Got a acrylic fill very fast, no wait time technician was very friendly and salon was clean.

This is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Everyone employed there including the two owners are rude, mean at times, and talk about you right in front of you. I’ve experienced inconsistencies in several services performed. I have been there and witnessed other clients upset and unsatisfied with the service they just received. People have had to have their nails redone on the spot because of a poor job. And then was charged double for the redo.The girl I typically go to, Kim, wasn’t there this morning. when I walked in all four of the employees refused to do my nails me and shook their head no to one another after speaking their own language. This all occurred before I even made it through the door; the door never closed behind me. I have been a loyal customer to Lyly for at least four years now and I’ve always tried to see Kim. But today since Kim wasn’t there not one person in the salon would do my refill. I will not return and will definitely share my experience with everyone.

Love my nails and toes, but I hate the pressure to buy more services.Most people know what they can afford. Leave it at that.

I paid a lot of money to have mine and my daughter in law’s nails done, hers looks good and are staying on . But mine on the other hand look horrible and are coming off because the nail technician did not make sure the tips covered my nail and are lifting on the sides ! I’m not happy with them so I had them done Friday today is Monday they should not be coming off. So I went back and let the lady at the counter know and she straight up told me they are not lifting and they are supposed to look like this ! She said if I wanted wider nail tips I should have told the technician! Why should I have to tell her how to do my nails when she was trained to do the work ! I will not go back and I will tell anyone I know not to go there !!!!!

I went to this nail salon because the one that I normally go to the young man no longer works there very very heartbreaking this is my second time going back to get my nails done and the young man that is doing them is okay but he dont clean your nails good after he polished him and because Im getting gel nails it should last me longer than 2 weeks so I was kind of disappointed with that

My sister and I came in for spa pedicures and we were not disappointed! The two nail technicians spent extra time on the massage and the hot stones. My nails were painted very well. I definitely recommend this nail salon! They also spoke to us and made us feel very welcome. I cannot say enough good things!

The workers here dont rush on your nails but take their time you will engage in conversation with you. Your never just a customer your more of a friend. They never forget you no matter how long its been since your last visit. Wonderful people and place 👌👍👍

Im not from hammond so I was very nervous finding a nail shop that does good nails. At Lyly nails they do an amazing job! Ive already been twice and each time they impress me!! They take their time and give you exactly what you want! Any time Im in hammond I always go there to get a fresh new set!

They dont even deserve one star. I got my nails done once by these people. The first time the didnt do a great job. Today is the day befor me Easter and i understand that everyone wait till the last minute to do things but I went in I wasnt acknowledged and I had people behind me who just walked in and got seated and I had to tell them I been sitting or a while just for repair on one nail so she told me to have a seat and I Waited for a while and another woman told me pick color I went to get it and and back someone else we in my hair they seated someone in my chair And they didnt apologize for it either I walked out disgusted. They will never get another dime from me!

I came here and they werent busy. Service was okay. Though maybe it depends who will give it to you. My service was meh. The top coat is missing here and there. Could have clean up the polish that has went past cuticles but didnt do it.

Horrible customer service service. I stopped her to get my 1 nail repaired, that I had just broke. The man come asking me who did my nails and then stated I needed to take them all off and get a whole new set. I told him I was running short on time and I just needed the 1 nail repaired the man got upset cause I didnt want to get all of my nails done. I will not give this place any more of my money.

Extremely rude. I recently moved here from Mississippi & I was in dier need of a new nail salon. I had visited one time before & the ladys work was exceptional, so I decided to try again. This time the owner herself, LyLy, had to do them. She was unpleasant & rude. She basically threw my hands around as though she did not want to do them. She did not make me feel welcomed, her work was sloppy & when I asked her questions she ignored me. I then decided that I just wouldnt go there again. The killer part is I asked her a simple question, as I handed her my card, she answered the question with an attitude & SNATCHED my card from me. I told her how rude that was of her. She then began to wave my card in the air as she walked to the register mocking me. I was enraged and begin to tell her how rude she was for her to call herself the owner.. Needless to say, I will never give her my business again. I get my nails done faithfully every 2weeks, gel nails, and I dont mind tipping. I have never been treated so bad in a nail shop & for me to leave her shop & call my husband crying was ridiculous. My nails werent even cute & I didnt even express that issue to her. I may only be one person but this is one persons money shell never touch again!!

I use to love going there when a lady name Lee use to work there. But anyway... I went to get a refill there today and the owner did my nails. As she was doing them she was throwing my hands all kinds of ways but i didnt think much of it because I thought maybe she wasnt doing it on purpose. Then when it came to the polishing she messed up one of my nails so I politely as her if she could fix it. She started blowing and pushed the gel dryer machine out the way. So after i was finish when I get in the car I noticed one of my nails was sticky because the clear coat wasnt on it. Story goes on... On a previous date before that I went to get a refill. The young lady that did my nails did a good job so I asked her, her name she said it low to were I couldnt hear so I asked again and she replied, I have no name after glancing at the owner the one I spoke about earlier. So I was like you did an awesome job what if I wanted to request for you to do them again she was like dont request me. They do good nails too, pointing to the owners. So I just shut up. Alot of things ran threw my mind about that. But today took the cake. And I will not be returning.

They dont need this star! They are rude. I had my nails done less then a week paid a fortune i got the solar nails this suppose to last at least 2 to 3 weeks! My nails didnt last 1 week they started coming off from the edges and until one of one pop off (days from getting rhem done). I went to the salon to have them fix them they wanted me to pay more. Lily the owner herself came up to me and said she can glue it back on the popped off nail. I was in shock how she was suggesting this because my nails look hidious! Dont recommend them at all they are not Professional and rude

Rude. I paid almost 80$ on services and was still treated like I was apart of an assembly line.. Never again. Oh, I also recently heard that a woman got a bacterial infection in both of her feet getting a pedicure from here. So... ew.
