When I got my nails done at gel nails and they did a phenomenal job very nice very sweet super careful and would recommend going back there again

I came in here for a pedicure and it was by far the worst service Ive ever had in my life. They water was really hot I asked can you add some cold water please. The lady had an attitude about that.then she was starting the pedicure I said can you turn on the jets please again she did that nastly. She barely touched my feet and Im like never again. So I asked you dont add soap to the feet when you scrubbing or washing them it went down from there.

During my visit they showed good efficiency and were very professional. I dont know who did my nails but when they were done they looked good at first but the more I looked the more I noticed many mistakes or things that didnt look right, and although the mistakes were minor it still affects the overall appearance. This is only my first time and the next time I go I will request someone new and hopefully they will be a little better and more detail oriented. Overall I like my nails and they look pretty good. My mother got her toe nails done by Nancy and they look amazing so I give this place the benefit of the doubt and I would say you get what you pay for.

First off I would like to say that this nail salon has no customer service or customer ethics . if you come to this location you will wait in line for two hours until the next person completes their full service you cannot write your name down or make an appointment to hold your spot in line . Which means they don’t care about your experience because they can easily Do appointment ONLY or write down names to make this process smoother due to convid 19. But who cares if you wait for three hours, Also Once your finally get service it feels rushed . I complained about my nails being very very WIDE and my nail tech began to yell at me And “ said where do you usually go “Let’s just say this is my last and final time supportingThis kind of business

The owner of Pro Nail is very unprofessional. I have a problem paying $5 for two toes that has No Chip polish. Yes they want to charge $5 to remove No chip polish on two toes. The owner even told me I can leave. I will never go to Pro Nails ever again and I suggest NO ONE SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!!!!!! PRO NAILS!!!!!!

The guy who did my nails rushed they were not an even and he kept getting on his phone I had to go back the next day for him to fix my nail because it just popped off I will not go back
