurance who hit us to be told oh they said they tried calling you several times because the car is so old and the damage is $1639.18. My cell is with me 24/7. They DID NOT! and if thats the case then when I called why couldnt I get someone on the phone??? Even the lady at Geico put me n hold and tried to get in touch with not one but TWO supervisors and imagine this....they are unavailable!!! NEVER AGAIN and I will tell everybody I know how they do! The only damage the OTHER person did was scratch down one side, break the passenger mirror and crack the front bumper.. and thats totaled?? I call it gauging!

I called to get an estimate on a paint job for my 2003 single cab tacoma. The apparent young girl who answered the phone said theyre paint jobs start at 4 GRAND and they dont even do them on sight?? Wowsers! Funny thing was after she told me the price she said Yeah, Im sorry lol!! Looks like Ill be taking my cash somewhere else..they must only do insurance work..
