Well lets see... My nail tech was VERY humorous... I love techs that talk and not just look at you crazy! There was a few minor imperfections in my nails which is why a 5 start wasnt given but over all I would return to this location! One thing I love to do is guve an honest review! I am the person that looks for the wrong and states it 50 times in the beginning before starting the review but here I really had no complaints that were seriously needing attention. I went late morning around 11 and finished up about 12:15. My nails are dipped and despite other reviews they are cheaper than most places I get my nails done. A little music could have been played but over all I am satisfied with the experience and nail tech (mean)

I got my nails done Saturday and had to come back today “Wednesday” to get them fixed

This was my first time attending Bellagio. My kids and Boyfriend got me a giftcard for Mothers day. When you walk in the entrance its absolutely beautiful. I made an appointment for 3 for Honey Milk pedicures for 10:45. We were seated promptly and we had an absolute Amazing experience. We will definitely be returning.

NAIL SALON REVIEW)I’ve been here 4 times. Every time I make an appointment usually wait a little while no problem. I notice after coming here the my whole nails would fall or my tips literally break off. Bad quality all 4 times. It is an bit more expensive than other nail shops around, that wasn’t a problem, but it’s just not worth it... to me.

Coco is my nail technician, and I just love her lil energetic self. She does my mani/pedi so good! And my lil crazy guy at the front desk that wears the yezzy shoes..lol.. with an awesome sense of humor..name Nick, I love him as well. Really everyone that Ive encountered is always professional and nice. Makes my visit well worth it! Oh, Ms.Lisa Richardson is awesome too! Keep up the great work Bellagio Staff and I will make sure I go to No other place but THERE!! Now are you guys open??! ¹I need a appt ASAP!!! Im calling and no answer. This was my first time and clearly my last time visiting this establishment. I was deeply disappointed at the service quality as well as the customer service. To make matter worse, the place is ridiculously over priced. To provided a little background, Im a city girl that has been to my share of nail salons. Some salons were good; some were amazing. However, all were reasonably priced considering the location, the atmosphere, and the service requested. I have paid over $100 for a full set with the works with no issue so its not that Im frugal especially when it comes to my beauty regimen. However today I went in and requested to have my acrylic nails removed and to have an overlay applied to my natural nails. As the picture shows below, I picked a neutral gel glitter that was offered on the set of nails provided as a selection. I didnt have to wait long and the service took less than 30 mins which is how they earned the (1) star. However, The technician was rude and unwelcoming.... and $55 later this is was the result. I sent these same pictures to my fiance and best friend to make sure I wasnt overreacting. They both agreed I should have disputed the price, but we knew if I would have I would have been perceived as a ABW, rather than a dissatisfied customer. Unfortunately some of us doesnt have that option. So I decided to make this is my first time writing a business review. It just upset me so bad that I feel this should have be shared... Buyers beware!

Quoted my daughter one price for her nail before starting. After they finish the charged her double! From $40 to $80! All fo the nails to fall off the week of her having them done. They wouldnt honor their price or product. This place has very poor service. When I asked him for a receipt, he said, no receipt.....you pay cash. NO, I WANT A RECEIPT! He finally wrote a receipt on a piece of paper and gave it to us. Sad!

Just like everyone else... Overcharged again. $30 extra for gel nail polish! That would be $10 anywhere else. The service sucks. My $30 nail polish chipped off after two days.Every single time I go to this place I promise myself I’ll never go back.

Called and asked about a haircut only to be told that no stylist were available and then when I asked about the massages they also told me that there were no masseuse available as well.....

Over priced. The girls are nice and have a conversation with you but the guys are rude they have a weird sense of humor. They are rude in a “playful way” they were rough w my nails that they bleed. They talk super loud to the other workers it’s not relaxing at all. I told them I wanted a specific design but the guy did his own twist. I went for a manicure before my wedding and my nails were so ugly and he charged me different than what he originally had told me. Do not recommend this place.

Awful experience! My 14 yr old daughter was charged $75 for nails! She was not told how much it would cost before or during the tech doing her nails! She would’ve chosen something less expensive! Then the manager’s solution is to take them off and for her to get what she pays for! Wow! Awful policy! They should tell the customer especially a child or the parent how much before the service! They would rather throw away the work and lose 2 good paying customers! Bye poor customer service! That’s the last time you will receive $190 from me!!

I usually go on Sundays which are walk-ins only so there is a long wait, but thats to be expected on the weekend. The bathroom is clean and so is the rest of the building. The receptionist is cute and polite. She cares about her guests and moves quickly. I will be making appointments in the future during the week. They also offer drink refreshments which is my favorite part! Fresh false set and a diet coke

Wanted to give my wife a really good experience. The facial was good. Haircut was just that. $40 would not wash her hair. She had to ask them repeatedly to cut her bangs. Could have got the same cut for half price at fantastic sams with a shampoo. But I wanted to give my wife something more. Very disappointed.

I went there to receive a massage while my mother got a pedi. Now you have to understand something about the pedi part... My mother is 67 years old and has not had one as far as I know in a really long time if not ever. She bragged about how the value of the service was. The fact that the person who was helping her listened to her, helped her get her socks and shoes back on was shocking to my mother.I personally was getting a massage by a female named Rebecca which also listened to me and worked on some of my problem areas. I got a gift card to here and was thinking Oh, great another fru-fru massage. NOPE! She did exactly what I told her. Ive had several over the years and by several I consider it more than 30 in a year. I was happy to say she did NOT have what I like to phrase octopus hands which many spa massage places end of having, where they cant seem to pick a spot and work on it. So I thank you Rebecca for listening to me!

Usually very pleased with the service but came in today to get my daughters nails done (acrylic) .....told would be about 30 minutes.....going on an hour and a half wait now!! Told there are limited people who can do acrylic......thats fine but should have been told that up front!

The Staff is very friendly.Treated my 6 year old granddaughter awesome. The lady advised us not to use acrylic on her nails, she cared more about damaging her nails than the dollar bills. In turn my granddaughter was happy with the experience. This trip was her first, she had all A on her report card.It was a nice Reward!

The wait time is ridiculous. I took my 4 year old for her first mani / pedi as a special treat. We arrived at 4:30. At 5:30 I inquired with the receptionist where we were on the list. she said there was only 3 people ahead of us. At 6:30 she had taken every person (except one) back for their services and when I asked her why - she simply replied with oh, she will be next. But failed to explain whey if there was only 3 people ahead of us - why she took 8 people ahead of us.This is exactly the reason I quit using this salon for myself. Unfortunately it was the only one open on a Sunday. Kudos to my 4 year old who was so patient. I will be taking her somewhere else Monday for a special spa treatment.I tried to give them a second chance, but I will NEVER support their establishment again.Just terrible service and completely unprofessional!

I have used this salon for 2.5 years. I always get a partial highlight and Ive never had any problem up until 2 weeks ago. I decided to go ahead and get the full highlight. This was my usual stylist. She put all the foils in my hair. She looked at the bottom foils and was notably nervous and immediately washed out the bleach. Now my hair is naturally a level 7 and its not bleached but every 6 months so I wasnt too worried. Im used to a little breakage but when I felt the hair that had been washed out, it was VERY dead. When we got to the haircut she was rushing like trying to get me out before I noticed the damage. This has never happened before and Im appalled by my hair texture. I probably wont have minded if I had been told the full highlight would be more damaging. But, the highlight wasnt even good. She didnt follow the pattern that was already set (by her) and I have two noticable highlight patterns. I will not be returning.

Place is very nice but the experience wasnt. I was offered a water, guy got up(thought he was just going to get the water) I later then got thirsty and realized I didnt get my water that was offered....had to remind the guy. That was all good, he apologized. But my getting nails done experience was good at all. Guy wouldnt even do what I wanted, which was putting glitter polish over a nail polish(every other place Ive been to has done it).... then he messed the design up and ignored what I had told him I wanted .... just wasnt the experience I was looking forward to, and way overly priced. Any other place wouldve charged me $30-40 but I was charged $55. 60$ with a 5$ tip the guy basically waited for me to give him.. will wait till I get back to Denham after work to get my nails done from now on.. terrible experience, but the place is beautiful, but thats not what I was going there for

Some of the staff I liked at LA Nalis that work at the Bellagio are still super nice and accommodating, but when I went in for a basic pedicure, the young guy acted like he had better things to do. The overall vibe of the place, to me, just seems negative. I wouldnt recommend this place and Im going to find a different nail salon to give my business.

I had an amazing experience. Got an hour long massage by Charlotte. She made sure to ask my questions of what I needed work on. Very professional and clean. I walked out feeling like I had a new neck and shoulders. Can’t wait to go back

Not pleased. Went in for a manicure and told the lady several times I wanted my nails rounded.... yep they’re squared off. Polish all over my cuticles, that was not removed. And to top it all off instead of being able to sit back and relax, I got to listen to a male and a female employee bicker in Vietnamese. I’m not the only one who thought it was rude, the lady next to me looked up and rolled her eyes several times before making a hasty exit. I won’t be back.

Dont get me wrong, I love my nails. But I got them done THURSDAY, I got the acrylic French tips and the gel top coat. And Ill somehow have blue or black color on the underneath on my nails. AND the hell top coat is already cracking or something. Idk, but $30, couldve done a little better. Other than that the staff was nice but they totally changed.

I had a arm injury. I went in for a deep tissue massage. I wasnt entirely comfortable at first, but was soon put at ease. Megan did wonders for me! I highly recommend you go and see her if you are looking for massage therapy!

This place was amazing I would go ever 2 week but ... I went to get my nails done one time and asked for gel but the nail tech told me that I should get dip instead. so I did, not even a day later one of my nails had broken. Went back the next day to get it fixed. Then the next day another one broke .. I was very angry so go back and ask them to fix it and I get an attitude from the nail man and he is telling me that I am very rough on my nails.. Which I am not, so I decided to show him how easy it was to break a nail and my nail just popped off. so while he was fixing my nails one of my nails started to bleed We both noticed it but at the time i just wanted to get my nails and leave since this was my 3rd time coming that week. He start to become very very rough with my nail that is bleeding.. filing it very hard but being the person that I am I didnt say anything and just wanted to go .. Like i said this place is great but that nail tech was HORRIBLE

Nice place. Did NOT care for thr service providers attitudes. They were not social with myself or 11year old daughter i brought in for daughter. Her nail tech never even greeted her yet they all continued to hold a conversation across the floor that we could not understand. It was very rude and as a salon owner i expexted3better of them

Worst nail shop in Hammond. Do not go to bellagio nails or l.a nails in Hammond. Sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour before I just got up and left then they want to act all compassionate about them not being able to give me a pedicure. I mean what kind of customer service is that.. I even planned a spa day for my wife later this month but after my experience at this place they wont be getting a dime from me and my family for sure..

The couples massage was fantastic! And obviously separate from the nail salon it gets 5 stars But on the nail side the signature pedicure was rushed, they dont let your feet soak anymore,i still have rough feet since all they did was use a rough sponge/stone. they no longer wrap your legs in the hot towels, they put your legs together, lay the towel on top, give it a pat and remove. I use to love this place because it was relaxing but now its all about the money. My husbands pedi and manicure was just as bad because the person working on him was more interested in talking to the other staff members and looking at their cell phone. Needless to say we wont return to the nail salon.

Im one to be skeptical when spending money on hair, nails, and makeup, but this is the ONLY place I will get my nails done. I go to lisa tran and she listens to what you want, is very skilled, and makes the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.

Beautiful place but service is terrible! I went in for a basic manicure with shilac polish. Left paying $35! According to their website a basic manicure is $13. So you’re telling me I paid $22 for the shilac?! I don’t think so!!

Hair services are wonderful! I went to chelsa and she did a great job. I wont get another mani/pedi here. They do them so fast (less than 10 minutes each) that the quality suffers. None of my nails were actually shaped or trimmed in any way.

Terrible. I took my 3 daughters for polish changes and they did the worst job ever. There was polish on their skin and they left it globby all over. $12 each just for polish- it should at least look clean. Just bc theyre 8yrs old doesnt mean you can do a crappy job and get away with it.Sunshine Nails in Covington is WAY better and worth driving 20 minutes away from Bellagio to get there.Dissatisfied, disappointed, Do it right the first time.

Very disappointing. 1st time here and last time. For the amount of money a Almond pedicure cost it should last at least 1 hr. I was done in 35 min and seriously not worth the $60.00 including tip I spent. I get a 100% better pedicure at a salon in Mandeville for 26.00. I will travel to Mandeville from ponchatoula for it for now on.

Veryy very horrible! I had my wedding in December, booked 3 updos and two make up applications! My mother left crying of how ugly her updo was didnt get her make done and neither of my two aunt were content with what they received ! Should not promise what they are not going to give !
