I truly enjoyed my time and the work done here. I do not regularly get my nails done so, each time feels pretty new. The Stagg made me feel comfortable and explained what they were doing in a manner that eased my tension. I went with my sister and they sat us together so we could chat, which was nice. The service was quick and easy and they did an awesome job. I might make this a regular stop! Plus the brow studio next door is a must!

I LOVE THEM. I got them done a few weeks ago and they still look brand new. plus the service is amazing and the price is cheaper compared to other places.

Imo my nails came out great compared to the photo I showed. They’ve lasted 2 weeks atp and although they’re now popping off, my nail bed is not damaged as they may be with other salon techs. I suggest going early as possible and/or during the week. It’s hard to find salon techs who offer SQUARE tips and not the bulky fat self made shaping, as well as the color acrylic and nail stamps etc that are in trend. 4 stars because I received a pedi too but hated the design… I asked for (old school) nail art/design over white but apparently it was a challenge for the 2 techs. Overall, I’d return but i would try a different tech for my pedi if I want a design.

Very nice and clean. My pedicure was fabulous and they have massage chairs that u sit in while getting your feet done. My daughter loves her nails. Go there and get pampered.

They are slow I sat there for 4 hours to get my nails done. I did my own soak off. And I couldn’t even get what I wanted do to the not having red rhinestones he didn’t offer something different just not a great experience for my first time here. But never again next time I’ll wait till I get back to Minnesota

My husband & I have been coming to them for at least 2 years now, & they usually are great, but this time they did a horrible job on my nails. I kept telling him my nails were Crooked & he kept saying “ok ok ok I’ll fix them” never happened then they don’t tell you cash only before services. Very inconvenient.. like who still carry cash.

I am so sad to say that I will no longer be patronizing this business due to the long wait time and rude attitude. Today, 01/4/2021, I signed in at 5:00. After 45 minutes and no update as to how long the wait time would be, I decided to go and eat dinner and return in about 20-30 minutes. When I came back, the same customer that was waiting when I left was STILL waiting! I decided to wait an additional half hour! I’d been waiting this long, it couldn’t possible be much longer considering they weren’t really busy, right? When I asked how much longer because I had signed in at 5:00, the man at the front station acted like I was bothering him when I asked relatively politely. At that point, I decided regardless of what they told me the wait time was, I was not going to give my money to a business that was acting like I was bothering them to let me pay them for their services. So now it’s 7:30, and I’m searching for a nail salon that is open, which on a Monday evening, probably will not happen. Thanks for being a complete waste of my time today. Service has been declining as of lately, and today’s service, or lack there of, was the last straw. Anyone have any recommendations for a new nail shop? I will let the ten plus people I recommended this place to know the customer service I experienced tonight.

I will start by saying that they had been very nice both times I came in for my nails. They did a fabulous job and really took care to do them properly and they looked good. With that said.....DO NOT mistakingly think as I did that they treat people with appointments with any respect. This is a first come first serve business. They do not communicate wait times at all. I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment. When staff was questioned about wait time, they simply replied that they go in order of sign in. And then, what made matters worse, if the sign in sheets spans two pages, they dont let you see that. WHY DO YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DONT HONOR THEM???? If they cant handle the amount of people walking in, maybe they should think seriously about how they handle their business. They are good, but not good enough for me to stick around. Ill take my chances elsewhere.

I was a walk-in. I was greeted right away. The man that did my nails was professional and really knew what he was doing.12/20 I stopped going here. My nails were looking flat and not flattering. I ordered an Acrylic complete kit and did my nails myself.

Joy just gave me the best pedicure of my life! She is sweet, professional and really pays attention to her clients! I love her attention to detail.

I had a pedicure done yesterday and they called me to the back as soon as I got there. I was very satisfied by the pedicure that Joy gave me. The only thing that I didnt like was that I had to wait in the chair with no water in it plus they ran out liners. Overall they have been the best so far

I used to love this place ive been going here for the past 5 years since the grand opening but lately its been going down hill the wait times are outrageous and unacceptable. they also no longer accept appointments as of this year... today I waited an hour and a half and it would of been alot longer if I stayed.... and they now only have 4 people doing nails. They also never know if they are doing cash card or zelle its always differnt its so sad to say but ill be looking for a new nail salon its really not worth it.... but if you feel like wasting your whole day this is your spot

I go here every 3 weeks. My favorite nail artist is Benny! He does amazing work. Benny always makes sure you like your nails. I asked him for a mid length ombre for Halloween. I couldnt find a picture online, so I showed him what colors and described how I wanted them. He came through 100% ❤

There was a long wait. I did not mind. When I was finally attended to the employee that was doing my mani/pedi made me feel rushed. As a a matter of fact I was. He had to redo some of my nails.

I was given a 45 minute wait time and i’ve been waiting for over 2 hours to provide a service they said id be given much sooner.

Its was okay, they dont manage time right so I was there 3.5 hours just to get a gel overlay on my nails and a pedicure. It cost 45 for each service, dont like that when it normally cost 25 for a pedicure.

Nails broke popped a week after paying $90 for a marble set.

I went to get my eyebrows done, they do not know how to do eyebrows. i have full eyebrows and instead of just arching and cleaning it up. she made my eyebrow half of what is was. i have images to show before and after they literally made my eyebrows half the orginal size! small mini eyebrows. would not recommend, unless you ion want no eyebrows

I like that they try to give you ideas and show you pictures and communicate with you before you make the choice of your nail color and shape. The “artist” would not press on the glue and hold the nail so that it stuck all the way and she used a size too small for each nail so that it would have a harder time sticking to the glue. I had to ask her to reglue one of them that was almost coming off on its own. These are intentional tactics to have customers return quickly with broken nails due to a poor foundation. On top of that, they didn’t tell me it’s an extra charge for color until after my nails were finish. Very stingy. Bad business.

My first time going to Le Nails and I am more than satisfied! I was greeted as soon as I entered. The nail tech Hannah was very nice and took her time to make my nails as perfect as possible. I will definitely be back! Oh and did I mention the prices are very reasonable.

The only place I go to... but the last time I went on a Friday I was there for 2 hours soaking off the gel and it had me late for a concert.. I wasnt happy but I still love the way they do my nails and will only go to them

The best pedi I had in a long time.

I’m never returning here. Their sign says $40 for a gel full set. After my nails were finished, they charged me $45 for the color that was not discussed with me. Even worse, I had to ask the “artist” to reglue one of my nails, because she would not press down on the glue and hold it for the nails to stick down all the way. This resulted in all my nails, including the “reglued” nail, to be raised. She also used a size too small for each of my nails, which means they will come up faster and have a harder time staying glued to the nail. Their niceness to my face does not excuse the intentional disrespectful quality of my nails and pricing. Times are obviously rough for businesses now, but taking advantage of people who want to spend their money at your establishment is wrong.

I went for a full set of nails, at first they were ok, they looked decent enough, but then a week later I noticed I had fungus under 7/10 nails, so I had to soak them off..what a waste of money. I wont be back....ever. Extremely high priced for what I got.

I paid $25 for no chip and $8 to get my eyebrows done. In downtown Chicago, they wanted $40 for no chip. And Le Nails did not ask for me to pay up front, which I dont like to do because you never know if youre gonna like what you get. In comparison, the place in Chicago made me pay up front and they did a horrible job. So I will definitely make Le Nails my go to place from now on. Love love love it. Good, friendly staff as well.

Most disgusting and unprofessional place I’ve ever been too . First of all the guy cuts me about 3 times and I tell him multiple times to be careful . All of my nails turn out extremely uneven not even close to the same size . They told me one price at the beginning and continue to change their pricing . My mother also walked out to get the rest of the money in her vehicle and they where harassing me guarding the door when my nails Weren’t even close to done they didn’t even give me a discount for all the cuts I have and the job was extremely terrible I had to take em off when I got home because it look like 2 different people did my hands . Do not waste your money they charge u 50 dollars for nails that aren’t even worth 10 . Disgusting

I went in and waited about 20 mins to get a full set. The guy that put the tips glued them angled up. He said it would look better when acrylic was on. So he moved on to shaping and I asked for a tapered square. Which Is wider than coffin but smaller than a regular square shape. He cut them too much and gave me coffin. I let it be. But as he was filing to make the shape he filed one side more than the other. So it made one side more angled and the other straight up.. looked like a lob-sided triangle with out the point... he tried fixing it by filing the straighter side but only started making it worse by shaping them almond like(nothing close to what I had asked for).... all he said was he could cut and soak them off and have someone else do them but I had enough all he said was he would cut them down and no soak so that he would not charge me... so now I am left having to soak them off myself... will never go back here again..

This place used to be amazing. But here lately their no chip polish is TRASH. Why spend the extra money just to have them chip a day or two later. Then they wanna charge me $15 to change my polish after 6 outta 10 nails chip 2 days after getting them done. Nope wont spend another dollar here

Went there and wanted a no chip fill in. The guy working on my nails told me there were only 30 no chip polishes to choose from and which he showed me the nail colors. I picked one that I didn’t want because I thought I was limited to those. After doing my nails and me going out into the light, I noticed they were uneven and the paint wasn’t properly painted. I went back in to have them fix my nails and found out they had a slew of different no chip colors. I let them know I did not know because I was told that they only had a select few I was shown by my nail tech. My nail tech went to one of the other workers a guy with a Mohawk, in which they told me it would be $20 extra for white tip and $10 for another color. I let him know I was unaware of the colors, because I was told different. In which he laughed and said “well that’s not our fault. That’s just how it is” and turned to the customer next to me and notioned for her agreeance as he chuckled. Very unprofessional. This is not my first time here, but it will definitely be my last. My nail tech was apologetic, but it doesn’t take away from the unprofessionalism I received and being lied to about a color and settling for something I didn’t want after getting my base done.

I sat for over 30 minutes for the owner to put two people in front of me because they were spending more money then me!! I am not coming to this nail salon anymore, very unprofessional and inconsiderate!!
