Great service, great tint job, great guy. Highly recommend. I will only let Action Jacks touch my vehicles from now on.

I was supposed to have an appointment on Saturday at 10:30 am. When I got there they were closed and the voicemail said they werent opening til Monday so dont leave a message because no one will check . I guess I shouldve known better when he told me they will call the day before to confirm and they didnt. So upsetting

Dont expect good customer service here you will be disappointed. I didnt even get past asking if he was open. He never answered that question. He was rude as if he didnt want to even do the job to begin with. All of my questions were met with condisinding bs. At one point he started yelling and cursing me. I doubt this would happen if he was in person 😆 What makes Action Jacks tinting service the best? Nothing at all. Every tint service does about the same job. We pay for customer service and speed. Jack needs to know that hes booked for two weeks because of DEMAND not because of his skill.

Worst experience I’ve had with a tint shop. Scheduled an appointment and today I get there and call them because I can’t find the place and they tell me they don’t have any appointments. I asked about my appointment they said “Yeah we cancelled it because you didn’t pick up your phone”. Okay first off, my job requires me to answer my phone on the spot whenever. I did not get any calls. Second, let’s say I got a call why wouldn’t they leave a voicemail to ask for a deposit? Or maybe even contact me on Facebook where the appointment was made? But that’s fine I wasn’t that upset yet. I asked for a close date and they throw out a date two weeks from now after all this. I ask if there isn’t any closer and nope. The whole time he was ranting about how people don’t show up and how he needs a deposit and how I should’ve picked up my phone. Completely unprofessional, I did not appreciate the attitude I was given when all I asked was about my appointment and was pretty calm until the end.Needless to say, Car Teks here I come! Next time please treat your customers with respect. I truly understand the need for a deposit but don’t understand the attitude or just the lack of communication.Check the photo for text proof that the owner is very unprofessional and should clearly not be in charge of a business.

Got my windows tinted here and was not disappointed! Windows look absolutely amazing, no issues what so ever also it came with a lifetime warranty so that is a huge plus!!

We shared Covid19 woes and also encouraged one another that things will get better . He even gave me a God bless you and stay safe at the end of our short conversation. Really great place to get your windows tinted and it’s a great price that you can’t beat, great quality, it didnt take long. I had no problem with bubbles, no air pockets, and after a week I was able to use my windows again. Highly recommend.

Have had 3 different vehicles done by him and everyone of them has been AMAZING. Not only was he informative and very knowledgeable, PRICES WERE GREAT!
