Long story short my hair growth on my chin has always been an insecurity to me.. so IPurchased a laser package for $1000 chin and under arms.. 12 sessions, well I will tell you now I have no hair on my chin or underarms.Michelle works so hard and is always there when I need to talk while we do the laser she takes her time everything is sanitized and well kept, she also wears a face mask! So happy to be hair free on my chin I feel like a new woman! Thanks to Michelle

Ive been a client for 10+ years and michelle has been a blessing in my life. I met her first when I had hair growing in my face. after 3rd visit I began to notice a dramatic change, years later went for arms and now doing legs.... has taken care of my skin and my wallet, unlike those hair removal chain companies! My arms look great, working on my legs.

Her lazor machine does not work. I believe she is just going through the motions. After your seven sessions, she will tell you that you need seven more even if you did not see any results after the first seven sessions. Dont waste your money or time.

Michelle and her assistant (her sister) are completely dishonest and manipulative, and most importantly money hungry! The treatment does not work! I wasted my money.This is my story:I was a student at the time riding a scooter, I could not even afford a car. Michelle tried in her manipulative ways to make me take 2000$ extra loans to buy a treatment package from her. I ended up spending 800$ bad mistake!She would be on her cell phone while doing treatment. She would let her sister (who is unlicensed) to do the treatment on me, she screw my eye brows (as while she was using electrolysis she was on the phone, and aside of that I doubt she is even licensed to do eye brows).I paid 800$ unlimited treatment. After a while when I called to schedule an appointment her sister told me I will need to start paying since Michelle is retiring soon and there is a change of ownership. Well, that was more than a year ago. Michelle is still doing the same thing.To summarize: Michelle and her sister are dishonest, the treatment does not work, and they ASK PEOPLE TO WRITE GOOD REVIEW they asked me many times.

Worst Worst WORST experience ever!!!! People, dont go to this place! NO RESULTS at all!! Complete waste of money! I paid $1200 for 14 procedures and had absolutely ZERO effect. They will suggest to pay more because they say you probably need more sessions. Lie!! They just want your money and have Sh*tty laser machines. Awful ...

It is the worst place in town. Do not spend your money there, you will not see results. she wants you to pay for 7 sessions and then she will say that you need more, spend almost 1000 without results.

I agree with all the bad reviews. I bought a package for 6 session from DealFind. On my first day I thought Michelle and her assistant were great, nice and friendly. I made the big mistake of agreeing to buy a second package for another 6 sessions to ensure best results (as they told me I could only get a second deal if I bought it that day, which was a lie as everytime I went, they kept trying to sell me additional sessions at a discount).After my fifth session with my first package purchased through DealFind, I did not see any change or result. I knew it was not me as I had received similar treatments from other providers and had started to see changes since the first or second session. Since I was very disappointed with the quality of the services provided, I requested a refund for the unused second package (which I purchased directly from them), but they refused to give me a refund, and at these point they stopped being the nice and friendly people I thought they were. I took a risk by trying this place, so I was ok with losing the money for the package that I partially used, but I think its highly unethical to refuse to provide a refund to an unsatisfied customer for prepaid services she hasnt even used. Ladies, stay away from this place. This is a scam. I almost forgot to mention that even before Michelle sees you, they are already asking you for a tip. Go somewhere else!! dont waste your money, time, and energy going to this place.

SAVE YOUR MONEY.I purchased brazilian + underarms. Crystal (Michelles sister) told me that 7 sessions is all I need to never see any hair again. I did all 7 (with 1 month breaks in between, following all the rules) and saw minimal difference (about 15% of the hair became thinner. None of them stopped growing). On my 4th-7th session I mentioned that to Crystal and she said oh no, you need at least 14, boobie. Always 14. So she lied when I was purchasing my first 7, to get my foot in the door I guess.So after thinking long and hard, I bought another 7, thinking Fine, I might as well complete what I started. 7 more sessions later, maybe another 2 - 5% of hair became thinner. Since I kept complaining about this for the last 7-10 sessions out of 14 total, Crystal and Michelle (owner) turned up the laser to the maximum every time, reassuring me that they got me good this time. Long story short, it was a waste of my money, and a waste of 13-14 months of my life - going to all these pointless laser appointments once a month.Also, Crystal asks you to tip them every single time, so consider that expense as the part of the total cost. Do not leave more than $2! And be prepared that Crystal will ask you your name, what you do for a living and other questions she is supposedly interested in over and over every single time.

The owner and her sister are absolutely unprofessional!! They are lying about the results! It doesnt work at all!! or either they dont know how to use the machine!!! horrible service!! They talk more than work!!! dont waist your money! its a scam!! I brought another two friends of mine there cause they promoted service so well! so it didnt work for them either!!!they will be leaving feedback next!!

The Owner is disgustingly rude, obnoxious and egotistical. There is no customer service and she actually hung up on me twice before I could get a word in!! How can so many negative reviews from so many different people all be wrong?! Stay far away from this business, they do not deserve your money.
