Came here for the first time for my state inspection. So glad I chose Joes! The team was so great. Welcoming and helpful. The inspection was done quickly and so was the maintenance I needed (new brakes) in order to pass. Incredibly fair priced too. Theres a waiting room stocked with beverages and snacks if you choose to wait. If you leave, they offer complimentary rides. Plus, when service is complete you get a goody bag! Will definitely be using the again.

I came out to visit a friend and this place was close by. I needed help immediately and Nick took my car in no problem and helped me out. This place and workers are amazing and saved me big time. I wouldnt of been able to drive that hour home safely if it wasnt for them!!!

The people were very friendly, customer service is exceptional and if cost is no concern this is the place for you. I had no heat or AC coming out of my SUV. To diagnose the issue I was quoted $130, they kindly lowered that down to $60 something after some negotiation. The parts that were replaced average in price about $80-$130. Their parts mark up was about $250+ on top of the regular price ($380 total). I totally understand everyone has to pay the bills. I approved the charges and paid it because its my fault for not doing more research but just know you will pay a large premium price at this location. I wish the pricing was more competitive because again they were really friendly and from other reviews the repairs are typically done well but I just cant afford mark ups like these if I have another issue in future.

I recently need an inspection, so I do what any savvy consumer does check google reviews of local businesses. Joes auto has great reviews, my experience was no different. I had to get new tire. To which the. Wear able to get and install at a reasonable price point. I also had a leaking vavle cover gasket. The informed me. No hard sell I didnt feel pressured. It was nice to deal with an honest shop definitely going back.

While taking my 95 year old mom to an appointment, I noticed that the tire pressure light was on. Initially, I thought it was due to the colder mornings. However, after going a few miles, I decided to look at the pressure on all the tires. There it was, three tires at 34 and one at 21. I knew of Joe’s Auto Service, but never had work done there. I stopped to see if they could help me out, explaining the situation. They were wonderful! They took the car in right away, discovered a nail in the tire, repaired it, and we were in our way. The service was professional, courteous, fast, reasonably priced.

During a drive back to college from New York my vans engine gave out and broke down on the side of the highway. Its a 1997 Dodge Ram that I had recently bought it so I was devastated. I was towed to Joes and looking back, I consider the whole experience a blessing in disguise. Of course, no one wants to pay for an engine replacement, but they made the experience so seamless. Being a college student, I dont have a lot and they worked to get me the best deal possible for everything. Additionally, we had a problem with filling up the gas and it would always take us forever to fill up the tank. Since they did such a good job with the engine we asked them to take a look at it. Not only did they quickly figure out how to fix it, they also realized that fixing the problem would also fix our gas gauge which was incredible news. We feel like we have a brand new van and couldnt be happier! Special thanks to Eli for the commitment to getting our van in tip-top shape. I can not recommend him and this place enough!!!

I needed to get both of my cars inspected. My older one needed quite a few things done, I wasn’t comfortable getting all of it done because I knew I had to bring in my other car next and wasn’t sure if any issues were going to be with my next car as well. Jim walked me through and was willing to work with me on a plan both of us were comfortable with for now. I was thankful for the honesty. I had no problems with car b so I brought back car A. I made an appointment and the car was done same day! Thrilled with the service and price for the work done.

I have been looking for a honest automotive shop for a long time, and I finally found them. They say YES! Whenever I have a problem they always tell me to come right in. Very friendly/ family atmosphere. Waiting room is top notch with free drinks and snacks. They also drove me home with their free shuttle service. Cant say enough about this place. They take you out and show you what’s wrong with your vehicle So you know you can trust them. Way better service, warranty, and prices than the dealerships. Give this place a chance. You won’t regret it.

Highly recommend Joes. They really do fix everything. Took my wifes p.i.t.a. 1977 MGB late last season. After extensive carb and engine work, it runs great. Started right up this season and has been running great since. Its only a matter of time before it will be back in the shop but I wont hesitate to take it back to Joes.

I went to Joes Auto for the first time today. Jim was extremely nice and professional and took the time to investigate a 3 of my issues! Quoted me a decent price. He said he could do the repairs today but I had prior commitments so he scheduled me for tomorrow right after work... I will update my review after repairs are complete but so far they seem to be very knowledgeable and accommodating!

On my drive to work today I heard a noise coming form my tire. I called and talked to Shawn and he was extremely nice and accommodating. He offered to have the car picked up even. I got the car to their shop and all of my concerns were heard and taken care of ASAP. Shawn was great, there techs were knowledgeable and their waiting room was amazing. I live in Williamsville and I will make the drive for service and workmanship like this.

My daughter needed a oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection. With the fear of the virus we were trying to avoid all contacts. Joes auto came and picked up the car, serviced it, and returned it. This is outstanding service especially with the fear of the virus on everyones mind. There is no one doing this and their prices are very reasonable. Hopefully other residents of the Town of Hamburg understand how they go out of their way to earn your business and start using them for auto repairs.

Amazing service! I called mid afternoon for someone to take a look at my car cause it wasnt running right. They asked what time I needed and told me to bring it in asap! Everyone is very pleasant. Thought their prices were a little high but their service is excellent. They will provide rides so you can leave your car there and be driven home and back when the job is done. Their waiting room is very comfortable with a TV and stocked with free drinks and snacks and a nice bathroom.

I came in on Valentine’s Day as the shop was closing. Frank was amazing. I was set up in a cozy room with a leather recliner couch and a Netflix remote while they worked on my car. I am a woman and I always worry about over paying when it comes to my car. This is never the case with Joe’s auto. Frank was honest and walked me through the issues with my vehicle. I was given a fair price for excellent work. I can’t say enough about these guys. I have been coming here for fifteen years, and even after moving out of the area I will never take my business elsewhere. I would rather drive back to Hamburg for a stress free experience. They picked up my car at the other shop and kept me informed of my repair status. The staff was courteous and friendly, so were the dogs! Highly recommend. I gave Joes a shot when my car needed a bunch of work done. Im usually skeptical about shops as Ive been burned a few times by some shoddy shops. They fixed everything including a traction control issue that had been going on for awhile and had another mechanic stumped. They are very good and found the issue within a couple of days. My car rides so much better! Frank the GM was amazing and professional and worked with me to get my car right. They have won me over as a reoccurring customer!

Great customer service. I needed an inspection Friday into Saturday in order to register my car. I went to Joes two hours before close and was told they wont have time. On my way out, I was stopped by Frank and told they could get it done. The car needed some brakes, rotor and caliper work as well and I authorized the work. I had a call at 730 AM the next day that I could pick up my car. Overall great experience and I will be back to get other work done at Joes.

Were good but a little expensive!

Ok I had to have my alignment done on my car, and this was only one of the few places I could find to go to. I have to say i Was Not happy with there service. After I had my alignment done here a few days had passed and something sound wrong with my rear tire. So I took it to my mechanic and found out that I had a bad wheel bearing and one of my front struts was shot, almost rubbing on my tire. Know one from Joes Auto ever noticed this when doing my alignment? My mechanic said some one should of noticed this right away and they should of informed me of the repairs before doing my alignment. So now I had to go back and get my car aligned again and Joes Auto charged me for a second alignment. Know offense but I feel they should of noticed that the first time, for a place being in business for so long. Very disappointed in this Establishment and will probably never go back. Feel like I got ripped off. Beware!

I went to another shop because my check engine light was on and they quoted me $663 to fix something on my emission. I wanted to get a second opinion, I just didnt feel comfortable, and was referred to Joes. They got me in right away, did a free scan and said my gas cap was loose. They cleaned and re-sealed the gas cap and sent me on my way for free! Its been 3 weeks and the check engine light has not come back on and its been running perfectly! Staff was very friendly and helpful, saved me $600, Ill definitely be going back to Joes in the future and telling all of my friends and family.

If I could leave zero stars I would, I was charged 75 for a tow over the phone. My vehicle was never picked up the manager says the fee is non refundable, I was lucky to call Right Direction Auto on Bailey and they referred me to a Rons Towing and he came right away. He felt so bad he didnt even charge me, I have no way to report them and the manager is unresponsive. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!! DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE A SCAM

In the middle of a 15 hour road trip from MA to Ohio with my two young kids in tow, we got a nail in our front tire in the middle of New York. We called around locally and they were able to get us right in. We STILL talk about how friendly this place was. Just unbelievable the level of service that was provided that day. They got us right in, plugged the hole, and had us on the road in no time.. but what really impressed us was how personable, down to earth, and empathetic the entire staff was. Ive never in my life been to a mechanic as friendly as this place. I still carry their business card in my wallet (as does my fiance) just in case it happens again!

I had the interior of my car detailed at Joes last month. Not only did they clean the inside of my car to perfection, but they also cleaned the outside of my car for free (and it looked great!). I cant say enough about the attention to detail and quality of customer service that Joes offers. I will most certainly be recommending Joes to my family and friends. Great job and thanks again!

I stopped by this shop after work as a walk-in to have my car inspected on a weekday. I was greeted by the General Manager, Randy, who quickly took down my information and offered me some cold drinks out of the fridge and snacks to munch on while I waited in their comfortable lounge (the fish tank is incredible!). Within 15 minutes my inspection was complete and I was on my way. Clean facility, honest and courteous staff, very polite, professional, and efficient management. Big thanks to Randy and his team for taking care of me and treating me like family!

Good place price isnt bad

Joes Auto Service has great service. I had scheduled an Inspection for my car but had to change it at the last moment. I called to cancel the appointment but was told I could bring my car in right away. When I arrived they took care of me quickly and completed an oil change as well. They have an excellent waiting room with free coffee, chips and pop. I would recommend Joes Auto to anyone!

I dont live very close to the shop, but it was very well worth the time to bring my vehicle to Joes. I had two dashboard error lights, and on very short notice, they were able to bring me in to look at it.The computer readout showed there were actually four significant issues with my 12 yr. old vehicle, and after a nose to tail overview (as inspection was almost due), there were a total of six issues on the list along with a couple of minor items. The service was excellent, but communication was even better - regular calls kept me informed and allowed me to ask follow-up questions. I am happily on the road again, and confident with the reliability of my vehicle.

I needed snow tires right away and tried other tire and auto shops for hours. I dropped into Joes Auto without an appointment hoping they could help me, but not expecting a good outcome. After a very brief wait in their pleasant waiting room, Paige let me know that she found snow tires, was sending an employee to get them, and they would be on my car the same day!! Amazing, above-and-beyond service!

I always wondered why there were so many cars in Joes lot. I learned quickly when I had to have service done. I called in the morning (new customer, had never been there before) when my 2002 Malibu wouldnt start. I had called about 9:00 AM and they said that theyd look at it that day. Well, by the time AAA showed up, it was lunch time. Anyway, I got the car there around noon. They called me a couple hours later with an estimate. This was a fuel problem, with the possibility of complications from rust as they tried to remove the fuel filter. They were able to just replace the fuel filter, no more, and honor the price they had quoted, which I felt was very reasonable. The car has been running since, without issue.The shop appears well run (clean and neat for a garage), the grounds are neat, as well; and everyone I had communicated with (service desk, mechanic, followup service person) were friendly and helpful.I will definitely return to Joes for my automotive needs.

I took a used car I was looking to buy to Joes because of the high ratings and it was near the dealership. They looked it over for me and they were quick and very helpful. The waiting room was very comfortable with refreshments. I have been so intimidated about finding a trustworthy mechanic in the area but I know I dont need to look any further and I will be going to them for any future issues with my new car!

My relationship with Joes Auto had a rocky start but Im happy to say all is well. I spoke with the owner after my frustrating experience, Frank, who took great care of me. They got my car in right away for the work I needed done. They provided me with a ride to the store, back home and back to the shop (which is huge because I have 3 kids at home). The communication was great. They gave me a great warranty on the parts, which I didnt get from my last auto shop. They answered all my questions, showed me a visual of the alignment of my car and included the life of my other brakes on the invoice. To top it off they replaced the battery in my key and left a little goodie bag. Those little touches really do add up to make a customer feel special. Thanks guys! I will be back again soon!

I was traveling from Niagra Falls with my two young children back to Omaha, NE. I noticed my tire pressure light was on and discovered that I had a nail in my tire. At a rest stop on I-80, I found the great reviews for Joes Auto Service and drove my vehicle to the shop. They were very helpful, kind and took care of my situation rapidly. I was also happy that they removed my tire and patched the spot from the inside to provide a secure ride (and not from the outside!). They went above and beyond with their service and to make sure my children and I were comfortable while we waited. The next day, we arrived in Omaha, NE and I am so happy to say it was without incident.Thank you, again. Joes is the opposite experience than what Im used to from a typical car repair place; Their service is friendly, honest, and the entire atmosphere there is warm. All the workers act like they are already your friend and are trying to get you a deal. The waiting room is clean and has snacks, coffee, and television (they even give you control of the remote).Some people probably go to Joes for their fast and fair service but I go for the tiny bag of candy they always leave in my car after they are done. It doesnt even feel like service with a smile it feels like service with a hug from your grandma.

Since it was there, had them do the inspection and oil change (normally done at JAS). Got a call from said dealership, who said in order to pass inspection, it needed an estimated $2200 worth of parts and labor.I picked the car up, and took it to Joes for a second opinion. Turned out it was one sensor (not 4 the dealer wanted to change out), and with parts and labor, was out the door for $600 - a fraction of what the big dealer wanted.Cant thank you guys enough. I decided to use Joes auto one day cause I was in a pinch and needed to get my new car we bought from MI inspected before the deadline. Not only was I able to get right in but I had a nice area to sit and relax and was out in no time. When I got in my car there was a thank you baggie of treats on my steering wheel. I was so impressed by the treatment and staff that I used them again for an oil change and again had great service (and a little baggie of treats again) . I truly would recommend them to anyone.
