A friend got me a pedicure. The lady did a good job on my nails but didnt clean up the flaky skin around the nails like Fancy nails doesAnd the guy did ok on my toes... didnt square them like I asked but he did go all out on hot leg towels and massage. Friend told me she goes there because they use the latest and greatest supplies and the polish last longer. Over all 4 stars nice friendly and clean place. Ill go back again maybe but never on a busy day again. I got american on my nails and toes.

After changing new management recently, they have improved in every department! Being that I am a student at Southeastern, this place is so convenient for me and my needs! As soon as I walked in I was immediately serviced by the head manager Mrs.Jackie. I am definitely going back soon!

I walked in and the man at the desk said that I needed to wait for the lady doing my nails. So I waited and waited. After like twenty minutes she finally shows up. I told her twice that I wanted a design (had the pic on my phone) but a different color. Now I thought she understood. I even had the picture to show her right by me. She had put the tip on and the clear acrylic next was the polish and the design. She just paints them the color then drys them, puts the top coat and said ur done. Did not do the design. Also when she was filing she left me with 3 cuts. Do not recommend

Under New Management....Very professional. My girl Trinh takes care of me baby!! Jackie is new but she is very nice also. The whole crew is nice and take care of business. Absolutely the best.

I got a simple manicure with shellac there is polish all around my nails themselves. I asked if she could clean it up and she said that washing my hands will take it off! What?! I couldve done this to myself at home. I get to my car and realise she its not even dry... Nor did she actually shine it like they are supposed to at the end when doing shellac. NOT coming BACK

Wasted 2 hours of my time. Waited and waited while people that came in after me got seated without appointments. Will not return.

Will never return. Mary messed up one of my eye lashes and Kim wanted to charge me to redo it over when it wasnt done right the first time. They are rude and have bad customer service skills.

This place is a mess. I was getting my nails done and 2 more people walked in. The nail tech Mary mustve saw money signs 🤑 because she started rushing my nails and being rough!! I had to literally stand up and tell her to slow down!! She apologized, so I sat back down. Fast forward to a week later and my nails were coming off. How embarrassing!! I went back to get them fixed. Mary and Kim said itll be $15. I walked out. Yeah, they tried it. This place is ridiculous!!

Usually great experience by the work they usually do. But today I became really disappointed the lady worked really bad, got cut on two different finger and was left with nail polish on my fingers really disgusted with today’s work. She didn’t even apologize or try to improve the final product. I just paid and left never going back. I rather drive 45 miles to get my pampering done from now on.

They sit you down in a chair to soak feet or hands and leave you sitting for way too long. After an hour, I left. This has happened mire than once.

We had a great experience a top nails salon in Hammond. They were very reasonable on the price and very very fast. And they did a excellent job with the nails, skeptical at first about using people who don’t speak English but was pleasantly surprised by how well they spoke English and was able to communicate.

I went to KIMS nail salon last week and they jacked my nails up I spent $78 For a full set and pedicure, and was very disappointed. I went to TOP nails today to fix my nails and Mary hooked my nails up! I love them so much,definitely returning!

I just stopped by and waited at the front for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Workers walked past me but no one said a word to me.

They were friendly and professional. They never made me feel as if they were talking about their customers. Ill definitely be back.

They were not friendly and the quality of my nails was okay at best. The manager was rude to walk in customers asking questions. When you walked in they stared for a few minutes before addressing you. People pay their good hard earned money to enjoy the experience but I can honestly say I wasted my time and money. Never again will they get my money are time because it is to precious. If you cant value each customer and treat people with hospitality no matter the ethnicity then you are in the wrong profession. Dont go and pay someone who barely wants to speak to you but can hold a whole conversation in their native language.

Ive used this Spa/Nail Salon for over 10 years and am still HAPPY with their services as of today.

Friendly staff, always get my nails dipped and no other salon near me does it.

Horrible service they do your nails super thick, even when I showed her a pictures of my nails she still got it wrong. She kept asking me if I liked them after she knew this was not what I wanted. I get my nails done all the time and I know how they should look and this is not it. Also they burned my friends finger while filing. Just a horrible experience. We were not the only customers who were not pleased with the service. Me and my friend paid for nails that were horribly done. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just don’t keep trying to give me something I didn’t ask for 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have been here 3 times now and every time they have about 5 employees with people waiting in the lobby. They sat me in a chair and my feet soaked for AN HOUR before anyone even acknowledged I was still there. They do a good job, but have terrible customer service and planning. Do not go here if you dont have time to waste

These ppl will try and cheat you out of your money. Trying to push you to get a pink and white set when all you want is a regular manicure 😒😯. You ask for a pedicure and they will give you the most expensive pedicure on the menu. Oh yes honey they tried it.

I love gone to top nails you want see a uncleaned bottle of Polish know where Mrs.kim is the best she keeps the top nails color and everything in between for your nails.

The staff is always friendly and they do an amazing job on my nails. Whether it’s an acrylic full set or gel set they always manage to last a long time.

To start i had a girls day with my mother in law and we called they said it was 17 for pedicure and 30 for full set with design we get there and it took at 4 hours and my nails looked like turtle shells and I had to keep asking her to thin them and kept telling her they were crookied and that they were not what o was asking for so I called them and they asked to send pictures and told me to come back and they would fix them. Not to mention I live 45 mins away so I go back and they have to take nails completely off and start over and while doing so ripped my nail and made it bleed now they looked good but would not do what I asked for so they gave me white tip and made then so thin they are breaking in half and only had them re done for 2 days now and while I was there she put polish in my pinky toes be I guess they forgot them the first time lol and also my mother in law changed her mind and wanted a full set instead of just her real nails and the told her she could not change her mind also it ended up being 114 dollars for a pedicure a full set and eye brows just for me and Im still having to deal with broken nails and the fact I didnt get what I asked for or supposedly requested and had to pay an arm and leg for!! Not going back very disappointed

The staff treated me very well, awesome job!

The lady that was doing my nails was not very nice and then she randomly started crying! Then she disappeared and another lady had to take over. Then she messed up my nails and had to start over. It was just a weird and awkward experience.

Had to leave after 45 mins of waiting. Staff walked away when they were asked questions..

If I could do 0 stars I would. Walking in, the owner said $22. Walking out I paid $30 for a pedicure and got staph for free. She did not get new tools out of a unopened bag, they were at the station. When she cut too far while clipping my toe nail, to the point where I was bleeding, she just dunked my foot in the water and kept going.

Horrible hideous service!!!!!beware of the owner she will do her very best to cheat you out of your money also the workers will try their very best to also lie and cheat you out of your money claiming you wanted different services, you did not request.
