This place is absolutely by far the best for getting your car window/windows fixed for a reasonsble price and quick turn around for getting you on the road.

I usually never write a review, but my husband took his BMW 328i to get the winshield replaced. They did a good job, we thought, until it rained and the water would seep in on the passenger side underneath the glove compartment. He went back to them after this happened and they said that the winshield was replaced and that the water was not caused by changing the winshield. So just last week my husband decided to remove the cowl and when he did, after looking at many videos on you tube, he found out that there was a gasket missing and also a piece from the cowl was broken. Would they have told us it was broken and owned up to this I wouldve rated them 5 stars for being honest. To find out a year later, that infuriates me. I would never go back.

I had a chip on my shield and I wanted to go to a local glass repair shop for my vehicle. UNFORTUNATELY when getting another windshield chip repaired at Safelite (which I will recommend to come first to) I was told that myFirst chip was never fixed ! I remember asking the girl from this store if it was done she said yes and to just not wash my car for a couple days . GIVE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE . As consumers you don’t know much about windshield chips and what’s done. So putting your trust in this business ... I wouldn’t do !

I thought that the prices were very reasonable. They were super kind and courteous. Also very quick with service. Would go again if needed. P.s. watch out for trucks filled with gravel.

I noticed a chip a few days ago and since I have a long trip planned over the weekend I figured I better have it fixed. As I was sitting in the waiting room I was asked to go in the back where my vehicle was. I was greeted by a young gentleman who pointed to the spot on my windshield and asked, is this the area of concern. I said yes. He said it has already been fixed. I couldnt believe what I was hearing and then thanked him for being so honest! Honestly, I would not have known if he fixed it or not. The front desk woman then walked up to me and handed me back my cash. I will definitely recommend this shop and continue to share the wonderful treatment I received. Thank YOU!

Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this place to anybody. I had an issue with my window not functioning properly and Victor took care of my issue with my window in a matter of minutes at an extremely reasonable price. One other place quoted me several hundred dollars and claimed that the window needed to be replaced, but Victor was extremely honest and pointed out the simplicity of the issue and fixed it on the spot. Called to get a quote and spoke to victor. Gave me the cheapest quote from the 6 places I called. Figure give it a shot. Its been two weeks since replacement of my windshield on f250 pickup, through the rain and heat, I am very very happy I chose Hammond auto glass. Great customer service, fit me in same day I called. It took about 25/30 mins.

First off Im going to say I have never had a better customer service experience in my life before visiting this shop. The Sun Roof visor was off track on my car and Victor was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes which is amazing and he didnt even charge me for it. Ill definitely be coming back.

I went in last week to get my windshield done with my wife and waited to leave a review to make sure installation was good and it is amazing I have no problems this was done really good I highly recommend Hammond Auto Glass. Very friendly staff and the installation took maybe 30 min. I was in and out! Price is reasonable! Will be coming back to make an appointment for my tint.

Service was awesome I ended up tossing some things on the dash and it cracked the windshield. Long story short I called about 6 different glass repair shops and all said they didnt have it in stock and once I called I was told to come in that day and they had me gone in 45 min to return to work

I had a huge crack in my windshield took it to this shop and they fixed it the same day and they quoted me a way better rate than safelite gave me too. Really good prices & awesome service. I would definetly recommend them to everyone.

Hidden cost if used credit card for payment ! 4% charge wasnt told over phone upon given quote or scheduling service. The girl rep at desk when I acquired after reading it on desk retorted in smart tone well you can go to bank!. The cost for windshield was over $500 I wasnt taking that much out bank hence credit and that was none of her business she should of apologized on behalf of company for not being upfront with cost if using credit! Who pushes extra cost to customers?! I left and went to city for a better experience and much cheaper price! Im not being petty either about extra $19 added to my bill is alot of service charge if 4% not including tax!! I work hard for mines and will not tolerate being blind sided by hidden fees by any company! My appointment was before even opened if I was even to use them smart clerk!!

Had my Subaru WRX windshield replaced here. The job was done fast and perfectly and at an unbeatable price. Only place I go for glass repairs and such.

Called to inquire about a windshield replacement, was informed that it takes one day to be delivered and that they would call me when it arrived. Never received a telephone call. Stopped in 1 week later to hopefully get the windshield installed. Couldnt call ahead because I showed up before the shop was open. Once speaking with the employees at the counter, I was informed they no longer had the windshield they ordered for me and that they had sold it. The employee stated they could have another windshield at 11am when their deliveries arrive. I strongly believe they did not order the windshield as it is not a very common vehicle and then tried to cover up the mistake by saying it had been sold. As I was waiting I heard the young woman behind the desk call multiple customers to inform them their windshield has arrived. Another reason that only supports my theory they had never ordered the glass in the first place. Currently waiting two hours until 11am to ensure Im the first installation in addition to not having a ride home if I were to leave the vehicle here.

STAY AWAY. Not worth the risk of damaging your car and overall poor workmanship. Had to return to have a seal replaced the next day, thats 25 miles from my house! Broken glass was ALL over the front inside cabin. They dont use vacuums to clean up, just blow compressed air, how stupid! My beige interior had black shoe marks on each side of the door frame, pillars were smudged with black compound they use to seal windows. Really, if you count my time to clean up, drive back there, and aggravation, I would rather pay extra $ somewhere else. My roof line had fresh chip marks from using the tool to take off the trim. When pointed out to the owner, he laughed at me like Im too picky. Really? No professionalism whatsoever! He also told me that I was checking the work completed and it was my fault for not point out what they did wrong. (seal was twisted underneath the glass) And NOT a one word SORRY. The second time they worked on it, they broke a trim, used a crazy glue in front of me like its all ok. Pathetic!

This place is something else I called before I came and they told me my windshield will only be 145 and when I got there the lady told me it was 187 I told her I called and I was told 145 and she got on the phone and asked someone did I call I have no reason to lie over a damm window like seriously. so she says they never got a call so I show her my call history and I was still being called a liar like these people are rude as hell I wouldnt recommend NEVER. GO TO THE ONE ON ARMATAGE IN CHICAGO IL THEY ARE WAY CHEAPER THEY ONLY CHARGED ME 135 FOR A WINDSHIELD FOR MY 2014 CHEVY CRUISE.

I came in for a shattered front passenger window on my 2011 nissan altima. They offered me the choice of using a used window instead of a new window which drastically lowered the price. I took the used window as there was no difference in my eyes besides a few light scratches. While I was there I noticed they also did window tinting for a great price. They fixed my broken window and tinted all 4 windows same day for me. I would not think twice to come back if I needed service again.

They had the glass I needed. Installed in less than an hour. Price was okay.

I went yesterday and had a pleasant experience at Hammond Auto Glass. My 1994 toyota celica had an obnoxious crack in its backglass leaving necessary repair. A coworker of mine recommended this place saying the prices are great and the service was fast. I expectations were high considering this recommendation and the fact I had to drive from thirty minutes out. Bottom line is I would definitely come back. Service was real quick and price was awsome. This place reminded me why dealerships are such a rip off. This place is a hidden gem in terms of value and should be recommended to anyone for auto glass repair.

Their windshield fix is scam. Had very small crack on my windshield. Had hammond auto glass ti fix it, paid $45. It didnt stop crack from spreading. End up pay for a new windshield.
