Great prices, fast service

Let me start by saying this place affected me so much I’m doing my first review ever. I was charged 450 dollars for 4 tires and were told they were new, which they weren’t. When I looked the price of the tires up while he was putting them on, I found they were sold for 75 dollars brand new. I very politely said something and the owner then got angry and said I couldn’t get them for a better price including mounting, balancing and taxes. He didn’t balance them. He did however charge me way more than I should have payed. Then he continued to treat me more disrespectful than anyone I have ever purchased something from. I was literally in tears because he made me feel so bad about using multiple cards and repeatedly questioning if I was the owner of the cards. I am extremely displeased with this place and if I could go back in time, I would never gave this low life my money. Thanks for taking advantage of a female. A**hole.

They were able to get fit me in just by driving up. However, I have staggered wheels and the wrong one was put up front. This resulted in the wheel destroying my brake caliper. The replacement cost of which is over $400. The owner refused to accept any responsibility and would not offer any sort of refund or repair cost help. Also, the price to mount four tires was $160. That is insane. Would not recommend one bit.

I went there to change old tire that had no treads left to spare tire. Dont like this place.. I would not recommend my family to go here..

They didnt put my back tire on tight and it fell out while me and my toddler son was in the car cost me over $300 to get it fixed will not be going back customers BEWARE

He is a good guy and has good tires but I wish he was a little cheaper.

They crack (2) of my Mercedes Benz rims and said it was a sensor leak. Terrible business!!!

Nice owner. He is sickly but tries to help. Might not be the cheapest option, but worth it. He works hard and is very kind. I’d recommend supporting his businesses on a personal level👍

They do not balance tires unless u ask and its at a extra fee!!! Three times three different cars and one car lost a wheel on the interstate because of it!!!! I would not recommend this place at all!!!!!

Excellent service! I had a screw in my trucks tire and the guys at the shop patched it until my new tire arrived (which arrived the next day!) Prices are excellent and theyre an honest shop.

Never go here to this tire shop . I know . Im a employee here . They try to force people to buy tires, the tires all have patches or plugs, and 85% of the people who do come, come back for tire repairs . They owners takes tips we work for and are very disrespectful . I would rate them a zero, but dont have that option . So I give them a 1 star . As a employee, I DONT recommend spending your hard earned money here . And thats coming from a current employee . They still owe other employees that used to work here and quit because the owners still owe them 2_3 weeks of pay . Dont go here & buy tires . Bad business . They also try to give deals on crappy tires just to get a good review . Im a current employee . DONT GO HERE . IM FROM THE SHOP AS A EMPLOYEE AND DONT RECOMEND IT . GO ELSE WHERE . They pay people to give good reviews . Its not worth it . Go else where . And this is coming from current employee .

Terrible first of all we go there and then working says he doesnt have the tire we need he just sold his last two so we drive off and come back later when the owner is there and he HAS two

I was sold a terrible tire for $60.00 that I had to replace a fews days later with a better tire that I paid $55 just to get back home... terrible experience and business.

Traveling from Williamsburg to VA. Beach Stopped in to get a right front tire found out my left front tire had wire showing -they would not let me drive to VA. Beach-only had enough cash for 1 tire could not believe they put on a second tire took my number and said come back. Could not believe the kindness

Called the guy for a used tire when I was in Williamsburg burg he told me had it. So I drive all the way there with my tire messed up to get there and say he didnt have it. Worst business ever.
