With the rude and disrespectful woman that works in the front office, I dont know how this place is still open. I only took my 2002 Toyota Avalon to them because family had been dealing with this shop for a few years. My car sat on the lot for two months because it needed a tire (which I got for them), and then I was told by the lady on the office, we have thousand dollar jobs to handle! Two months, and I ended up spending well over a thousand dollars...at Priority Toyota Hampton. So, thank you, rude woman in the front office at B&W Transmission for showing me that my money is not good enough for your establishment. And if you treat all mulatto seniors this way, you should be more than ashamed of yourself!
Brought my 2001 Honda CRV in to have a full transmission rebuild and they were super knowledgeable very professional and had the repair done in about a week for a very fair price and now my transmission shifts like butter. Highly recommend their services

They are very good at what they do. Reasonably priced as well. Did not experience the usual dumb woman knows nothing about cars attitude like I have at other locations. Have a classic car with usual 40 year old issues.
I took my car there when increasing the rpms failed to affect the speed of acceleration. At that time the check engine light was not on. Their mechanic test drove it and scanned it. I was told that he would drive across the country in it. He stated that the transmission fluid level could not be checked because there was no dip stick. The problem continued and worsened. The check engine light did come on so I took it back. The mechanic did the exact same diagnostic procedures that he performed on my first visit. This time he told me that I would have to have a rebuilt transmission installed. I took it to a transmission shop in Portsmouth. They were able to check the fluid level and replace the needed fluid. I paid $95. For the diagnosis fluid and sealant. I was told that it may or may not solve the problem and that I may still need to replace the transmission. But I feel a lot more confident dealing with a company that is at least knowledgeable enough to check and replace the fluid. I am still waiting for B&W to call with the promised estimate for the replacement, which should have happened 3 days ago. I will not have that level of repairs done by a mechanic who is not competent to properly diagnose the problem.
I was referred here, decided to try it out because I was told they are honest and I saw they had good reviews.After going to get my car inspected, I completely agree. They were very nice, quick, and didnt try to make up something wrong with my car to get extra money. I will keep coming to this place and refer others!

They are able to operate in such a manner because they listen patiently to your problem and work diligently to deliver first rate quality repairs. Not many of these trustworthy shops left!

Thought I had a leak in my transmission took to b&w and they put on the lift and inspected it and determined it not the trans. They were very honest and didnt charge me anything. I will recommend them to all my friends.
Great experience, they could if easily told me I had a problem and I would of easily believed them with a car that has over 200k miles. instead they said the drop wasnt fluid and I didnt need any services. when I do get problems i will definitely go to B&w.

They fixed my transmission for me but unfortunately did not put bolts in all the slots for my transmission fluid pan. It ended up leaking and I found out when I went to get the oil changed. No big deal things happens, so I took it back to the shop and got it supposedly fixed so it would not leak any further. I just went to get my oil changed a few weeks later and realized the gasket is leaking quite a bit. I dont know a whole lot about cars but I do work in the hospitality field. When I called to speak with them about getting it fixed I was told to come in next week. I am going on vacation this Monday which is why I got my oil changed and checked. I was then told well if you had came this morning then we might have been able to do it and I dont know what to tell you. I dont think that is an acceptable answer as I would have at least offered to cover the bill as I do have a warranty and paid over 2 grand to your business. I am now paying another mechanic 140 dollars to get it fixed which I honestly think should be reimbursed to me. I shouldnt have to go back to get the same issue fixed three times. i feel that the answer of being told you should have came in this morning and I dont know what to tell you is probably the worst answer someone in the customer service industry could give anyone. As if it is my fought that you could not fix my vehicle correctly the first time when you had it 4 days longer than you said you would. I would like to be reimbursed my money for getting what I have already paid you for to get fixed by another mechanic.

Such nice people! Came in super in distress trying to find somewhere that could get my inspection done. They helped me right away! And when I realized I didnt have cash on me, they allowed me to go by the ba k afterwards to take the cash out to pay! Seriously bless them, so great!

Went in for a state inspection, ended up needing new outer tie rod ends to pass. My car had been riding rough and vibrating and they explained that those were the issue all along (something two other mechanics had missed). They were really great in showing me exactly what was wrong (I dont speak car) so I could be sure it wasnt some unnecessary fix. Took about an hour and fifteen minutes for the inspection, the parts being delivered from the OReilly down the road, and the repair. Very fair prices, friendly and helpful mechanic and office staff.
Technician was knowledable and helpful even though diagnoses wasnt good, front desk worker was a bit rough though, not overly welcoming

Call and ask if service BMWS said nope which I can understand but recommended dealership, I ask anywhere else and guy say nope, how are you a transmission shop that dont work on certain cars
