They presented us with high quality materials to choose from, and did not give give us any hard sell on choosing. It was a seamless experience with a great salesman to start the process to a very pleasant quality check on the project (an in-person visit where we could have voiced issues had we needed them). In between excellent work crews came and worked with lightning speed and remarkable cohesion leaving no mess, only the delight of a job well done. Would highly recommend this contractor!

They put new siding over my cedar siding.Ed was my salesman and was great with educating me to why or why not do things.Only issue I had was I had to call office every few weeks to find out when the job would start, Ed never got back to me on what was the cost of a door that was replaced until the bill came (thank God it didnt cost lot). Then I called Ed as I had questions on why 4 out 5 corners looked different and waited 3 weeks for no follow up so then called the office and within 2 days the foreman was out. Tony explained why which was great. Would of given 5 ☆ but because I feel the communication was off that is why 4☆.

Roof installation was done efficiently and professionally. There was minimal damage to landscape and the clean up was well done. The crew courteous and worked well as a team completing the job in one day and we have a larger than normal roof. The roof looks great and we have had several neighbors comment on the look of the roof and the efficiency of the workers.

Rogers Roofing did a fantastic job … from a thorough, professional and educational sales presentation to working with Ryan to schedule our roof installation. Our new roof was done in one day, fast, efficient and cleaned up! The metal team installed the fascia, downspouts and gutters. Due to rain they needed three days to finish the job but they were an enjoyable team to have around. Rogers even sent a quality checker out to my house to discuss my impressions of their work and he got up on the roof to inspect the work. I could not be more pleased. If I ever need another roof job, Rogers will be doing it!

Rogers has performed many services for our association as well as individual homeowners. Rogers was awarded the contract for the replacement of our 106 townhome roofs. In dire need, like so many others our roof was loaded with snow and ice dams. I reached out to Rogers roofing and their response was amazing. They came out twice to clear ice and snow and their crews could not have been more courteous and professional. I will be calling Rogers Roofing in the spring to examine our roof and make any repairs. We are very pleased with the roof replacement Rogers Roofing did for us this Summer. They have done work for us before so they were our only choice for the replacement. The salesman showed us several examples - good, better, and best and helped us choose the right shingle for our situation. They gave us an install time estimate and met the estimate. Perhaps most importantly, they understood that we were working with our insurance and worked with us through the built in delays that insurance settlements have. They installed the roof while we were on vacation and, to be honest, they cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. All in all, a great experience.

Replaced gutters, coordinated with someone to have the rotted fascia and other rotted wood replaced, then exterior painted prior to installing the new gutters, on time, started and finished when promised, perfect cleanup after. Price, I did not shop around, they have always been reasonable in the past (roof and windows 2 years ago)

We had Rogers install a roof (both a flat roof and a standard shingled roof), siding, and gutters on our very tired looking old house. The house turned out great. Everyone we dealt with was professional and seemed interested in taking good care of us as customers. We felt the prices were fair and it was nice to only deal with one company to get all of this coordinated and completed. I think it is a nice touch to have the quality control person come out at the end of the job to go over everything. I think you can only do this if you trust the work you do and care that your customers are satisfied.

I was impressed by everyone I met - from Jordan (sales) to Danielle (coordinator) to John M (quality control) to the owner John, who made a special trip to delivery my permit - they were all professional and courteous. I needed a partial roof replacement on the main house, a new roof with skylights on a 3-season room, and 2 roof vents installed for my bathroom exhaust fans.Jordan quoted me a reasonable price and was punctual for the appointment. Danielle was great with keeping me informed of my installation date. The work crew was fabulous - they arrived on time, showed excellent quality workmanship, and they cleaned up like they were never there. I had no issues at all during the job or afterwards. They even sent a quality control manager, John M to my home a few weeks later to make sure everything was done to specs and to customer satisfaction.The only suggestion I have is for the project manager to confirm/walk thru the work to be performed with the customer upon arrival. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing projects.

I had a really good experience with Rogers Roofing. I didnt feel pressure to hire them for my roof installation as with other companies. There was another company whose estimate was slightly lower with the same list of services and Rogers matched it! They took the time to explain the process and what I should expect.I did have an issue with Rogers scheduling an outside contractor without informing me. For the other scheduled work, I was told at least a week beforehand. I received no communication in advance for the chimney repair so I was alarmed when a company showed up saying they are here to work on my chimney. I did not know the company and if I had to pay them directly or through Rogers.Overall, I was really happy with the Rogers Roofings work . My leaking roof is fixed and my siding looks good.

Oh my! Violent storm and tennis ball size hail? Oh yea thats us. Who do you call? Ghost Busters? NOT! No help there. We called Rogers Roofing after receiving a word-of-mouth referral from someone we know. John Rogers came to our house and we were instantly pleased because he was very pleasant and qualified to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. We discussed the damages and what our options could be as to the roofing and siding type and styles because all would have to be replaced. A large expense but something that had to be repaired and replacement was the only option. Except for delays due to weather the work was performed on the dates scheduled and the work was done in less time that we thought it would take. We had two work crews with the first being the roofing replacement followed by the siding on a following scheduled week. We were impressed with both work crews because they worked like the Energizer Bunny. They simply did not stop and they did very good work. The final result is that we are very pleased with our having chosen Rogers Roofing and we recommend this business without any reservations.

I would stay away from Rogers Roofing . I had them put a roof on my house in 2008. I have a leak now and called them to come out . Im not sure if it would be covered under warranty or not but I need the roof repaired either way. They came out a week later and stated it was too windy to go up on my roof (it was windy out). I was told they would reschedule to a different day. Two weeks went by with no call back. I had to call them and was told I would have to talk to one of the owners about my roof. Im thinking it is under warranty and they dont want to stand behind their work. Stay far away from this company.

I just had my garage roof re shingled. It has been 40 years since it was done so I went to the best. Not only did they come out and give a fair price on the materials and all the replacing of the wood that rotted, they also came out in a week and had it done in two days. The roofing professionals are the best-took care of my yard and cleaned up nicely. The professionals that wrapped my soffit was very professional and had it done quickly and really nice job! Getting a new roof is an investment. We’ve thought about this project for 5 years. We talked to a handful of roofing companies and ultimately decided Rogers Roofing has the best plan for our house. We did everything, new todo, gutters and soffits. Our project was slated to begin during the pandemic and thankfully the Roger’s team was prepared, cautious and considerate. I writing this review while it is absolutely pouring down rain. About 3 week back I woke up to find water on the floor of an upstairs washroom.I needed to find someone quick, but it was a Saturday. I called neighbors and friends to get advice. I left messages but I thought there is no way this will be addressed until Monday. Well within a couple of hours I heard back from Jordon from Rogers Roofing who said I could stop by and take a look that afternoon. With being the time we are addressing the COVID situation, Jordon was extremely respectful of our concerns and very professional. Upon doing his evaluation, he was unable to find a true cause. He didnt try to sell us on something we didnt need and left all his contact info and suggested that we monitor it more. Next time it rained, the water again appeared. I went into our attic and took pictures to send him, he never gave up on us and made arrangement to come out again and test for the leak by using a hose on the roof. I again was in the attic (no one has been in our home since the virus) and communicated with him on the phone until we found the leak coming from a skylight. We made arrangements to have them replaced. At this point if the installation crew was as good at their job as Jordon, I knew Id be in good hands. Well, this past week the work was performed by Issac and Aaron. They were also extremely polite professional, and addressed all my concerns. The work was performed very well, and even their attention so clean up was outstanding. Now while its raining outside, were dry here on the inside! Rogers has my business and will references!!!

Had some estimates by other companies... who of course tried to have major work done.Rogers came and did review roof and gave detailed review of roof overall, but gave cost for repairs that were needed and did not pressure for additional work.Paperwork and scheduling was a breeze, and the work done quickly.The people I dealt with were very professional and great to work with.

New roof and gutters replaced this winter. Workers were efficient. Michael Roger worked with our insurance to help point out storm damage. John with quality control came out and reviewed all work done. Nails were left around house but once it was brought to their attention they were quick to fix the problem.
